Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Proses pengutan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, (2)  Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal terpancang. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data menggunkan trianggulasi data dan trianggulasi metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dengan tahap-tahap sebagai berikut (1) Tahap persiapan, (2) Reduksi Data, (3) Penyajian Data, (4) Penarikan Kesimpulan. Adapun prosedur penelitian dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap Persiapan, (2) Tahap Pengumpulan Data, (3) Tahap Analisis Data, (4) Tahap Pnyusunan Laporan Penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Tahap perencanaan pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam Silabus maupun RPP. Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan menghadirkan aspek kultur dalam pembelajaran PPKn tanpa mengubah struktur kurikulum dan keilmuan. Tahap penilaian pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penilaian sikap untuk mengetahui sikap multikultural siswa; (2) Proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yaktu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukung anatara lain kurikulum 2013, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran serta kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, lingkungan sekolah yang heterogen. Faktor penghambat dalam proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn antara lain: faktor internal dan faktor teknis, faktor internal meliputi minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn. Faktor teknis berupa waktu pembelajaran yang terbatas.Kata Kunci : Penguatan, Nilai-Nilai Multikultural, Pembelajaran PPKn.

Abstract

The objective of research was to find out: (1) how the implementation of tolerance values internalization was by Forum Persaudaraan Bangsa Indonesia (FPBI) in Surakarta City, (2) what constraints Forum Persaudaraan Bangsa Indonesia (FPBI) in Surakarta City faced in implementation of tolerance values internalization in Surakarta City, and (3) how the effect of tolerance values internalization was on the improvement of social integration in Surakarta City. The internalization of tolerance values carried out by FPBI of Surakarta city exerted effect on the people?s tolerance attitude, despite not too considerable effect. However, the people who had attended the tolerance values internalization activity held by FPBI, the one in Kampung Baru, Pasar Kliwon Subdistrict, of Surakarta, had become more tolerant and appreciating the difference, thereby leading to the improvement of social integration, manifested in harmonious interaction among the people, the existence of social activity, and the cooperation between the people with different ethnical and religious background. KATA KUNCI: Internalisasi nilai toleransi, integrasi sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain:  1) How the competence of civics teachers as implementation of psychomotor rating. 2) What are the inhibiting factors that experienced by civics teachers as implementation of psychomotor rating towards students at Junior High School 3 Kebakkramat Karanganyar.This method on this research is using a qualitative research approach. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data source obtained from informant, place, event and document. Sampling technique which used is purposive sampling. In this research, data collection techniques used to obtain and arrange data by interview, observation and document analysis. In the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) pedagogical competence of Civics teacher in implementing rating has been done, but it is not all explanation in each indicators done by civics teachers. In indicator implements rating, process evaluation, and study result, civics teachers have not done yet the administration of process rating and study result chronically by using various instrument. For the indicator of utilizing research result and evaluation to the interest of learning, civics teachers have done well. Also, the indicator doing reflective action of increasing quality of learning. Civics teachers have done it but civics teachers have not done yet research of class action that obtained by that reflective result to improve learning on civics subject. In addition, As for psychomotor rating showed by unsuitable RPP in the making of implementing in class. Teachers apply the psychomotor rating on RPP but it can?t be done yet in learning. Civics teachers in psychomotor rating using technique of rating for job, portfolio, and observation or self-judging; 2) The inhibiting factors that hampered by Civicsteachers on determining of Psychomotor Rating are: hampered by time, difficult to determine the indicator and evaluation aspects of learning materials, the number of students are big, using cognitivist teaching materials and conventional learning models.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out: (1) the participation of Village Community Empowerment Institution in implementing Village Development as the Manifestation of Civic Participatory in Blorong Village, Jumantono Sub District and Karanganyar Regency and (2) the factors affecting the participation of Village Community Empowerment Institution in implementing Village Development as the Manifestation of Civic Participatory in Blorong Village, Jumantono Sub District and Karanganyar Regency. This research employed qualitative method with a single embedded case study approach. The data source was obtained from informant, place and event, and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was conducted using data and method triangulations. Meanwhile, technique of analyzing data used was an interactive model of analysis encompassing: (1) Data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion drawing. The procedure of research included: (1) preparation, (2) data collection, (3) data analysis, and (4) research report writing. Considering the result of research, the following conclusion could be drawn. (1) The participation of Village Community Empowerment Institution in implementing Village Development as the Manifestation of Civic Participatory in Blorong Village is not optimal. It could be seen from its participation in each of stages in the development of Blorong Village from planning, implementation, development and utilization of development results. (2) The participation of Village Community Empowerment Institution in implementing development was affected by factors included: first, allowances for members of LPMD. Second,regulation of LPMD. Third, support from society. Fourth, stranded good communication between LPMD and society. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors included: first, gradual fund issuance. Second, low awareness of LPMD. Third, low trust society to village goverment showed with society?s prejudice and dissenting opinion.
