Abstract

This study focuses on the Azerbaijan-Armenian conflict in a disputed area in the Caucasus region, Nagorno Karabakh. This conflict gives rise to human rights violations. The war in Nagorno Karabakh was a geographical conflict as well as a socio-political one, which had occurred since 1870-World War I. It repeated in 1988-1994. In 2009-2016 the conflict struck again and was followed by weapons in 2016-2020. The third period of war has occurred since 2020 until now. The Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict occurs continuously, genocide, or ethnic conflict, which is a violation of human rights in the Caucasus region. The war in Nagorno Karabakh has resulted in the death of 1,000 civilians, the displacement of 40,000 ethnic Azerbaijanis from Nagorno Karabakh, and an exodus of 90,000 ethnic Armenians. The research questions in this study are, first, why did the Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict in Nagorno Karabakh last for a long period and cause human rights violations. Secondly, how the efforts for a peaceful solution in Nagorno Karabakh can be achieved through a regional security perspective. The research method used is a critical qualitative research method. Critical analysis is used to expose and offer alternative perspectives. This method uses an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach to look more critically at the social reality that is happening. This research was conducted by operationalizing the regional security complex theory (RSCT) by Barry Buzan.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi pendamoingan mahasisiwa KKN ini dilaksanakan mulai pada tanggal 04 Juli s/d 25 Juli 2022 di Desa Naman Jahe, Kec Salapian, Kab. Langkat, Prov Sumatera Utara, dengan tujuan dari pelaksanaan program ini yaitu diharapkan mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar melalui keterlibatan dalam masyarakat yang secara langsung menemukan, merumuskan, memecahkan dan menanggulanggi permasalahan yangberada dilapangan. Adapun sasaran dari pemberdayaan masyarakat yang kami lakukan yaitu masyarakat sekitar dan anak-anak. Banyak program yang laksanakan di Desa Naman jahe program-program tersebut salah satunya meliputi kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah, mengajar anak mengaji di Masjid , membantu kegiatan posyandu , Pemasangan Spanduk, mengunjungi warga dan mengikuti proses produksi keripik singkong (UMKM), bergotong-royong membersikan masjid , melakukan vaksinasi booster dengan bapak Plt.Kepala Desa Naman Jahe, Perangkat Kepala Dusun dan juga Warga Sekitar , Memperomosikan Kampus , sosialisasi kerumah masyarakat , mengadakan kegiatan Lomba bersama warga desa Naman Jahe serta melakukan kegiatan senam rutin ibu- ibu di Desa Naman Jahe. Program-program tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh masyarakat setempat dan dapat bermanfaat bagi warga sekitarnya, bahwa selain pekerjaan yang manual yang sering dilakukan oleh kita masing-masing di lingkungan masyarakat, tentunya juga kita tidak bisa menghindari terkait dengan dijital sebagai contoh menggunakan internet, hp, dan linnya termasuk live in dijital ini.

Abstract

Pada tanggal 10 Juli s/d 29 Juli 2023 kami telah melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Kuala lama, Kec.Pantai cermin, Kab.Serdang Berdagai, Prov. Sumatera Utara. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program ini yaitu agar  mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik  melalui keterlibatan dalam masyarakat yang secara langsung menemukan, merumuskan, memecahkan dan memberikan solusi dari  permasalahan yang berada dilapangan. Adapun sasaran dari pemberdayaan masyarakat yang kami lakukan yaitu Masyarakat sekitar dan anak-anak yang sedang dalam masa perkembangan. Banyak program yang kami laksanakan di Desa kuala lama. Program- program tersebut ikut serta masuk ke dalam sekolah seperti SD dan TK,meliputi kegiatan belajar mengajar yang di khususkan untuk anak-anak  di posko, bergotong royong di Kantor Desa dan ikut langsung dalam membantu dalam posyandu lansia, mempromosikan kampus, sosilisasi kerumah masyarakat, membuat kegiatan senam untuk anak-anak, mempelajari pembuatan ikan asin, dan mensosialisasikan jamu serta membuat tanaman hidup sebagi obat keluarga di Desa kuala lama  Program- program tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh masyarakat setempat dan dapat bermanfaat bagi warga sekitar.
