Abstract

Background & Objective: Musculoskeletal disorders complaints are complaints in the joints, ligaments and tendons which are caused because the muscles receive static loads repeatedly and continuously for a long time. This study to determine the influencing factors nd musculoskeletal disorder's (MSDs) complaints on the drivers of Gajah Mada public transportation Medan. Material and Method: The research design was analytical survey research method using cross sectional approach. The samples in this study were 30 people who were the total population of public transport drivers. The data analysis using regression linear test. Result: The majority of the drivers are in the majority aged 52-59 years old at 30.0%. The 1-6 year work period is 30.0%. Work attitude in the medium category is 90%. Conclusion: There is an influence of age, years of service and work attitude towards musculoskeletal disorder’s complaints on Gajah Mada public transport drivers Medan. It is also hoped that the driver will use the rest time to relax the muscles that aim to stretch the muscles so as not to cause muscle tension when working.

Abstract

Abstrak Rekapitulasi kualitas air kolam renang di Kota Semarang pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 80% tidak sesuai baku mutu sisa klor. Survei pendahuluan menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian kualitas sisa klor dan pH dengan baku mutu serta 60% perenang mengalami keluhan iritasi mata. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2018, tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan iritasi mata perenang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 106, ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dianalisis uji chi square. Hasil menunjukan bahwa responden penelitian yang mengalami keluhan iritasi mata sebanyak 63,2% perenang. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan sisa klor (0,001), nilai pH (0,031), kacamata renang (0,0001), lama berenang (0,0001), dan gaya renang (0,0001) berhubungan dengan keluhan iritasi mata perenang. Simpulan penelitian ini variabel sisa klor, penggunaan kacamata renang, lama berenang dan gaya renang berhubungan dengan keluhan iritasi mata.  Abstract Recapitulation of water quality measurement in Semarang City in 2016 was 80% unsuitable with chlorine residual quality standard. The preliminary survey showed an inconsistency with the quality standards and pH of the swimming pool then 60% have complaints of eye irritation. This study was conducted in 2018, the purpose of this research was to determine factors related with symptoms of swimmer's eye irritation. This research was analytic observational with cross sectional research design. This research sample of this research was 106, used proportional random sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using chi square test. Results showed that the respondents who experienced eye irritation symptoms as much as 63.2% swimmers. Results of statistical test showed chlorine residue (0.001), pH value (0,031), swimming glasses (0.0001), duration swimming (0.0001), and swimming style (0.0001) related to swimmer's eye irritation symptoms. The conclusions of this study was chlorine residual variables, use of swimming goggles, length of swimming and swimming styles related to eye irritation symptoms.  Keyword : Symptoms, Eye Iritation, Swimmer

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect given by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Income and Operating Expense Ratio to Return on Asset as Profitability Indicator. Data population are Indonesian Sharia Banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017, and obtained 11 sharia banks as the total sample are 55 samples by using purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis models is used in this study. The results are as follows: there are no effect given by CAR, NPF, FDR to ROA but there is partial effect given by Operating Income and Operating Expense Ratio.

Abstract

Semiotic is a sign system that reflects various assumptions of a particular society at a certain time. One of the assumptions often heard is the assumption about gender, which can be reflected on media such as advertisements. Thus, this research aims to identify the denotative and connotative signs of linguistic and visual elements in several men’s skincare (NIVEA Men, Pond's Men, Garnier Men, and Vaseline Men) advertisements, and analyze the myth of masculinity portrayed in these advertisements. The method used to analyze this research is a qualitative method, which refers to content analysis. The findings reveal several characteristics of masculinity based on the denotative and connotative meaning of the advertisements' narration. Men are portrayed as intellectual, possessing leadership abilities, embracing challenges, and displaying strength and adventure. The myth of masculinity is further represented through visual elements such as actors, settings, properties, and color saturation. Here, the myth of masculinity reflected men’s affinity for sport, their leadership qualities, ambition, emphasizing their strength, has muscular bodies, beards, mustaches, and along with the depiction of outdoor activities. Overall, the combination of narration and visual elements effectively reflects the concept of masculinity.

Abstract

Online Food Delivery (OFD) service is a food delivery service that allows online transactions via an application. This application is very popular among students, including at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, because it makes access easy and offers a variety of food choices. This research was conducted to understand the consumer behavior of students who use the OFD application. The method used is an online survey with quantitative techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research sample consisted of 113 semester II-VI student respondents aged 19-23 years. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between the behavior of excessive use of social media Online Food Delivery (OFD) and the consumptive lifestyle of students. Almost half of the respondents (51.3%) stated that Online Food Delivery (OFD) plays a positive and significant role in consumptive behavior. The main factors that encourage the use of OFD include practicality, attractive promos, and inviting friends to try viral foods.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of a husband's inability to provide for his wife and family which resulted in a change in roles in earning a living. This adds to a wife's obligations because she has to serve her husband, such as inviting him to have sexual intercourse known as wathi'. This research aims to review the ability to refuse an invitation for sexual intercourse or wathi' for a wife whose income is not met. This study includes qualitative research and library research whose data was obtained through various written sources such as books, journals, and news articles regarding husband-wife obligations. The results of this research are the ability of a wife to refuse a wathi' invitation from her husband if the husband is negligent in fulfilling his obligations towards his wife.

Abstract

Coastal communities are people who live and live in coastal areas, namely transitional areas that mark the place of movement between land and sea areas or vice versa, where most of the people live from managing coastal and marine resources, either directly or indirectly. social characteristics that are firm, hard, and open. Coastal communities live as fishermen who depend on resources that are open access (sea) for their livelihood. Abstract

This study was conducted at Golden Voice Online Store Semarang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of consignment sales and the recording method used in Golden Voice Online Store. This study uses qualitative method of case study by using triangulation of data sources, namely observation, interview and documentation. The sources of the data taken were the data from Golden Voice Online Store. The results of this study indicate that in the financial statements, Golden Voice Online Store has not recorded the consignment in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standard. The method of accounting recording for consignment sales used is inseparabled method.

Abstract

Motivasi karyawan dan kepuasan kerja merupakan aspek penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Para profesional layanan kesehatan harus melakukan yang terbaik sebagai pemimpin layanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan dan memastikan kepuasan terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi dan kepuasan kerja tenaga medis di Puskesmas Padang Bulan serta mengidentifikasi faktor utama penyebab motivasi dan ketidakpuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini memakai metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dikarenakan tujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mendeskripsikan ataupun mendapatkan data ataupun informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive, untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan, maka teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Berdasarkan dari hasil dan pembahasan penelitian motivasi karyawan berada dalam kondisi baik, hal ini disebabkan faktor- faktor yang menjadi motivasi kerja terkait gaji yang sesuai, lingkungan, dan fasilitas yang sudah terpenuhi sehingga meningkatkan motivasi kinerja karyawan di puskesmas Padang Bulan. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja karyawan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang disebabkan adanya rasa keharmonisan terhadap sesama karyawan, adanya pengawasan serta adanya peluang kemajuan bagi karyawan yang berkinerja tinggi. Faktor terpenting memotivasi petugas layanan kesehatan adalah kepuasan kebutuhan mereka akan gaji yang memadai, lingkungan kerja yang memadai, dan kondisi kerja yang memadai. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja antara lain hubungan kerja yang harmonis antara karyawan dan timnya, pengawasan yang suportif dan konstruktif dari atasan, serta peluang kemajuan bagi karyawan yang berkinerja tinggi.
