Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengadopsi berbagai program strategis dalam upaya memajukan sektor industri dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian. Salah satunya melalui program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja. Program ini memiliki potensi besar untuk memberikan dampak positif pada pertumbuhan sektor industri dan administrasi kepegawaian, tetapi perlu dievaluasi secara menyeluruh untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan strategisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi Program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja bidang industri melalui penerapan rencana strategis dalam efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian. Tujuan utama adalah untuk memahami dampak program ini pada pertumbuhan sektor industri, efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian, dan dampaknya pada masyarakat dan perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen, penelusuran literatur, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang penerapan rencana strategis dalam program-program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja. Penelitian ini juga mengintegrasikan data sebelum dan sesudah program untuk membandingkan dampak program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan rencana strategis memiliki peran kunci dalam mengarahkan program-program Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja, mengukur kinerja, dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kepegawaian. Program-program yang sesuai dengan rencana strategis cenderung lebih berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan strategisnya. Dampak positif juga terlihat dalam pertumbuhan sektor industri, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan kontribusi pada perekonomian nasional.

Abstract

The Indonesian Navy's weapons and electronics materials service has a very strategic function in the Indonesian Navy. one of its functions is to carry out planning and continuous evaluation of activities in the field of electronics and weapons including ammunition material, navigation, electronic instruments, drones, simulators, sensors, controls and weapons, sensors, controls and weapons. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. The location of this research is the Indonesian Navy's weapons and electronics materials service, Subdiharsewaco Disharkap Koarmada I, Subdiharsewaco Disharkap Koarmada II, Subdiharsewaco Disharkap Koarmada III, Disharsewaco Disharkap Kolinlamil, Subdisren Disharmat Kormar. The analysis tool used is NVIVO 12. The results of the research are that the planning and budget proposed by Dissenlekal are in accordance with Dissenlekal's needs, but with the automatic adjustment, planning cannot reach 100%. The organizational culture of the Indonesian Navy's weapons and electronics materiel service reflects a good, positive, supportive and inclusive work environment. The competency of personnel in this organization is very good, with in-depth knowledge and high skills. The performance of personnel in this organization is very good, with high quality and quantity of work, consistent punctuality, and strong occupational safety awareness and compliance. Organizational culture and competence influence organizational performance. The Indonesian Navy's weapons and electronics materials service has strong adaptability in dealing with budget changes resulting from the automatic adjustment program. The existence of automatic adjustments affects organizational performance but is not significant. With a good organizational culture and competence, good performance will result despite automatic adjustments.

Abstract

Population administration is a fundamental component of governance that plays a vital role in ensuring citizens' basic rights. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as the lack of competence among village officials, suboptimal service quality, and limited resources. This study aims to examine how the training and development of village officials can be an effective solution in improving the quality of population administration services.This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, focusing on the Optimization of Village Population Administration Services Through Apparatus Training in Kuripan District, Probolinggo Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving village officials, the community, and relevant stakeholders. The data analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification techniques.The results indicate that, overall, the optimization of village population administration services through the training of village officials in Kuripan District has shown significant progress, particularly in enhancing the competence of officials and implementing digital service innovations. However, to achieve better optimization, improvements are needed in technological infrastructure, increasing the number and skills of human resources, and strengthening coordination between villages, the district, and the regional government. This will ensure that policies can be implemented more effectively, and population administration services become faster, more accurate, and more inclusive for all citizens. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem informasi dalam pengolahan data hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Hidro-Oseanografi TNI Angkatan Laut (Pushidrosal). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak terkait di Pushidrosal dan akademisi, serta observasi langsung terhadap infrastruktur jaringan yang ada. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi. Hasil dari pengolahan data dengan NVivo memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan sistem jaringan LAN dengan menggunakan teknologi serat optik, yang dikenal dengan kecepatan dan bandwidth yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kabel tembaga tradisional. Selain itu, peningkatan ke 10 Gigabit switch diharapkan dapat mempercepat transfer data antar perangkat dalam jaringan, sehingga mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pemrosesan data. Integrasi peningkatan kapasitas server penyimpanan juga menjadi fokus utama, karena kapasitas penyimpanan yang memadai sangat penting untuk menyimpan dan mengelola data survei yang terus bertambah dan kompleks. Dengan mengimplementasikan rekomendasi tersebut, maka pengolahan data hasil survei dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan efisien, sehingga menghasilkan data yang lebih akurat dan dapat diandalkan untuk mendukung berbagai kegiatan operasional Pushidrosal.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the prevalence of sports injuries in group of the Salimah Elderly School (SALSA) Larasati, Batul Regency, Yogyakarta. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a retrospective approach based on questionnaire data filled out by the elderly. This study was conducted at the Secretariat of the Salimah Elderly School (SALSA) Larasati, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were 45 elderly people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis with a percentage. The results of this study obtained data that 27 respondents had never or had not experienced sports injuries, 6 respondents had dislocation or sprain injuries, 5 respondents had dizziness or blurred vision, 3 respondents had cracked or broken bones, 3 respondents had shortness of breath and 1 respondent had bruises. Of the respondents who experienced sports injuries, the treatment carried out on average was correct in accordance with the recommended treatment for sports injuries. Handling sports injuries in the elderly requires a special approach due to different physical conditions. It is important to focus on safe and effective recovery, as well as further prevention. The recommended treatment steps use the RICE method (rest, ice, compression and elevation) if a sports injury occurs in the elderly.

Abstract

The problem of bookkeeping and marketing is inseparable from the potential of MSMEs in Sebaung Village, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency, which is very large and diverse. Maintaining a business based on financial aspects is one of the problems of MSMEs in Sebaung Village. The implementation of this community service program aims to help MSMEs in Sebaung Village regarding their understanding of simple financial bookkeeping and marketing. The method of implementing this community service begins with conducting socialization of bookkeeping and marketing to MSME actors, village organizations, and residents. The implementation of this socialization was held at the Sebaung village hall. First, this activity began with an explanation of the material on Marketing and continued with material on simple bookkeeping. After that, a question and answer session was held. Then the committee provided assistance to participants regarding digital marketing training and bookkeeping. The socialization of Bookkeeping and Marketing went smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from MSME participants, as evidenced by their communication during questions and answers regarding the material that had been presented and also sharing about the MSME business being run. The result of this service is that MSME actors, village organizations, and residents gain new insights to know how to manage bookkeeping and marketing properly and correctly and reduce the possibilities that cause losses for MSME actors in running their businesses..
