Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas mikroalga epifit pada Padina dan Caulerpa, kualitas lingkungan perairan dan korelasi kepadatan mikroalga epifit dengan parameter lingkungan perairan di Pulau Kabung Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2019 dengan menggunakan metode survei dan penentuan stasiun pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari tiga stasiun berdasarkan rona lingkungan. Stasiun I terdapat dermaga kapal, stasiun II terdapat aktivitas penduduk dan stasiun III tanpa aktivitas penduduk. Struktur komunitas mikroalga epifit pada Padina dan Caulerpa di perairan Pulau Kabung terdiri dari 5 divisi, 7 kelas, 45 ordo, 62 famili dan 76 genus. Kepadatan tertinggi mikroalga epifit di Perairan Pulau Kabung terdapat di stasiun III dengan nilai (4873 ind/5g) pada Padina dan kepadatan terendah yaitu stasiun I (2653 ind/5g) pada Caulerpa. Genus yang paling mendominasi adalah Amphora, Nitzchia, Pinnularia, Synedra, Chlamydomonas dan Botrydiopsis. Kisaran indeks keanekaragaman (H') berkisar antara (3,58-3,71), indeks keseragaman (E)(0,84-0,89), indeks dominansi (C) (0,03-0,04) dan indeks similaritas Sorensen (89,70-94,28%). Parameter lingkungan perairan Pulau Kabung yang berkolerasi sempurna terhadap kepadatan mikroalga epifit adalah suhu, DO, salinitas, konduktivitas, arus dan nitrat dengan nilai 1 sampai -1, sedangkan kedalaman, fosfat dan pH cenderung tidak menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan.

Abstract

Sampah telah menjadi isu lingkungan global yang mendesak, dengan tantangan yang beragam di setiap wilayah, baik dalam penanganan sampah organik maupun non-organik. Salah satu solusi yang efektif untuk menghadapi permasalahan ini adalah dengan melakukan pengolahan sampah. Pengolahan sampah bertujuan untuk mengurangi volume sampah serta memanfaatkan potensi yang terkandung di dalamnya, seperti menghasilkan bahan daur ulang, produk baru, dan energi. Pentingnya pengolahan sampah semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya volume sampah di berbagai daerah, serta kebutuhan akan metode penanganan yang tepat guna menjaga kebersihan dan estetika lingkungan. Di Kabupaten Barito Selatan, khususnya di Kecamatan Gunung Bintang Awai, sampah organik dapat diolah menjadi pupuk, sementara sampah non-organik, terutama plastik, dapat diubah menjadi paving block. Hasil penelitian ini juga disusun dalam bentuk ebook yang informatif dan menarik, dengan tujuan menginspirasi masyarakat dan mendorong aktivitas positif di komunitas.

Abstract

Rukoh Reservoir is located in the upper part of Krueng (Kr.) Rukoh River Watershed, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province with a catchment area of 19.63 Km2. This reservoir has a storage capacity of 124.42 million m3 and is used for irrigation, drinking water and hydropower. The condition of Kr. Rukoh there is no discharge recording device, so to obtain discharge data it is necessary to convert rainfall data into discharge in the form of Rainfall-Runoff Model.  The purpose of this research is to calculate the amount of flow discharge and the suitability of the two rainfall-runoff models using the F.J. Mock method and NRECA method with observed discharge. Furthermore, determining the amount of reliable discharge as inflow availability of Rukoh reservoir. This research begins with the collection of rainfall data, evapotranspiration and condition parameters of the Rukoh Reservoir catchment area. The parameters in both models are optimized to obtain the optimal model discharge that is close to the observed  discharge data (Qobs). The results of the model suitability test showed that the NRECA model discharge is better compared to the F.J. Mock discharge model, the NSE test value = 0.64 and the correlation test value R = 0.83. Based on the selected discharge model, the calculation obtained the average flow discharge as Rukoh reservoir inflow of 1.13 m3 / sec and 80% water availability of Rukoh Reservoir by 0.58 m3/sec and 90% water availability obtained at 0.43 m3/sec.

Abstract

The learning of Al-Qur’an and Hadith plays an essential role in shaping students' understanding of the Qur’anic and Hadith content within the school environment. This learning process presents unique challenges for educators, as it is not only aimed at transmitting religious knowledge but also at cultivating moral values, ethics, and spirituality in students’ daily lives, as reflected in the teachings of the Qur’an and hadith. One common issue is the low level of active student participation during the learning process and the difficulty teachers face in fostering learning motivation. As an alternative solution, an active learning approach through the discovery learning model can be implemented. This model provides students with the opportunity to be directly involved in the exploration, discovery, and observation of subject matter. Thus, learners become active participants in the learning process and gain a deeper understanding of content derived from the Qur’an and Hadith. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the discovery learning model in Al-Qur’an hadith instruction at MAN 3 Banyumas. The method used is a qualitative approach through a case study with field research design. The study was conducted at MAN 3 Banyumas, Sumpiuh District. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, triangulation techniques were applied. The results showed that the application of the discovery learning model in Al-Qur’an Hadith learning was generally carried out in two main stages: implementation and evaluation. The implementation phase consists of three learning activities introductory, core, and closing activities while the evaluation phase was conducted using both test and non-test instruments
