Abstract

Persaingan antar perusahaan adalah hal yang wajar dalam meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan tersebut. Persaingan ini mengakibatkan setiap perusahaan harus terus menerus melakukan perbaikan serta meningkatkan kualitas karyawan dalam perusahan itu sendiri. Berdasaekan hal itu, penelitian ini mencoba untuk melakukan pemilihan karyawan terbaik pada PT. Kujang Sakti Anugrah dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, yang terdiri dari lima kriteria yaitu tanggung jawab, sikap kerja, kedisiplinan, prestasi kerja dan kerjasama. Sample didapatkan dari data karyawan bagian bengkel pada PT. Kujang Sakti Anugrah, karena dalam perusahaan ini belum secara efektif dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah terpilih karyawaan bernama Wandi Kariadi dengan nilai 0,93 sebagai karyawan terbaik bagian bengkel PT. Kujang Sakti Anugrah.Kata Kunci: Karyawan Terbaik, SAW, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

Abstract - In the current era of globalization, the rapid advance of information technology. The computer is the equipment created to facilitate the work, while achieving good progress in the manufacture of hardware or software. Cafe Sonsie requires the existence of a system of accurate information to support the activities of the company. To the writer tries to make system design thesis on inventory at Cafe Sonsie which until now has not been computerized. The existing system at Cafe Sonsie is still done manually, from the recording of the receipt of goods, storage expenditures to other data related to the inventory up until the preparation of reports, record keeping, lack of accurate statements are made and the delay in the search for data- the necessary data. Computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this cafe, as well as the computerized system can achieve an activity which is effective and efficient in supporting activity in this cafe. Therefore the computerized system is better than a manual system to run more effectively and efficiently and sales system is now more conducive than the previous systemIntisari— Di era globalisasi ini masalah sumber daya manusia masih tetap menjadi pusat perhatian dan tumpuan bagi suatu organisasi. Terlepas dari semua itu penelitian ini mengangkat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Dalam Menentukan Karyawan Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy pada PT. Fonterra Brands Indonesia. Di dalam penelitian kali ini penulis ingin menganalisa cara menentukan karyawan terbaik. Selain menggunakan fuzzy inference system, penulis menggunakan metode mamdani sebagai metode yang dipilih usari ntuk perhitungan analisa dan menggunakan matlab sebagai software untuk menggambarkan bentuk analisanya, sehingga akhirnya penulis mengetahui karyawan manakah yang menjadi terbaik pada perusahaan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Fuzzy, Mamdani, Matlab

Abstract

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.

Abstract

Abstract - ssessment of employee performance is critical to future evaluation and planning of the company. Employee performance appraisal is absolutely done to know the achievement that will be achieved by every employee. Whether the achievement is good, enough or less. The purpose of this study is to assist companies in determining the assessment of employees who are objective. In the discussion, there are differences in the ranking done manually and the FSAW method with three variables are work quality, work skills and attendance. Conclusion with Fuzzy simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) method can produce accurate and fast information to satisfy employees to improve their performance.Keywords: Employee, FSAW, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to build decision support system that have the ability to analyze in the selection of imployes is doing by using AHP method. Employees can be compared to each other from the assessment factors and alternative so as to provide an output value for the intensity of the priorities in generating system that provide an assessment on each employee.It is usefull to make it esier for decision makers that are related to the issue of the election of the employee is doing. Abstract

Learning by using the conventional method currently does not support towards improving thequality of student learning. Lecturers or academic staff have the primary function to perform thetransfer of knowledge while the student has the function to receive the knowledge. More passivenature of this cause problems such as teacher attendance is absolutely necessary, referencesources are limited, and time is very limited. The development of information and communicationtechnology in education in particular has given rise to e-learning methods as a solution to supportthe learning is done with conventional methods. The research method used in this study is to usethe study of literature and observations on the use of e-learning on the web eUniversiti managedby Romi Satrio Wahono. Utilization of e-learning can improve the quality of teaching was done bystudents including students become more active in seeking knowledge, the Internet provideslearning resources that students need, and the formation of learning communities among students.The conclusion of this research is the application of e-learning methods can improve the quality ofthe students in the learning process, e-learning is present as the conventional method ofsupporting the learning process rather than to replace it, and the application of e-learning is theprimary function is as a companion mahasisea lecturer in the search for knowledge, whilestudents are the main actors in the pursuit of knowledge.Key Word: learning, e-learning, Internet

Abstract

Currently the competition that occurs particularly in retail sales is quite high, is marked with the number of stores popping or companies selling similar goods. This will certainly affect the number of opinions that will be obtained by each store or company. High competition is certainly going to result in two risk of profit (profit) or loss, if the profit will certainly survive, but if the loss it will be out of business, aka bankrupt. For the second risk is loss of course all companies do not want it, then how to survive and be able to generate profit? This is certainly needed a sales strategy that is right and healthy. One way is to implement e-commerce in marketing the goods or products a company has, so the purpose of this research is to benefit from the implementation of e-commerce in retail establishments. In this research used qualitative methods is to perform an in-depth interviews of business actors in the market and sell their wares. The results of this study was an increase of the number of customers on the company, and increased corporate profits. The conclusion was that implementation of e-commerce on the company's strategy to gain a competitive advantage where the company remained in existence until today. Keywords: e-commerce, customer, bisnis strategic

Abstract

SMPN 20 Bekasi is the school of choice in the area of ​​Bekasi but the data processing is still manual so that the information obtained for a long time therefore required web-based academic information system to produce information quickly and precisely. The purpose of this study is to produce information to school stakeholders, namely the school and students about the learning activities undertaken, assessment and report. Research method used is waterfall technique that is planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Discussion of this research from the use case diagrams and activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and table specifications. In conclusion web-based academic information system is useful for the school, especially teachers in presenting data such as student scores more effectively.

Abstract

MTs. Amanah Bamadita merupakan salah satu sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang terletak di Jakarta. Sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditentukan, pihak MTs. Amanah BAMADITA memberlakukan pengadaan beasiswa yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswi berprestasi. Beasiswa tersebut berupa kebijakan siswa dibebaskan untuk membayar Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP), dimana setiap bulannya biaya SPP sejumlah Rp. 180.000,00. Adapun dalam pengambilan keputusan penerima beasiswa masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana proses penyeleksian ini hanya menggunakan satu kriteria saja yaitu berdasarkan nilai rapot dan masih adanya kerangkapan data penerimaan beasiswa, sehingga pelaksanaan dan pengadaan beasiswa dinilai belum mampu menciptakan keadilan atau kurang tepat sasaran,  Selain itu masih kurang relevan dalam pemilihan siswa berprestasi untuk mendapatkan beasiswa dikarenakan belum  menggunakan  metode  perhitungan  yang  tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil peneilitian dari metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang telah diperhitungkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang berhak menerima beasiswa ada Enam orang siswa dimana memiliki nilai ?0,90 dan yang tertinggi adalah siswa yang bernama Gemma Nur Cahaya dengan hasil 0,96.

Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan perusahaan dunia bisnis suatu perusahaan dikatakan berhasil apabila perusahaan tersebut mampu mencapai target dan tujuan yang diinginkan, untuk meraih apa yang diinginkan perusahaan, maka perusahaan perlu memiliki alat penggerak utama yaitu karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi, disiplin waktu serta maksimal dalam menjalankan job desk-nya. Dalam setiap aktivitasnya, karyawan membutuhkan motivasi untuk dapat mencapai tujuan dari organisasi agar bekerja secara giat dan optimal sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Selain dari motivasi, lingkungan kerja juga memiliki peran yang tak kalah penting untuk mendukung keseharian dari karyawan tersebut bekerja. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa pengaruhnya motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berbasis sistem komputasi cerdas menggunakan Fuzzy Inference System. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan,  Kinerja Karyawan, Fuzzy Inference System
