Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan sarana  masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama selain rumah sakit,  apalagi dengan adanya pandemi seperti sekarang puskesmas menjadi sarana pelayan utama karena rumah sakit yang sudah tidak sanggup menampung pasien yang terpapar virus covid-19. Pemerintah menganjurkan masyarakat untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan ketika kita keluar rumah atau ke tempat-tempat umum seperti  puskesmas, diantaranya adalah  mencuci tangan dan mengecek suhu karena suhu tubuh menjadi tolak ukur kesehatan seseorang dan juga untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus covid-19. Pentingnya mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan cairan antiseptik seringkali disepelekan banyak orang, banyak orang tidak mengetahui perpindahan virus dan kuman dapat terjadi sangat mudah lewat tangan kemudian masuk kedalam tubuh manusia.Maka kami membuat alat ukur suhu dan handrub otomatis yang dapat terhubung ke telegram, alat ini menggunakan sensor MLX90614 sebagai pendeteksi suhu tubuh, ultrasonik sebagai alat ukur jarak objek dan motor servo sebagai penggerak buka dan tutup  tempat keluarnya cairan antiseptik. Kata Kunci: Handrub, Covid-19, MLX90614, Suhu Tubuh, Ultrasonik. ABSTRACTHealth centers are public facilities to get first-rate health services other than hospitals, especially with a pandemic like now. Health centers are the leading service facilities because hospitals can no longer accommodate patients exposed to the COVID-19 virus.The government recommends the public to apply health protocols when we go out of the house or to public places such as health centers, including washing hands and checking temperature because body temperature is a measure of a person's health and also to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Many people often underestimate the importance of washing hands with soap and antiseptic liquid. Many people do not know that viruses and germs can occur very quickly through the hands and then into the human body. So we made a temperature measuring device and automatic hand rub that can connect to a telegram. This tool uses the MLX90614 sensor as a body temperature detector, an ultrasonic measuring tool for object distance, and a servo motor as an open and close driver where the antiseptic liquid comes out.                                                                                                  Keywords: Handrub, Covid-19, MLX90614, Body temperature, Ultrasonic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Sistem Informasi perekrutan Karyawan baru di PT Ria Indah Mandiri yang saat ini masih manual dan belum terkomputerisasi, dimana sistem perekrutan karyawan yang berjalan saat ini menyebabkan kurang efektifnya dalam proses penseleksian dan terjadinya penumpukan arsip lamaran kerja. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibangunlah Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen Karyawan Berbasis Web. Sistem Informasi yang dibangun ini menggunakan pemograman PHP dan MySQL database server. Metode pengembangan Perangkat Lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, Kajian Pustaka dan Wawancara. Dengan Sistem Informasi baru ini diharapkan dapat membuat Proses Perekrutan Karyawan baru lebih Efektif dan Efisien baik dalam proses Penseleksian maupun Sistem Pengambilan keputusannya.

Abstract

The Purpose of the design and research is to build a hardware that can improve the efficiency of the Lecturer attendance system of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Where the Lecturer Attandace System is currently still manually inputted by the operator into a simple Desktop-based Information System. The concept of Smart devices implemented isf a lecturer attendance system that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which is a technology can do many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages RFID technology as well as supporting media in the fluency process of the lecture. Software development method used is Waterfall. The attendance system design to make a reliable RFID reader with a relatively lower cost compared the other RFID reader. With these RFID Tecnology the researche builds a special reader to make easy for lecturers to conduct attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and provide convenience to academic officers in managing lecture administration, courses, and lecturer teaching schedules.

Abstract

Abstract— wireless sensor network is a new technology of monitoring. This system is veryextensive and does not allow data communication over a regular wired network. Data can be sent wirelessly from the microcontroller to the server computer. When developing JSN to extend the range of receivers, one of them is though the use of repeaters. The NodeMCU v3 module. This module has advantage of low cost and expandable firmware. Hardware design includes wireless sensor network design and mesh topology, as well as software design with Arduino. Testing is done by sending mesh data to the computer server. Then analyze the data to calculate signal strength and system reliability. The test result can show that the tool can work normally. Keyword — NodeMCU v3,Repeater,Transceiver,Data Sinyal Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem Transceiver sebagai Repeater menggunakan Jaringan Sensor Nirkabel, yang merupakan salah satu teknologi baru dari pemantauan. Sistem ini sangat luas dan tidak memungkinkan komunikasi data melalui jaringan kabel biasa. Data dapat dikirim secara nirkabel dari mikrokontroler ke komputer server. Saat mengembangkan JSN untuk memperluas jangkauan penerima, salah satunya melalui penggunaan repeater. Transmisi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan modul NodeMCU V3. Modul ini memiliki keunggulan karena harganya murah dan firmware yang dapat diperluas. Desain perangkat keas meluputi desain jaringan sensor nirkabel dan topologi mesh, dan juga desain perangkat lunak dengan Arduino. Pengujian dilakukan dengan megirimkan data bersifat mesh menuju computer server. Kemudian menganalisis data untuk menghitung kekuatan sinyal dan kehandalan sistem. Hasil pengujian dapat menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat bekerja dengan normal.Kata Kunci — NodeMCU v3,Repeater,Transceiver,Data Sinyal

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemik Covid-19 memberikan berdampak besar di seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam berbagai sektor khususnya keterpurukan dalam bidang sosial ekonomi . Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan karena adanya daya beli yang rendah serta kesulitan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat akibat dampak dari pandemi ini adalah dapat mengelola anggaran keuangannya dengan baik dan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan mengenai penyusunan anggaran keuangan pribadi yang efisien serta pengelolaan anggaran secara efektif dengan menggunakan Metode Partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dari peserta pelatihan dalam menyusun anggaran keuangan pribadinya.

Abstract

Technology has experienced very rapid development in various disciplines, it will trigger the development of processing data in a database. The presence of data warehouse technology will facilitate access to data quickly. It is useful to obtain information that can support the decision-making process and produce reports in accordance with the perspective desired by the company's management. The implementation of this data warehouse system is expected to make it easier for the Admin to implement Goods Data management in a computerized and effective manner. The design and manufacture of this system uses the SDLC methodology (System Development Life Cycle). The design of the system uses Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2012. Data storage uses the Microsoft Access 2010 database. The results of the research have built a Goods data management system in CV. RizkyAbadiBersama with communicative menus for processing data items, as well as reports.

Abstract

In conducting its business, product distribution company can not be separated from sales activities. Sales is the primary function of marketing which also is another function that will help achieve the overall objective of a company. Company's ability to manage the sale is one of the main factors that determine the success of the company is achieving its objectives. In making sales, PT. Graha Pangan Lestari assign all tasks to the salesman and sales supervisor / supervisor. To each his own salesman equipped PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) which use the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales). Where Scylla Mobile is software that was applied to the PDA device that became a tool salesman working in distribution companies. But the salesman although equipped PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), still there are shortages or problems faced by the salesman in doing their work. The method used in this research are qualitative and quantitative, to determine the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales) has a role on the performance of salesmen. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, coefficient of determination, Test t. The results showed that the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales) has a role on the performance of salesmen, mobile Scylla assist performance salesmen in making sales / order goods. Still others are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Scylla and meaning if the use of mobile (software sales) is the better it will be better the performance of salesmen in doing sales / order goods.

Abstract

Accounting Information System (SIA) is an application used to help employees of PT. Indometrix Bandung in processing company financial data with the aim of improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (SIA) on the performance of employees at PT. Indometrix Bandung. And this research is expected to provide input to further improve employee performance. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study was employees as respondents. For data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, coefficient of determination and t test to test the hypothesis. Meanwhile, data processing uses the help of SPSS 15 For Windows and MSI (method of successful interval). The results showed that the respondents gave a good response to the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems, but the responses of respondents to the indicator system use are still in the category enough. Furthermore, the response of respondents to the Employee Performance is good, but for the indicator Cooperation and Initiative are still in the category enough. Correlation test results obtained showed a close relationship, while the magnitude of Accounting Information Systems Effectiveness influence on the performance of employees at 58.5%, and the result is known that the more effective use of Accounting Information Systems will create higher employee performance, and vice versa, the less effective use of Accounting Information Systems will make the lower the employee's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop previous research, namely the implementation of smart devices in the lecture attendance system. In this study, we built a hardware device that can increase efficiency and develop a Lecturer Attendance System at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Where the Attendance Information System that was designed previously was still desktop-based and only used to input lecturer attendance only. The concept of Smart Devices is implemented in the form of a lecturer and student presence system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), which is a technology that can perform many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages, RFID technology can also be implemented as a supporting medium in the smooth running of the lecture process. The software development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). This information system of web-based lecture attendance uses PHP and MySql as database by making a reliable RFID reader. By using existing RFID technology, researchers built a special reader (custom) to make it easy for lecturers and students to carry out attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and make it easy for academic officers to manage lecture administration reports for lecturers and students

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi mikrokontroler saat ini, dapat dilakukakan dengan menggunakan alat elektronik sebagai pengganti sistem keamanan kunci konvensional. Alat keamanan pintu ini menggunakan solenoid dan mengendalikanya melalui keypad dan touch sensor. Alat ini dirancang dengan memanfaatkan mikrokotroler Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama, dimana keypad sebagai alat input kode password dan touch sensor sebagai alat input sentuhan jari dengan memberikan perintah pada mikrokontroler untuk mengendalikan relay. Alat ini bekerja ketika pintu akan terbuka secara otomatis jika pengguna memasukkan password yang telah disiapkan melalui keypad dari luar ruangan, sedangkan pintu akan terbuka secara otomatis dengan sentuhan jari pada touch sensor dari dalam ruangan. Jika kode password yang dimasukkan benar dan sentuhan jari yang tepat maka mikrokontroler akan memberikan input high pada relay untuk mengaktifkan solenoid. Dari hasil perancangan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa solenoid door lock telah diaktifkan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan software IDE Arduino bahwa mikrokontroler dapat mendeteksi input keypad dan touch sensor, delay yang diterapkan dapat mengaktifkan solenoid, dan fitur untuk mengubah dan menyimpan kode password baru.
