Abstract

Abstract: When working on a project that carries significant risk, the project owner asks the contractor for a letter of guarantee as a form of seriousness in carrying out the work for a certain time. One of the guarantor companies in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is PT. Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. The system design can also provide easy access for applicants who are far from PT offices. Jamkrida in Pangkalpinang. Keywords: guarantee certificate; surety bonds; web-based systems;  Abstrak: Pada pengerjaan proyek yang beresiko cukup besar, maka pihak pemilik proyek meminta surat jaminan kepada pihak kontraktor sebagai bentuk kesungguhan melaksanakan pekerjaannya selama waktu tertentu. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dirancang juga mampu memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pemohon yang secara geografis cukup jauh dari kantor PT. Abstract

The demographic bonus of 2030 demands that the younger generation be prepared not only as job seekers but also as technology-based job creators (technopreneurs) who are proficient in financial management. This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding of technopreneurship and financial literacy among ISB Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang students through an integrated public lecture and training. The method used was participatory with an andragogical approach, implemented in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The activity was attended by 188 participants from various educational institutions in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding by 47.0 percent (from a pre-test score of 54.7 to a post-test score of 80.4), with the highest increase in the financial literacy domain (53.5 percent) compared to technopreneurship (41.2 percent). Indicators with the highest improvement included the concept of the hedonic treadmill (44.0 points), investment risk profile (40.0 points), as well as the PKW program and understanding of stocks (36.0 points each). Participant satisfaction levels were very high with an average of 4.64 on a scale of 5. The activity also successfully stimulated the birth of 25 technology-based business ideas and identified 45 participants in need of further assistance. The integration of technopreneurship and financial literacy proved effective in equipping the younger generation with a holistic understanding of technology-based entrepreneurship and wise financial management, making a real contribution to optimizing the 2030 demographic bonus and achieving national entrepreneurship ratio targets.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the economy of Pangkalpinang City, however limited digital technology adoption remains a major obstacle. This study designs and implements a web-based e-marketplace with a product recommendation system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Weights were determined through a survey of 50 respondents, yielding four criteria: Price (W=26.4%), Rating (W=25.2%), Popularity (W=25.0%), and Distance (W=23.4%). The system was developed using Laravel 11 with MVC architecture and Bootstrap 5. Black-box testing on 48 scenarios showed 95.8% success. Accuracy evaluation yielded Precision 89.4%, Recall 85.8%, and F1-Score 87.6%. System Usability Scale (SUS) testing with 50 users produced an average score of 81.4 (Good category).

Abstract

This study addresses the strategic challenges faced by private universities in Indonesia in selecting the most suitable IT project to support digital transformation, comparing a Next-Generation Learning Management System (LMS) and an Integrated University Mobile Super-App. Rather than developing a new method, this study enhances the conventional Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by integrating sensitivity analysis and priority decomposition to improve decision explainability (Explainable MCDM). Expert assessments were collected from five academic stakeholders using pairwise comparisons based on Saaty's scale. Four criteria were assessed: Strategic Alignment, Benefits & Impact, Feasibility & Resources, and Risk Assessment. The results show a narrow preference for the LMS (50.7%) over the Super-App (49.3%), primarily driven by its superiority on the highest-weighted criterion, Strategic Alignment (35.6%), particularly the "Support for Core Educational Goals" sub-criterion. Sensitivity analysis reveals that the ranking would reverse if the Benefits & Impact weight increases from 0.200 to above 0.278. This study provides a transparent, replicable, explainable AHP framework that enables decision-makers to understand not only what is recommended but also why and under what conditions the recommendation changes.

Abstract

Kucing merupakan hewan yang banyak digemari masyarakat, namundi tengah kesibukan pemiliknya, terkadang sering kali mereka melupakan tugas penting seperti memberi makan, sehingga mempengaruhi kesehatan hewan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan mengembangkan sistem pemberi pakan kucing otomatis berbasis mikrokontroller arduino uno yang dapat membantu pemilik kucing dalam memberikan pakan secara terjadwal. Sistem ini menggunakan motor servo untuk menggerakkan tabung pakan dan dilengkapi GSM Shield untuk memberi peringatan kepada pemiliknya jika makanan kucing habis melalui handphone. Hasil pengujian bahwa alat dapat berkerja dengan baik secara otomatis sesuai dengan waktu yang dinginkan dan mengirimkan peringatan kepada pemilik, dengan demikian alat ini dapat menjadi sebuah solusi praktis bagi pemilik hewan dalam menjaga pola makan kucing serta mencegah kelaparan akibat keterlambatan pemberian makan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model klasifikasi kepribadian mahasiswa dengan menerapkan algoritma C4.5 yang berlandaskan teori Empat Temperamen (Sanguinis, Koleris, Melankolis, dan Plegmatis). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa, menghasilkan 100 data latih dan 20 data uji. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi skor indikator temperamen (A, B, C, dan D) serta atribut demografis berupa usia, jenis kelamin, dan jenis universitas. Proses pembentukan model dilakukan melalui tahapan perhitungan entropy, information gain, dan gain ratio untuk menentukan atribut paling relevan dalam konstruksi pohon keputusan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa indikator temperamen memberikan kontribusi lebih dominan dibandingkan atribut demografis dalam proses klasifikasi. Model yang dihasilkan mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 90%, dengan rata-rata precision 0,91, recall 0,90, dan F1-score 0,90. Struktur pohon keputusan yang terbentuk bersifat mudah dipahami serta dapat diturunkan menjadi aturan klasifikasi yang transparan. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas algoritma C4.5 dalam membangun model klasifikasi kepribadian mahasiswa, sekaligus membuka peluang penerapannya sebagai dasar sistem pendukung keputusan di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Stres akademik merupakan masalah kesehatan mental yang umum dialami mahasiswa dan berpotensi menurunkan prestasi akademik serta kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi tingkat stres mahasiswa menggunakan algoritma Gaussian Naïve Bayes berdasarkan lima aspek penyebab stres, yaitu akademik, lingkungan kampus, pribadi, sosial, dan tekanan. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 mahasiswa aktif melalui kuesioner skala Likert dengan 25 item pertanyaan yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dibagi menjadi 80 data latih dan 20 data uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi tingkat stres mahasiswa yaitu 24 persen rendah, 45 persen sedang, dan 31 persen tinggi. Model Gaussian Naïve Bayes mencapai akurasi 100 persen pada data uji dengan nilai presisi, recall, dan F1-score sempurna. Hasil validasi silang lima fold menunjukkan rata-rata akurasi 96 persen, mengindikasikan model tidak mengalami overfitting. Kesimpulannya, metode Gaussian Naïve Bayes efektif diimplementasikan sebagai sistem deteksi dini stres mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem Point of Sale (POS) berbasis Android guna meningkatkan efisiensi proses repeat order pada Whishes Fusion Wok & Coffee. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi usaha ini adalah keterlambatan pemrosesan pesanan ulang, antrean transaksi pada jam sibuk, serta tingginya risiko kesalahan input pesanan yang berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype, yang meliputi tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan, pembuatan prototipe awal, evaluasi pengguna, perbaikan prototipe, dan pengembangan sistem akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem POS berbasis Android yang dirancang mampu menyediakan fitur repeat order secara cepat melalui one-click reorder, pengelolaan transaksi secara real-time, serta penyimpanan riwayat pesanan pelanggan secara terintegrasi. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan fitur pengelolaan menu, laporan penjualan, dan pencetakan struk digital. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses repeat order, meminimalkan kesalahan transaksi, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan pada Whishes Fusion Wok & Coffee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Services) berbasis kuantitatif. Sebanyak 82 mahasiswa aktif dipilih sebagai responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form dengan 24 butir pernyataan berskala Likert 1–5. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan Cronbach Alpha = 0,977 dan seluruh 24 item valid (r-hitung 0,391–0,680 > r-tabel 0,220). Analisis PIECES menghasilkan: Performance (3,72), Information (3,88), Economy (3,94), Control (3,84), Efficiency (3,91), dan Services (3,85). Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan PIECES sebesar 3,86 termasuk kategori Puas. Dimensi Economy memperoleh nilai tertinggi, sedangkan Performance memperoleh nilai terendah sehingga perlu prioritas perbaikan pada aspek stabilitas dan kecepatan sistem.
