MRT Jakarta atau yang disebut dengan Mass Rapid Transit or Jakarta adalah sebuah sistem transportasi cepat yang menggunakan kereta rel listrik yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan bertujuan untuk memajukan infrastruktur Indonesia serta agar transportasi di Indonesia menjadi merata. Untuk menunjang proses transportasi di MRT Jakarta ini mengeluarkan MTT (Multi Trip), MTT berfungsi layaknya sebagai alat untuk memasuki stasiun MRT Jakarta. Namun dalam proses berjalannya transaksi menggunakan kartu ini banyak dijumpai permasalahan-permasalahan seperti penumpang tidak bisa tap-in dan tap-out dalam stasiun yang sama dan apabila dilakukan maka kartu MTTnya akan error, dan bila kartu MTT hilang maka user harus membuat ulang kembali dari proses awal jika user tidak menyimpan nomor atau struk pembelian awalnya. Untuk itu perlu adanya sebuah framework yaitu dapat menggunakan COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information and Related Tecnology) dengan domain EDM (Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor). Tujuan dari analisa ini adalah untuk dapat memetakan kemungkinan apa saja yang terjadi terkait dengan proses transaksi MTT ini, serta bagaimana penanganan-penanganan yang harus dilakukan agar insiden yang kemungkinan terjadi dapat teratasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kematangan kondisi saat ini (as-is) transaksi menggunakan kartu Multi Trip rata-rata sudah mencapai pada level 3 (tiga) yaitu Established Process, serta dari hasil kematangan saat ini (as-is) diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.

Currently many people are interested in entrepreneurship in various fields by using the sophistication of information technology. This has become a phenomenon and a huge business opportunity, one of which is Box Packaging. The need for packaging a product every day is increasing. The main function of a packaging is to protect the product so it is not easily damaged. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeflow approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages to make it easier for management to report the results every month, provides information and understanding in designing ordering systems. As a result to search for a problem on the web. Can find out how the manufacturing process and materials to make a box. With this web- based packaging box ordering information system, it can make it easier for admins and customers to process packaging box orders. Because the application is equipped with online ordering so that the admin can easily manage customer data. It is hoped that it will make it easier for the admin so that purchase and payment transactions are stored more securely so as to minimize loss of customer data and customers can also consult packaging boxes first so that they are according to their wishes.

: The role of service is very important in the current era of globalization, especially in government agencies engaged in services which will be needed by the applicant or the community. With time constraints and the impact of the Covid pandemic which has closed access to direct communication, it will make it difficult for some applicants or the public to apply for permits. The purpose of this research is to build a website that helps the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP), so that applicants can apply online as one of the government's main functions in efforts to fulfill applications in the field of licensing services. Governor Regulation No. 47 of 2017 concerning instructions for the Implementation of One Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) for submitting applications for the issuance of Graveyard Land Use Permits (IPTM). Bukalapak merupakan suatu platform e-commerce terbesar dan terkemuka yang ada di Indonesia yang memberikan layanan jual-beli secara online. Platform Bukalapak ini memungkinkan para pengguna untuk menjual dan membeli berbagai produk, mulai dari barang baru hingga barang bekas, serta menyediakan berbagai fitur seperti pembayaran online, sistem pengiriman, dan layanan pelanggan.Dengan demikian, diperlukan sebuah framework yaitu menggunakan COBIT 4.1 dan menggunakan domain Monitoring and Evaluate atau ME. Tujuan dilakukannya analisa ini agar dapat melakukan pemetaan kemungkinan aja saja yang terjadi berhubungan dengan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi pada website bukalapak, serta bagaimana melakukan penanganan-penanganan agar kejadian yang kemungkinan terjadi bisa langsung teratasi. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah level kematangan pada keadaan saat ini pada tata kelola Teknologi Informasi diwebsite Bukalapak rata-rata telah mencapai level 4 (empat) yaitu Managed and Measureable, kemudian dari hasil tingkat kematangan saat ini (as-is) direkomendasikan untuk ditingkatkan agar mendapat hasil optimal.

The computerized role of an Employee Cooperative in managing data into useful information is needed. One that needs to be considered in an Employee Cooperative for the welfare of its employees is management in the payroll sector. With the salary earned, employees can fulfill their daily needs. Employee payroll system processes carried out at Employee Cooperatives still use a manual system, starting from recording and calculating salaries to receiving salaries for employees, thus allowing errors in the employee payroll process. In addition, there is a buildup of data processing that must be recorded or processed repeatedly to get the data of each employee in an effort to compile reports on the results of employee payroll each month. A program can be an alternative problem solving in processing employee payroll data. With the existence of a well-computerized payroll system, it can avoid the occurrence of errors in the calculation of salary so that the payment of employee salaries can be paid on time. Therefore, with the design of this cooperative employee payroll program, it is made so that the payroll system is better than before.

E-Library adalah sebuah fasilitas yang digunakan sebagai tempat untuk mengakses sebuah informasi, informasi yang dibutuhkan pengguna dengan berbagai macam koleksi buku. Pada era digital ini, tidak sedikit pula perpustakaan yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam proses pengelolaan data. Seperti melakukan pencatatan secara manual dengan tulisan tangan dibuku besar dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, sehingga tidak jarang terjadi missing data. Dalam mewujudkan perpustakaan yang terorganisir secara baik dan sistematis. Maka perpustakaan harus mempunyai aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis website, yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi proses peminjaman maupun pencarian buku. Perpustakaan ini akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan design thinking yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Project financial reports are documents used to track and present information about expenditures, and project financial performance. This report is usually prepared or created periodically (for example, every two weeks or every month) to help project management monitor the costs incurred. The project financial report must be in accordance with the Cost Budget Plan (RAB). The problem is that making the project financial report will be hampered if the costs to be reported are not listed on the RAB, the RAB must be revised. Every cost that will be included or reported in the project financial report must be cross-checked with the RAB first. The solution to the problem is to build a web-based application. The methodology used in making this application is the Waterfall method. If this application is implemented directly in the organization, it can be a solution in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the project report creation process
