Abstract

This research aim is  to evaluate the effect of Palm oil liquid waste  to the cacao seedling growth. This research was conducted at Faculty of Agriculture Research Farm. This research was arrangement with Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) consisting of  six treatment of dosage with  four replications, so there are 24  polybag. The treatment are  dosage 0.0 Lpolybag -1 , 0.4 Lpolybag -1,0.8 Lpolybag -1, 1.2 Lpolybag -1, 1.6 Lpolybag -1 dan 2.0 Lpolybag -1. The Results showed  that there were significantly effects of dosage to all growth parameter, such as cacao seedling height, diameter of branch, total leaf area, root dry weight and plant dry weight. Dosages 1.6 L polybag-1, was the best effect on all growth parameters.

Abstract

Plyllostachys bamboosoides known in Asia, also called bamboo fence, is one of the choices for the construction and manufacture of furniture. Its properties also make it useful in a number of arts and crafts. The influence of ductility and toughness factors is at the microcellular level; which includes the pattern of arrangement, morphology, and mechanical properties of bamboo cells. The perfect combination of fibers and compressible parenchyma cells is the key to the excellent flexible deformation of bamboo, originally illustrated the elongation of parenchyma cells under bending through low resolution electron micrographs. The angle of the microfibrils in the cell wall plays an important role in the mechanical properties of the wood and the occurrence of interface delamination followed by matrix failure and fiber breakdown under natural growth. Tensile strength and strain due to the influence of variations in thickness and volume of composite composition with variations in manufacturing methods that can affect its mechanical properties so that it is expected to determine a good composition. The addition of bamboo fiber as a filler of Polyester resin has a significant effect on the tensile strength. Tensile testing with an angle of 450 with a thickness 1 mm resulted in the highest ultimate stress 0.027 M.Pa with 25%:75% polyester resin of bamboo fiber. The tensile strength is increased by increasing the volume of the bamboo fiber and reducing the thickness of the bamboo fiber increases the tensile strength of the composite.

Abstract

The Aviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, based on the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (GAPAR), obtained for 2021, there are 2 (two) targets with an average performanceachievement value ≤ 100%. Meanwhile, in 2022 there will be 1 (one) target with an average performance achievement value ≤ 100%. One of the reasons why this performance target has not been achieved is that competence, organizationalculture and motivation are not yet optimal. Study This aim for prove influence competence, culture organization, and motivation to performance employeeAviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Study This use approach quantitative, methods survey and analysis track. Population amount as many as 75 employees. In research This use saturated sampling technique, all member population used as the sample consisted of 75 employees. Data analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. results study showing that : competence influential direct positive and significant to motivation with big influence 0,415; culture organization influential direct positive and significant to motivation with biginfluence 0,330; competence influential direct positive and significant on performance with big influence 0,467; culture organization influential direct positive and significant to on performance with big influence 0,385; motivation influential direct positive and significant on performance with big influence 0,229. Implications, for increase performance employee of the Aviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation need done enhancement competence, carry out or apply culture good organization, and improve motivation for can get results more performance good.
