Abstract

Mutual Cooperation is a cultural value that plays a crucial role in building social solidarity and community cohesion. However, social and cultural developments in modern times have led to a decline in community participation in mutual cooperation activities in some areas. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation, the factors influencing it, and strategies to strengthen mutual cooperation in RT 03 RW 01 Pematang Gubernur. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation and documentation. Informants were purposively selected, including the neighborhood head, community leaders, and residents who both participate and do not participate. The results show that community participation in mutual cooperation remains fairly high, especially in communal work and public facility development, supported by a sense of social responsibility and solidarity. The main obstacles are busy work schedules, individualistic lifestyles, and lack of awareness among some residents. Regular meetings and the role of community leaders effectively increase participation and a sense of belonging. The study concludes that strengthening the culture of mutual cooperation requires raising collective awareness, empowering community leaders, and adjusting activity schedules to accommodate residents’ needs. These findings are important for maintaining communal values amid social and cultural dynamics in modern society.

Abstract

Indonesian society is pluralistic, consisting of various ethnic groups, religions, and customs. This diversity can trigger various disputes in multicultural societies. This research aims to analyze the role of societal institutions in dispute-resolution efforts in multicultural communities. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, focusing on societal institutions as the primary subjects, specifically their role and effectiveness in managing disputes. Data from various sources were analyzed in three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that society institutions play a significant role in resolving disputes through mechanisms such as deliberation for consensus, customs, and customary sanctions. Strengthening the role of these institutions is essential for maintaining social harmony by increasing community understanding of customary law and building synergy between customary institutions and state law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sudut bukaan guide vane terhadap daya output dan efisiensi turbin crossflow pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) Lubuk Kilangan, Kota Padang. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan melibatkan pemanfaatan metode simulasi Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) dengan menerapkan model turbulensi k-Epsilon RNG, yang diimplementasikan melalui perangkat lunak Ansys Fluent versi 2023 R2. Langkah simulasi CFD meliputi pembuatan desain menggunakan software Solidwork 2020 dengan memvariasikan besar sudut bukaan guide vane turbin yaitu sudut 53°, 64°, 75°, dan 86°, kemudian desain diekspor ke software Ansys. Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses meshing dan setting boundary condition. Langkah terakhir yaitu proses solution dan result untuk menampilkan output simulasi. Dari simulasi yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa sudut bukaan guide vane berpengaruh terhadap daya ouput dan efisiensi turbin crossflow, dimana semakin kecil sudut bukaan guide vane, daya output dan efisiensi turbin semakin meningkat. Daya tertinggi diperoleh pada sudut bukaan 53° yang menghasilkan daya ouput sebesar 7,16 kW dan efisiensi 81,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of TikTok Affiliate Content Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on purchase intention among students in Bengkulu who use TikTok E-commerce. This associative quantitative study involves 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 25. The findings show that both Content Marketing (X₁) and Online Customer Reviews (X₂) significantly affect Purchase Intention (Y) both partially and simultaneously. This is indicated by t-values of 6.109 and 9.103 respectively, exceeding the t-table value of 1.976, and an F-value of 222.368 > 3.91 at a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.752, meaning 75.2% of purchase intention variation is explained by these two variables. This suggests that stronger content marketing and positive online reviews significantly enhance consumers’ purchase intentions on TikTok Shop.
