ABSTRAK Posyandu merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui atau memeriksakan kesehatan terutama ibu dan balita yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat dengan dukungan teknis dan petugas kesehatan. Posyandu Bukit Indah tidak memiliki tempat yang menetap sehingga kegiatan posyandu dilaksanakan di salah satu ruangan kosong pada PAUD Bukit Indah, dengan kondisi alat penunjang kesehatan minim, terdapat 3 timbangan balita namun 2 diantaranya rusak sehingga hanya 1 yang berfungsi. Berdasarkan data pencatatan posyandu, terdapat 9 ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia dan 2 balita yang berada pada bawah garis merah (BGM). Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula pada Posyandu Bukit Indah meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan keterampilan dengan rata-rata hasil post test adalah 90%, kemudian dilaksanakan penerapan teknologi yaitu penyerahan alat kesehatan dan Aplikasi Smart-Care Posyandu. Kata Kunci: Posyandu, Balita, Smart Care ABSTRACT Posyandu is a health service that makes it easier for people to find out or have their health checked, especially for mothers and toddlers, which is organized by the community with technical support and health workers. The Bukit Indah Posyandu does not have a permanent place, so the posyandu activities are carried out in one of the empty rooms at the Bukit Indah PAUD, with minimal health support equipment, there are 3 toddler scales but 2 of them are damaged so only 1 is functioning. Based on posyandu registration data, there were 9 pregnant women who experienced anemia and 2 toddlers who were below the red line (BGM). The implementation of Beginner Community Service at the Bukit Indah Posyandu includes socialization and skills training with an average post test result of 90%, then technology is implemented, namely the delivery of medical equipment and the Smart-Care Posyandu Application.
