Abstract

The hospital is one of the institutions that provide health services, this health service itself cannot be separated from the hospital administration. The administration section is a supporter in terms of decision making, activities in the administration of a hospital have a huge influence on the success or failure of a hospital. The influence of the human resource recruitment system in the Administration Unit greatly affects employee performance. The better the recruited employees, the better the performance provided. To get quality human resources, a good recruitment system is needed in order to produce quality resources as well. This study aims to determine the effect of the existing human resource recruitment system in the initial hospital bros panam. This type of research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach. There were 6 informants in this study and this study used the Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) model. This research was conducted on September 29 – October 18, 2022 at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. The results of the study found that there was still a lack of human resources in the administrative unit of the early bros panam hospital, there was no special SIMRS training in the administrative unit, besides that compensation also affected the performance of employees. And in recruiting new hospital employees it is in accordance with the SOP that has been set. It is recommended to add employees in the administrative unit, provide special SIMRS training in the administrative unit for employees who graduate from hospital administration and provide a special room for recruitment and provide written tests so that test results can be obtained quickly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis rasio keuangan terhadap evaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT Anugerah Sparepart Sejahtera Tbk Tahun 2022-2023 ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Sample penelitian yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan 2 tahun terakhir 2022 dan 2023 yang meliputi neraca dan laporan laba rugi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian analisis rasio terhadap PT Anugerah Sparepart Sejahtera dilihat dari rasio likuiditas bahwa perusahaan dalam keadaan likuid yang berarti perusahaan memiliki kemampuan untuk memenuhi kewajiban lancar yang dimiliki walaupun terjadi fluktuasi nilai rasio pada setiap tahunnya. Dilihat dari rasio solvabilitas bahwa perusahaan mampu dalam memenuhi seluruh kewajibannya baik jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dengan menggunakan aktiva dan ekuitas yang dimiliki perusahaan walaupun nilai rasio mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya. Dan jika dilihat dari rasio profitabilitas bahwa perusahaan dinilai belum mampu mempertahankan tingkat keuntungan perusahaan dan belum bisa memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba yang produktif.

Abstract

Healthcare and Social Security Agency is one of the health programs facilitated by the government. In order to improve the quality and ease of access to health services for all participants, Healthcare and Social Security Agency has offered a service program called the referral program (RP). The amount of public misunderstanding of the program is a challenge for Healthcare and Social Security Agency service officers and the government. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to provide an understanding to the public about the program. The community service activities have been carried out in RW 1 Kulim Village, Kulim District, Pekanbaru City, in order to assist the government's task to provide understanding to the community. The method of community service activities carried out is by distributing brochures, giving lectures by resource persons, discussions and questions and answers. As for the results of this community activity, the community has understood what a referral program (RP) is and how to get a referral program. The evaluation of this community service activity was also carried out through a discussion forum with the village and sub-district leaders of Kulim. In the evaluation activity, village and sub-district leaders said that this activity provided benefits for the community.

Abstract

Pembelajaran PKN tentunya memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap kolaboratif siswa di sekolah. Oleh sebab itu di lakukan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pembelajaran PKN yang berorientasi pada nilai persatuan Indonesia terhadap sikap kolaboratif siswa. melalui model pembelajaran ini diharapkan partisipasi aktif siswa meningkat. penelitian ini di lakukan di SMP N 35 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan instruken kusioner dan teknik analisis data deskriptif, melalui guru dan murid sebagai subjek yang di tujukan. Dari hasil angket penelitian menyatakan siswa mengakui bahwa diskusi kelompok efektif dalam membantu mereka memahami nilai persatuan. sebagian besar siswa juga berpendapat bahwa pembelajaran PKN meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk menghargai pendapat teman, yang merupakan dampak positif terhadap sikap saling menghormati. namun di temukan juga siswa yang merasa kesulitan bekerja sama, terutama karena adanya perbedaan pola belajar dan karakter siswa. Oleh karena itu melalui penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran tentang peran pembelajaran PKN dalam membangun kolaborasi siswa.

Abstract

Natural resource management strategies that facilitate Indonesia's transition to a sustainable green economy are a critical issue in national development. This study explores green economy policies in Indonesia and the various obstacles to their implementation through qualitative descriptive methods and a literature review of various academic sources. The findings indicate that effective natural resource management relies heavily on improved regulation, comprehensive oversight, and the active involvement of the public, private, and civil society sectors. However, challenges such as poor coordination between institutions, limited institutional capacity, and overlapping regulations continue to hamper policy effectiveness. Recommended approaches include enhancing cross-sector collaboration, providing incentives for environmentally friendly practices, and accelerating investment in renewable energy. Through integrated policies and the participation of all stakeholders, natural resource management is expected to drive economic progress that is sustainable, environmentally friendly, and socially and economically inclusive.
