Abstract

The training was held with the aim of providing direct insight into the community related to the use of oil palm frond waste as a productive product and has a sale value. The training carried out in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu Tengah Regency provided insight into the process and results of the utilization of palm oil waste. This training was given to PKK mothers in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu district, Bengkulu province. The training is carried out by providing a simulation of making products and continuing to design independently. Through this activity the community is expected to be able to utilize the waste and farmers have a solution to the waste of oil palm fronds.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between the application of performance-based budgeting to work motivation in government agencies in the Department of Environment and Forestry of Bengkulu Province. The independent variable is the application of performance-based budgeting using indicators of budget transparency and motivation, budget discipline, budget equity, budget efficiency and effectiveness, while the dependent variable is the performance motivation of government agencies with indicators of motives, expectations and incentives. By using purposive sampling method in sampling and data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to 39 respondents, as for the method in analyzing data using the Spearman Rank Test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables namely the implementation of performance-based budgeting with indicators of budget transparency and motivation, budget discipline, budget equity, budget efficiency and effectiveness have a positive effect on the work motivation of government agencies.

Abstract

MSMEs have a very important role to improve the economy of a country. With the existence of MSMEs, it is able to facilitate the government in pursuing economic growth. In Indonesia, the number of MSMEs continues to increase every year, people who have an interest in business and business will establish MSMEs that are able to increase economic growth in their area. Bengkulu is a province that has also experienced an increase in MSMEs, there is a lot of potential in Bengkulu province so that it can be used as a business or business activity by the community, one of which is the management of durian fruit into durian lempuk in the Angut area of Bengkulu. In improving the efforts that have been made by the community, it is also necessary for people who are creative and innovative in developing their business so that they are able to compete globally so that durian lempuk can become an icon as a typical food of the Bengkulu province. the purpose of this service is to socialize to the community and motivate them to continue to increase the potential of the region so that they are able to create quality and growing MSMEs.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is creating something that adds value and makes a profit. This is done by an individual or group to manage a business. Entrepreneurship can be interpreted as encouraging entrepreneurial actors to take risks by being creative and adapting in the face of continuous changes in the future.This community service activity aims to inform class VI students of SDN 48 BENGKULU CITY about how to become successful and creative entrepreneurs to be able in this sophisticated era. This activity explains what entrepreneurship is, how to become a creative entrepreneur and how to create an initial concept for starting a business, examples of products to market, ways to make products, good marketing strategies. It is hoped that with this, students at SDN 48 KOTA BENGKULU will understand entrepreneurship better and be more interested in business so that in the future they can open successful businesses and help create jobs for local people.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and evolving digitalization, it is crucial for education to equip the younger generation with a creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit. This comunity service aims to explore the impact of socialization on the development of entrepreneurial spirit among students in the 10th grade of the Visual Communication Design (DKV) program at SMK 1 Pembangunan Kota Bengkulu. Through a case study method and data collection via interviews and observations, this study highlights a significant increase in the interest and skills of young entrepreneurs after participating in socialization activities. The findings of this research can serve as a foundation for educational institutions and relevant stakeholders to strengthen socialization approaches in fostering entrepreneurial spirit among students

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a creative and innovative ability that is used as a basis, tips and resources for seeking opportunities for success. The essence of entrepreneurship is the ability to create something new and different (create new and different) through creative and innovative thinking to create opportunities. As time goes by, an entrepreneurial spirit is needed that grows from the younger generation to support the national economy through entrepreneurship. This Community Service activity aims to provide class XI students at SMAN 6 South Bengkulu with an introduction to learning about entrepreneurship, interests and motivation as well as the benefits of entrepreneurship. This activity explains the concept of starting a business, including a business plan, various business opportunities, the benefits of starting a business, and the characteristics of entrepreneurship. There is a need for motivation in the field of entrepreneurship for students so that they can increase class XI students' interest in entrepreneurship which can later help the economy for themselves and their families. Abstract

This research aims to identify and socialize production strategies in palm sugar businesses to increase efficiency and productivity. Socialization of this strategy was carried out involving palm sugar farmers, craftsmen and related stakeholders. The methods used include field observations, in-depth interviews, and evaluation. The research results show that by implementing more modern and efficient production techniques, as well as optimal use of resources, palm sugar businesses can improve product quality and production capacity. Apart from that, ongoing education and training on production and marketing management also supports the sustainability of this business. The conclusion of this research is that the socialization of appropriate production strategies can have a positive impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of palm sugar business actors.

Abstract

Ada beberapa hal yang membuat kendala-kendala berwirausaha dapat diminimalisir dalam era digital ini, yakni dengan membuat upaya berwirausaha menjadi lebih cepat, lebih terjangkau, lebih mudah, bahkan menciptakan banyak kesempatan kolaborasi sehingga dapat membuat suatu usaha menjadi lebih efektif. Dunia digital menawarkan sumber daya baru yang sangat luas bagi para wirausahawan untuk memanfaatkan, mulai dari pengumpulan data terbuka, konten, kode, dan layanan yang tumbuh secara eksponensial hingga kontribusi online pengguna dan komunitas di seluruh dunia. Sosialisasi dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini dengan memberikan pemaparan tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar kewirausahaan masih berlaku dan dapat diaplikasikan di dunia kewirausahaan digital ini, seperti: menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan, mengidentifikasi peluang yang baik, mengenal pelanggan Anda, memenuhi ketentuan legal, maupun berupaya untuk meningkatkan modal pada siswa–siswi SMAN 1 Kota Bengkulu sehingga dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital, perubahan mendasar terletak pada upaya untuk aktif dalam aktivitas bisnis dan terkoneksi dengan masyarakat yang telah melek digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived service quality, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on consumer satisfaction with online services. The hypothesis tested is that these variables significantly affect customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used with data collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 60 online service users selected through purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the relationship between variables. The results show that perceived service quality has the strongest positive influence on consumer satisfaction, followed by online customer ratings and reviews. The findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and managing customer feedback online to increase satisfaction. This research contributes new knowledge about consumer behavior in online platforms by highlighting the interrelationships between service quality, customer reviews, and ratings. The originality of this research lies in its examination of how these factors collectively affect consumer satisfaction, providing valuable insights for businesses aiming to improve their online services and customer relationships..

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially in social media such as TikTok, has brought significant changes in consumer behavior, especially in purchasing decisions for product. Along with the increase in social media, the presence of celebrity endorsers has a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is whether attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise have an effect on purchasing decisions for product on Tiktok platform at Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. This research method uses quantitative research and data collection using questionnaire techniques, with a sample of 120 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression Y = 20,924 + 0.253 X1 + 0.260 X2 + 2.546. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between Celebrity Endorse variable (X1), Tiktok Platform (X2) value is 0 (zero), the purchasing decision (Y) Tiktok platform at Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. The results show that the results of the Celebrity Endorse test (XI) show t count 3.894> t table 1.980 and sigfinication 0.000 t table 1.980 and sigfinication 0.005 2.45, it is concluded that it accepts the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Celebrity Endorse (XI), Tiktok Platform (X2) on purchasing decisions for Tiktok Platform at Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. This can be seen at a significance level of 0.000 > 0,05.
