Abstract

Consultant has a very important role in coordinating project at the planning and supervision step. At present the performance of companion consultancy service (core team) in SNVT-P2JN Gorontalo is based on the absorption of core team’s contract value itself. This study aims to determine the effect of SIDLACOM (Survey, Investigation, Design, Land acquisition, Action program, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance) attributes towards core team’s performance in the working area of SNVT-P2JN Gorontalo. Analysis results of four methods, i.e. IPA method, CSI method, factor analysis, and regression analysis show that the attributes which determine the effect of SIDLACOM are: (1) Survey, consist of data accuracy and validation; (2) Investigation, consist of investigation of  problem and obstacle control in the site and investigation of method accuracy; (3) Detail Engineering Design, consist of inspection of DED anticipation towards the changes in the site, appropriate of dimension in accordance with technical standard and criteria; and  relevant to the technology; (4) Land Acquisition, consist of accuracy of land acquisition cost analysis; (5) Action Program, consist of examination of accurate DED preparation; (6) Construction, consist of making of road construction Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); (7) Operational, consist of investigation of traffic volume growth prediction data preparation; and (8) Maintenance, consist of the progress of making road maintenance Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Keywords: core team, performance appraisal, SIDLACOM  Konsultan memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan koordinasi pekerjaan proyek pada tahap perencanaan dan pengawasan. Selama ini penilaian kinerja jasa konsultansi pendamping (core team) di lingkungan SNVT-P2JN Gorontalo dilakukan berdasarkan penyerapan nilai kontrak. P2JN belum memiliki metode penilaian kinerja core team ditinjau dari tugas dan fungsinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut SIDLACOM (Survey, Investigation, Design, Land Acquisition, Action Program, Construction, Operation, Maintenance) terhadap penilaian kinerja core team di wilayah kerja SNVT-P2JN Gorontalo. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis Android pada Mata Kuliah Struktur Baja dalam bentuk Aplikasi.Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan tahapan-tahapan Research and Development yang mengadaptasi model 4D yang disarankan oleh Thiagarajan dan Semmel, dalam Trianto (2014: 93-96) yang terdiri dari 4 langkah, yaitu: define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket penilaian media pembelajaran untuk ahli materi, ahli media, dan mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian adalah ahli materi sebanyak 2 orang, ahli media sebanyak 1 orang dan mahasiswa program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan angkatan 2018 sebanyak 20 orang. Berdasarkan penilaian produk media pembelajaran berbasis Android oleh ahli materi 1 rata-rata skor adalah 8,0% masuk ke dalam kategori valid, sedangkan penilaian oleh ahli materi 2 rata-rata skor 8,5% masuk kategori sangat valid. Penilaian oleh ahli media 1 rata-rata skor 9,4 masuk kategori sangat valid. Penilaian dari 20 orang mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan rata-rata skor 82,35% masuk kategori sangat praktis. Sesuai dengan hasil penilaian, media yang dihasilkan dinyatakan sangat layak

Abstract

Research on quality testing of briquettes hybrid (lignite - rice husk) using proximate analysis, calorific value and flame test. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of proximate, calorific value and flame test using pyrolysis method, with adhesive Liquid Volatile Matter (LVM) the results of pyrolysis of rice husk. Lignite is heated in an oven with a temperature of 105 ° C and in the pyrolysis of rice husk with a variation of temperatures of 400 ° C, 500 ° C to 600 ° C and 700 ° C. Hybrid powder briquettes (coal blend of young and rice husk) made using Liquid Volatile Matter (LVM) as the glue that varied with the composition of 5% to 10% and 15% of the total sample period. Young coal and grain size of 100 mesh rice husks. Samples were molded by using a mold cylinder with a diameter of 1.92 cm with no restriction compacting of briquettes. Briquettes hybrid quality testing include determination of the parameters: water content, substance evaporates, ash content, bound carbon and calorific value. Quality testing and lignite briquettes hybrid rice husk covering sulut time and burning time. The results showed that the increase in the pyrolysis temperature can lower water content and volatile matter content and ash content and tends to increase carbon dependent. Briquettes optimum hybrid has a calorific value of 6255 cal / g at the pyrolysis temperature of 400 ° C adhesive 5%. Temperature increases are likely to affect the time sulut and briquettes burning time hybrid, where the higher the temperature, the higher the time is getting short time sulut and flames.

Abstract

However, computers have storage limitations that affect the performance of the computer. Currently, cloud computing technology is one of the solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative management in the educational environment. NextCloud is one of the cloud computing applications that can be used as cloud storage to facilitate data management in an educational environment. Therefore, this research aims to process administrative data easily, flexibly and without limitations that can be accessed offline through the local network of SMKN 7 Kota Serang or online outside the network of SMKN 7 Kota Serang. The data collection technique in this research is observation. The result of this research is the construction of a cloud computing server using the nextcloud application, which has stability performance in the process of downloading and uploading data, flexible access and unlimited, which can be accessed offline through the local network of SMKN 7 Kota Serang or online outside the SMKN 7 Kota Serang network as well as good access speed and security..

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan penyebutan mata pelajaran agama Islam di sekolah. Adapun cakupan mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam itu sendiri adalah mencakup materi ajar mulai dari Al-Qur’an Hadis, Aqidah Akhlak, Fiqh, dan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Mendapati cakupan ini maka dapat diasumsikan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman, kemampuan dan sikap beragama kepada siswa di sekolah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam tidak hanya melakukan transfer pengetahuan namun secara visioner pendidikan agama Islam menekankan kepada transfer values (nilai-nilai) Islam. Namun sangat disayangkan, pada praktiknya pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam diajarkan tanpa menggunakan strategi yang jitu. Pemilihan dan pemanfaatan strategi sebagai siasat dalam suatu pembelajaran akan sangat menentukan tahapan berikutnya sehingga capaian pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam tersebut dapat diraih oleh siswa. oleh karenanya seorang guru semestinya dalam mengawali pembelajarannya mampu memilih strategi yang tepat. Sedangkan metode yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi langsung serta strategi tidak langsung dapat menjadi inspirasi guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. 1) Strategi langsung meliputi, a) Strategi dril, b) Strategi peta konsep, dan c) Strategi dan 2) Strategi tidak langsung diantaranya, a) Strategi rileksasi, b) Strategi penggunaan musik, dan c) Strategi humor Kata Kunci: Strategi Langsung, Strategi Tidak Langsung, Pendidikan Agama Islam
