Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan sarana  masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama selain rumah sakit,  apalagi dengan adanya pandemi seperti sekarang puskesmas menjadi sarana pelayan utama karena rumah sakit yang sudah tidak sanggup menampung pasien yang terpapar virus covid-19. Pemerintah menganjurkan masyarakat untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan ketika kita keluar rumah atau ke tempat-tempat umum seperti  puskesmas, diantaranya adalah  mencuci tangan dan mengecek suhu karena suhu tubuh menjadi tolak ukur kesehatan seseorang dan juga untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus covid-19. Pentingnya mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan cairan antiseptik seringkali disepelekan banyak orang, banyak orang tidak mengetahui perpindahan virus dan kuman dapat terjadi sangat mudah lewat tangan kemudian masuk kedalam tubuh manusia.Maka kami membuat alat ukur suhu dan handrub otomatis yang dapat terhubung ke telegram, alat ini menggunakan sensor MLX90614 sebagai pendeteksi suhu tubuh, ultrasonik sebagai alat ukur jarak objek dan motor servo sebagai penggerak buka dan tutup  tempat keluarnya cairan antiseptik. Kata Kunci: Handrub, Covid-19, MLX90614, Suhu Tubuh, Ultrasonik. ABSTRACTHealth centers are public facilities to get first-rate health services other than hospitals, especially with a pandemic like now. Health centers are the leading service facilities because hospitals can no longer accommodate patients exposed to the COVID-19 virus.The government recommends the public to apply health protocols when we go out of the house or to public places such as health centers, including washing hands and checking temperature because body temperature is a measure of a person's health and also to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Many people often underestimate the importance of washing hands with soap and antiseptic liquid. Many people do not know that viruses and germs can occur very quickly through the hands and then into the human body. So we made a temperature measuring device and automatic hand rub that can connect to a telegram. This tool uses the MLX90614 sensor as a body temperature detector, an ultrasonic measuring tool for object distance, and a servo motor as an open and close driver where the antiseptic liquid comes out.                                                                                                  Keywords: Handrub, Covid-19, MLX90614, Body temperature, Ultrasonic.

Abstract

Learning sports using a development model such as an application, really provides an advantage in terms of delivering material more practically and effectively. In addition, it can alleviate a sports activity that is usually carried out outdoors to stay indoors. The purpose of this study, to find out the Application as a model in sports learning in the current era that is relevant and widely used. The method used is qualitative in the form of a systematic review, which will examine or review a journal that is in accordance with the problem, so that it becomes evidence and becomes a consideration for the results of this study. Then it will take the form of data processing with aspects and categories in the content analysis of each journal, including (1). Type of research, (2). Research subjects, and (3) results, which will get results in accordance with the 3 specified aspects. The results of this study found that the type of research most widely used in the development model is R&D (Research and Development), then the research subject who is the target in the sports learning process takes place, namely high school students. And an effective and flexible development model in sports learning in this era is the application, which has become the initial purpose of this research to find out this. These results are in accordance with the aspects and categories that have been determined by processing data from the 24 journals reviewed.

Abstract

Aluminum is widely used in manufacturing, especially in automotive and aerospace, due to its light weight and easy form, although it is worn. The purpose of this research is to get the highest layer formation efficiency. During the application, hard anodizing creates a new layer in the form of a anatural protective layer on the metal surface. In hard anodized aluminum, the specimen sanded, degreasing with base, and acid neutralization. Then, hard anodizing is performed by connecting the workpiece to the positive pole and the cathode to the negative pole with a current density of 3A/dm² for 30 minutes in an electrolyte solution at a temperature of 5°C. The variations used are the mixture composition between sulfuric acid (concentration 15% - 20%) and low concentration phosphoric acid (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%) which are differentiated into aerated and non-aerated systems. Then weigh the anodized work piece to determine the weight gain of the metal due to the formed layer. The weight of the obtained layer is used to determine the efficiency of the formation of oxide layer.  The best layer formation efficiency is found in the sulfuric acid - phosphoric acid concentration variation (15% - 1%) in the aerated system at 73.47%. While the non aerated system at 73.28%. The aerated condition shows superior results compared to the non-aerated system, yielding better efficiency values than the non-aerated system.  Keywords: Aluminum 1100, Hard Anodizing, Mechanical Properties, Aeration, Electrolyte
