Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 5 periode dari tahun 2017-2021 dari seluruh total karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan metode observasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan Sistem pemberian motivasi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan berupa: Motivasi langsung (Direct Motivation) Motivasi langsung merupakan motivasi yang berupa materi maupun non materi yang diberikan secara langsung kepada setiap karyawan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta kepuasannya. Jadi sifatnya khusus seperti bonus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel pemberian motivasi yang dijadikan sebagai variable penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan adalah bonus ini terlihat dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (5,992) yang lebih besar 3,182 sehingga bonus berpenagaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktifitas karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT. Surya Eden Utama Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi untuk pengujian peranan motivasi (X) terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan (Y) di PT. Surya Eden Utama Makassar berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan hasil perhitungan analisis bahwa nilai determinasi adalah 0,90. Motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan apabila sistem pemberian insentif didasarkan pada motivasi kerja dan tingkat kemampuan daripada karyawan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether service quality and price affect customer satisfaction, while the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction in PT. JNE (Nugraha Ekakurir Line) Palopo. Service quality and price as independent variables , , while customer satisfaction is the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this study is the number of customers who have fluctuated at JNE Palopo, and in the last four years, the target was not achieved only in 2021. The sample for this study was taken from as many as 30 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was obtained from the questionnaire results and then processed to be tested with statistics through the SPSS 21 program. The results of the tests showed that service quality and price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. JNE (Nugraha Ekakurir Line) Palopo. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Marketing Mix on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Mamuju Unit Sub-Branch which aims to determine the effect of products, promotions and processes on customer satisfaction. The method of analysis used in this research is 1) The validity test to measure the variables in this study has a correlation coefficient that is more than rtable = 0.165 (rtable value for n = 100), so that all questions are valid, 2) The reliability test shows that all Cronbach's Alpha variables which are quite large, namely above 0.60 so that it can be said that all measuring concepts for each variable from the questionnaire are reliable so that henceforth the concept variables are suitable for use as measuring instruments, and 3) The multiple regression results test above shows that the variable independent product, promotion, process influence the dependent variable namely customer satisfaction. Where every increase that occurs in the independent variable will also be followed by an increase in the dependent variable. In addition, from these results it can be seen that the dominant independent variable is the person/employee variable of 0.344.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to identify and analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of village funds from 2020 to 2022 in Padaloang Village, Dua Pitue Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Methods: The research method used is qualitative with a narrative approach. The data sources used are secondary data, which were analyzed using the effectiveness and efficiency ratios, and primary data in the form of interview results, which were analyzed using effectiveness and efficiency measurements. Findings: The study results show that the analysis of the effectiveness of village fund management in Padaloang Village from 2020 to 2022 indicates stable development. Each year, the average village fund management level reaches 96%. Conclusion: This indicates that the financial management of Padaloang Village is considered effective, with the calculation results exceeding 90% and the interview results also aligning with the effectiveness measurements used. Novelty/Originality of this article: The efficiency analysis shows that the management of village funds in Padaloang Village experienced a decline during the 2020—2022 period. The average efficiency level of Padaloang Village's financial management during this period was 97,80%, indicating less efficiency because the value is less than 100%, but the interview results show alignment with the efficiency measurements used. These results indicate that the village government still uses its budget less efficiently but effectively. This shows that the objectives can be achieved but with relatively high resources.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyse the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operations Expenses to Operation Income (BOPO) toward Return On Equity (ROE). Secondary data were obtained from quarterly report of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar covering the period of 2010 until 2017. F test shows that in simultant variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operations Expenses to Operation Income (BOPO), influence Return On Equity (ROE). While, partially with t test show that CAR and LDR variables show positive and doesn’t have significant to ROE, NPL variable show negative and significant to ROE, and BOPO variable show negative and doesn’t have significant to ROE. Predictive ability of the four independent variabels to ROE is 42,6% and it shown by adjusted R2 value, the rest 57,4% influenced by other variabel outside the model.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most urgent thing in the business field because it is a determining factor in the success of a company, prices that are not affordable will make customers feel less satisfied. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the marketing mix of Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4) has an effect on Customer Satisfaction at Toko Myarumi Sidenreng Rappang Regency, both partially and simultaneously.The method used in this research is quantitative research method with a type of correlation research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers of Toko Myarumi Sidenreng Rappang Regency, the population in this study is unlimited so that the researchers conducted a sample of 96 respondents using the lemeshow formula, then the data obtained were processed using the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the marketing mix of Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4), both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Toko Myarumi Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the State Electricity Company in Pangkajenne Sidenreng Rappang, either partially or simultaneously. This research analyzes phenomena through collecting basic data, namely through statements that are tested through testing the validity and reliability of each statement item answered by the respondent. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a Likert scale. The object of this research is Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The hypothesis results from Training (X1) with tcount (6.410) ≥ ttable (2.000) so it is proven that the Training variable has a significant effect on employee performance, so at a 5% error level the hypothesis is stated as H02 rejected and Ha2 accepted. This means that Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance at, PT. Negara Electric Company in Pangkajenne Sidenreng Rappanghe results of the Work Discipline hypothesis (X2) with tcount (7.213) ≥ ttable (2.000) so it is proven that the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, so in error rate of 5% hypothesis is stated as H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at State Electric Company in Pangkajenne Sidenreng Rappang. Hypothesis results simultaneously show that Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) 51.0%. while 49.0% of the results were influenced by other variables unknown in this study.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of logo symbolism in shaping the identity and communication strategies of State Islamic Universities (UINs) in Central Java, Indonesia. Logos serve as powerful visual representations of an institution's identity, blending cultural and religious values. Despite their importance, there is limited research on the semiotic analysis of UIN logos, particularly in terms of integrating Islamic identity with local cultural heritage. This research examines the challenges faced by the Towani Tolotang community in Indonesia, focusing on gender stereotypes, cultural conservatism, and economic barriers to higher education, especially for women. The Towani Tolotang community’s adherence to traditional values often creates a conflict between higher education and cultural preservation, limiting educational opportunities. Gender expectations and economic limitations further exacerbate this issue, with women’s education often deprioritized and financial constraints hindering access to higher education. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing semiotic analysis based on Charles Peirce's theory and Cerrato’s color theory. Data was gathered through documentation techniques from online repositories, focusing on logos from five UINs in Central Java. Findings indicate that these logos incorporate Islamic values while reflecting local cultural heritage, using symbols such as gunungan, flowers, and specific color schemes (green, white, yellow, orange, gold, and black). These logos not only embody cultural preservation but also promote progressive Islamic education. The study underscores the significance of logo symbolism in reinforcing institutional identity, enhancing public perception, and boosting the competitiveness of UINs globally.
