Abstract

This study discusses the role of social media in marketing products of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Patas 1 Village, Gunung Bintang Awai District, South Barito Regency. MSMEs are an essential sector in the village's economy, with various businesses such as culinary, handicrafts, and traditional weapon production. Social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp have helped some MSME actors expand their markets and increase product sales. However, some MSMEs have yet to utilize social media due to limited knowledge fully. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of social media use in MSME marketing and provide appropriate strategy recommendations. The evaluation methods used were interviews and direct observation. The study's findings indicate that social media significantly expands market networks, builds consumer interactions, and increases product sales. However, challenges such as lack of creativity and competition from similar products remain. Therefore, training and socialization on social media use for MSME actors are necessary to maximize their marketing potential in the digital era

Abstract

Community service activities provide knowledge about the diversity of dances that exist in Central Kalimantan and increase students' ability to perform Central Kalimantan Dayak creative dance movements. Based on the activities carried out by the PKM Team during these 3 days, several results were obtained, including: Dance training was more popular with female students than male students. This is because students think that dancing is an activity or action that is generally carried out by women. So male students feel embarrassed to dance. In this case, the PKM Team provides training based on student interests and without any coercion on students. The initial training process is an introduction to the types of Central Kalimantan Dayak dance and creative dance that will be taught. This introduction is nailing to the training participants. From the coercion process, the result was that students began to get to know Central Kalimantan Dayak dance. This can be seen from the body movements of students who start to sculpt little by little. The dance demonstration given uses simple movements which are traditional Central Kalimantan Dayak dance movements that are modified and combine several traditional Central Kalimantan Dayak dance movements which are packaged according to elementary school children's dance movements so that they can be easily imitated by students.

Abstract

Background: Psychological safety is essential in early childhood education, particularly for kindergarten children who often rely on non-verbal modes of expression to communicate their emotions. Traditional counseling approaches may not fully meet the developmental needs of young learners, highlighting the need for expressive, child-centered methods within school guidance and counseling programs. Aim: This study investigates how group art activities can foster the creation of emotionally and socially safe learning environments for kindergarten children and how these activities can be effectively integrated into school guidance and counseling practices. Method: A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using PRISMA guidelines to synthesize empirical research published between 2014 and 2024 on safe learning environments, expressive arts, and counseling in early childhood settings. Ten studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using a thematic synthesis approach. Results and Dıscussion: The reviewed studies indicate that group art activities provide developmentally appropriate pathways for emotional expression and contribute to children's sense of psychological safety. Drawing, painting, and collage-making enable children to express emotions non-verbally, thereby reducing anxiety and facilitating emotional regulation. Collaborative artmaking also promotes social safety by enhancing peer cooperation, empathy, and supportive interactions. Furthermore, several studies have shown that integrating art into guidance and counseling sessions helps counselors identify emotional needs and build rapport with young children. Conclusion: Group art activities have the potential to enhance safe space education in kindergarten by supporting emotional expression and strengthening peer relationships within counseling contexts. However, the evidence base remains limited, and more research, particularly longitudinal and intervention-based studies, is needed to clarify the conditions under which art-based approaches most effectively promote emotional and social safety.
