Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Marketing Mix on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Mamuju Unit Sub-Branch which aims to determine the effect of products, promotions and processes on customer satisfaction. The method of analysis used in this research is 1) The validity test to measure the variables in this study has a correlation coefficient that is more than rtable = 0.165 (rtable value for n = 100), so that all questions are valid, 2) The reliability test shows that all Cronbach's Alpha variables which are quite large, namely above 0.60 so that it can be said that all measuring concepts for each variable from the questionnaire are reliable so that henceforth the concept variables are suitable for use as measuring instruments, and 3) The multiple regression results test above shows that the variable independent product, promotion, process influence the dependent variable namely customer satisfaction. Where every increase that occurs in the independent variable will also be followed by an increase in the dependent variable. In addition, from these results it can be seen that the dominant independent variable is the person/employee variable of 0.344.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the State Electricity Company in Pangkajenne Sidenreng Rappang, either partially or simultaneously. This research analyzes phenomena through collecting basic data, namely through statements that are tested through testing the validity and reliability of each statement item answered by the respondent. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a Likert scale. The object of this research is Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The hypothesis results from Training (X1) with tcount (6.410) ≥ ttable (2.000) so it is proven that the Training variable has a significant effect on employee performance, so at a 5% error level the hypothesis is stated as H02 rejected and Ha2 accepted. This means that Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance at, PT. Negara Electric Company in Pangkajenne Sidenreng Rappanghe results of the Work Discipline hypothesis (X2) with tcount (7.213) ≥ ttable (2.000) so it is proven that the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, so in error rate of 5% hypothesis is stated as H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at State Electric Company in Pangkajenne Sidenreng Rappang. Hypothesis results simultaneously show that Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) 51.0%. while 49.0% of the results were influenced by other variables unknown in this study.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the transition of the use of the Regional Government Information System application and at the beginning of 2024 it became the Republic of Indonesia Regional Government Information System which has been implemented in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of the Republic of Indonesia local government information system (X) including content (X1), accuracy (X2), format (X3), ease of use (X4), and timeliness (X5) on user satisfaction of accounting information services (Y) at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency office using the end-user computing satisfaction method as a tool to measure user satisfaction. The population in this study were civil servants in the scope of the office totaling 46 people and also the number was drawn into a sample in this study using a saturated sampling technique totaling 46 people who would be given a questionnaire. The analysis model used to prove the hypothesis is path analysis. The results showed that of the 46 respondents studied, of the 6 hypotheses proposed, 3 hypotheses were rejected and 3 hypotheses were accepted. Where the partially accepted variables are format (X3) and timeliness (X5), and the rejected variables are content (X1), accuracy (X2), and ease of use (X4). Simultaneously, the five variables are proven to simultaneously affect the user satisfaction variable (Y). Based on this, in order to develop in the academic field, it is hoped that further researchers will develop variables and increase the number of respondents for better results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of Perum BULOG during the 2019-2021 Covid-19 pandemic as measured by analyzing liquidity and profitability ratios. The liquidity ratio is measured by the current ratio and quick ratio, while the profitability ratio is measured by return on assets and return on equity. The data used is the 2019-2021 Perum Bulog annual report or financial report obtained from the official Perum Bulog website. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of data analysis show that the Liquidity Ratio of Perum Bulog is measured using the current ratio and quick ratio. The current ratio in 2019-2021 was at the level of 111.41%, 120.69% and 118.81% respectively. This current ratio calculation position is far below the industry average of 200%. The quick ratio in 2019-2021 was 43.80%, 43.23% and 66.80% respectively. If the quick ratio calculation is compared with the industry average of 150%, the results are far below the industry average or in poor condition. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Perum Bulog's liquidity ratio was in a bad position when measured using the current ratio and quick ratio. Profitability ratios are measured using Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). ROA in 2019-2021 was 4.90%, 3.80% and 1.11% respectively. The ROA calculation position is far below the industry average of 30%. ROE for 2019-2021 is -19.50%, 10.00% and 3.00% respectively. The ROE calculation is below the industry average of 40%. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Perum Bulog's profitability ratio was in the bad category when measured using ROA and ROE.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan pertanian berbasis agribisnis di Desa Cenrana telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan petani dan perkembangan sektor pertanian. Program ini memberdayakan petani dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam praktik pertanian agribisnis, memungkinkan mereka mengadopsi teknologi pertanian yang lebih efisien, diversifikasi produk, dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat menciptakan kolaborasi yang kuat antara petani, penyedia layanan atau pengabdi dan pihak terkait, sehingga memungkinkan solusi lokal dapat diterapkan, mengingat beragamnya tantangan yang dihadapi masing-masing petani. Peningkatan akses pasar dan kesadaran akan pentingnya lingkungan telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian, memungkinkan petani untuk menjual produk mereka dengan harga yang lebih baik dan mencapai pendapatan yang lebih stabil. Meski telah mencapai hasil yang nyata, masih terdapat tantangan yang perlu diatasi, antara lain melanjutkan pendidikan, pendampingan, dan penguatan infrastruktur. Dengan tekad dan kerjasama yang terus menerus, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat terus menjadi penggerak utama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan membangun gairah terhadap sektor pertanian di Desa Cenrana. Dedikasi ini juga dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi daerah lain untuk melakukan pendekatan serupa dalam mengembangkan pertanian berbasis agribisnis.
