Abstract

Pendahuluan : Pasien DM tipe 2 seringkali mengalami depresi karena tuntutan menjaga pola makan, rutin monitoring gula darah, serta penyakit komplikasi. Hal ini berpotensi memperburuk kualitas hidup penderitanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan depresi dan kualitas hidup pasien DM tipe 2. Metode: Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif korelasional dan berpendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 156 orang yang direkrut dengan teknik convenience sampling dari departemen rawat jalan sebuah RSUD di Sulawesi Tengah, Indonesia. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42) dan World Health Organization Quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF). Statistik deskriptif dan analisa bivariat difungsikan dalam mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil: Ada korelasi positif dan signifikan antara depresi dan domain psikologis kualitas hidup (r = 0,21; p < 0,01). Kesimpulan: Pasien DM tipe 2 dengan depresi yang lebih tinggi menunjukkan persepsi secara psikologis yang sudah lebih baik

Abstract

AbstractDepressive disorders can happen to anyone and will affect the pattern of life. However, there are still people who underestimate depression itself. Generally, depression problems or mental disorders are carried out with psychotherapy, a method for treating problems to find out the experienced problem and using anti-depressants. This study aims to produce a therapeutic aid for depression sufferers in this dysthymia by using Virtual Reality technology, which can be used by patients and medical experts, namely psychologists and psychotherapists, to use Virtual Reality-based therapy methods. The research method used is the prototyping method. The way to collect data is by interview and scientific literature. Researchers used Unity3D Software to create Virtual Reality applications. Virmentalness application is expected to help people with dysthymia symptoms in doing therapy to reduce symptoms. The application displays a 3D viewing environment of a room, a 360-degree atmosphere, and content video and audio for therapy methods. Keywords— Depressive disorders, Dysthymia, Virtual Reality, Therapy, Android

Abstract

Sebagai pusat kegiatan bagi ke tiga pelaku usaha pada perikanan yaitu masyarakat,  nelayan dan usaha perikanan, Pelabuhan Perikanan dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas penunjang usaha baik fasilitas di darat dan di perairan untuk menunjang operasional berlabuhnya kapal nelayan, pengolahan, industri dan pemasaran hasil perikanan. Untuk itu Pelabuhan Perikanan dibagi atas empat Pelabuhan yaitu Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS), Pelabuhan Perikanan Nasional (PPN), Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) serta Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI). Kegiatan yang terdapat pada PPN yaitu menyediakan keperluan untuk penangkapan ikan di wilayah laut tertorial dan wilayah Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif (ZEE) yang menggunakan kapal sekurang-kurangnya 30 GT (Gross Tonnage) hingga diatas 200 GT. Melihat keberadaan kapal tangkap ikan dan kapal pengangkut ikan yang beroperasi di PPN, perlu dukungan tersedianya Bahan Bakar Minyak(BBM) jenis Solar untuk keperluan semua kapal yang beroperasi. Dengan melakukan pendataan keperluan BBM pada PPN, maka ketersedian BBM ditingkat   PPS akan dapat dilakukan, mengingat keberadaan PPS adalah peningkatan status dari PPN menjadi PPS. Berdasarkan kebutuhan BBM pada PPN, maka penelitaian ini dijalankan untuk dapat mengetahui ketersediaan BBM di tingkat PPS dengan pengeloloan data pada ketersediaan BBM di tingkat PPN serta keperluan kapal tangkap yang hanya beroperasi di PPS. Kata Kunci— Tata Kelola, Database, BBM Solar, PPN, PPS

Abstract

Abstract Low back pain (LBP) is a common world health problem that can cause activities to be limited due to negative impacts received by the body, especially the lumbar vertebrae. This study aims to determine the relationship between work posture and age with the incidence of LBP in farmers. The research method used an analytical observational research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data collection process used the NPB questionnaire and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The results showed a non-significant relationship between the work position and the incidence of low back pain in farmers (p>0.05) but there was a significant relationship in a positive direction between age and the incidence of low back pain in farmers (p<0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.548. Farmers are expected to maintain an ergonomic work posture and as much as possible change positions or stretch while working in an effort to reduce the risk of low back pain. It is necessary to make an application or system through software to overcome or complete the limitations in REBA measurements which are currently only manually so that the recorded data is not only using digital photos but maybe through video recordings and analyzed automatically in the system computerized to measure angles and evaluate them automatically real-time.
