Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are a potential basis for a strong national economy because of their large number, especially micro businesses, and their labor absorption capacity is very large. Sendangtirto Village, which is part of the Berbah District Area, Sleman Regency, DIY, also has quite large MSME potential. By knowing and mapping the potential of MSMEs in Sendangtirto and assisting by providing training outreach and mentoring on the digitalization of Sendangtirto MSMEs, it is hoped that it will advance and be able to develop MSMEs, increasing competitiveness with the integration of digital platforms. This service function aims to apply and disseminate the knowledge and skills possessed by academics to the wider community, as well as contributing directly to improving the quality of life and sustainable development. The results of data analysis from the questionnaire showed a significant increase in participants' understanding after the socialization. The participants' positive response to the benefits and ease of use of digital platform robots for ease in digitalizing MSMEs illustrates the success of this socialization.            Keywords: digitalization; socialization;potential of MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the impact of financial report presentation and financial information accessibility on the accountability of village fund management. Village fund management accountability refers to the responsibility of village governments to the public regarding village financial management. The research was conducted in 13 villages in Kledung District, Temanggung Regency, with 52 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that both financial report presentation and financial information accessibility have a positive effect on the accountability of village financial management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja bisnis, kinerja pemasaran, karakteristik pemilik-manajemen, dan budaya inovasi terhadap penggunaan strategi manajemen akuntansi pada perusahaan di Jakarta dan Yogyakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) versi 4.0, penelitian ini mengolah data dari 97 sampel yang diperoleh melalui survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis, kinerja pemasaran, dan budaya inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan strategi manajemen akuntansi. Namun, karakteristik pemilik-manajemen berpengaruh negatif, menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepemilikan dan pengambilan keputusan oleh pemilik cenderung menekan penerapan strategi manajemen akuntansi. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi, strategi pemasaran yang adaptif, dan kinerja bisnis yang kuat dalam mendukung optimalisasi strategi manajemen akuntansi guna meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of store atmosphere factors on impulse buying. The data used is primary data. This research method uses sampling aksidental. Samples were examined as many as 122 respondents. The number of independent variables studied were 4 namely exterior (exterior), general interior (inside), store layout (store layout), interior display (in store display), and with 1 dependent variable namely impulse buying (unexpected purchase) . In this study using an analytical tool, Factor Analysis. From the results of this study states that the first hypothesis in this study which states that "Store Atmosphere Factors consisting of exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display simultaneously have a significant effect on impulse buying" is accepted. This is confirmed by the results seen in the KMO and Bartlett's test tables obtained KMO and Bartlett's test numbers are 0.736 with a significant 0,000. Because the number is above 0.5 and far significant below 0.005 (0,000 <0,005), then the variables and samples that exist can actually be analyzed further. Paying attention to these results provides the basis that what underlies impulse buying at cafe The Warong Distorsi in Tenggarong through visitors' views through 4 factors: exterior, general interior, store layout, interior display has a simultaneous significant influence on impulse buying at Cafe The Warong Distorsi. Then the statement from the second hypothesis which stated that "the most influential general interior of impulse buying at The Warong Distorsi Tenggarong" was accepted. It is proven by the results of component matrix analysis that it can be known through 1 forming component and arranged in rank order, and it can be explained that the exterior factor has a correlation value of 0.789, the general interior gets a value of 0.845, the store layout is 0.826 and the interior display has a value of 0.695. From these results it can be seen that the general interior with the highest value is the most influential variable on impulse buying at The Warong Distorsi.Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, Interior Display, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Financial management in a well-planned and well-planned way is very useful to help create more focused life goals, and make quick decisions. One of the causes of people's inefficiency in managing their finances is the high level of activity among the people, moreover managing finances manually takes too long to make decisions. Financial management is important for some people, considering that financial problems are a very sensitive issue for today's life, the culture among the people, especially in urban areas, is that the majority have a consumptive lifestyle. The importance of financial management is still a lot of people who are not aware of it, especially for personal financial management. The population in this study were all users of financial recording applications (financial records). The samples in this study were students, lecturers, civil servants, BUMN employees, private employees and others who are in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a data collection technique with certain considerations or criteria, in this study the criteria are only users who use financial recording applications (financial records). The results in this study are Self-efficacy has a positive effect on perceived ease of use, Perceived ease of use able to mediate Self-efficacy on intentions to use financial recording applications, Subjective norms have a positive effect on perceived usefulness, Perceived usefulness is able to mediate Subjective norms on intentions to use financial recording applications, Perception Ease of use has a positive effect on the intention to use the financial recording application, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the intention to use the financial recording application. Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the economy; however, many of them face challenges in managing their finances efficiently. One solution offered is financial digitalization through the application of modern accounting technology, which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial record-keeping. This study aims to explore the impact of bookkeeping and accounting training with technology on UMKM in Sendangtirto Village, Berbah, Sleman. The methods used include identifying technology, interactive training, and evaluation and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the technology used. The training results show that the adoption of technology can accelerate financial management processes and improve the competitiveness of UMKM. The training had a significant positive impact, as seen from the data showing that the participants' answer accuracy level reached 81%, with an average completion time of 2.03 minutes, not only in technical aspects but also in enhancing understanding of the importance of accounting and more professional financial management. Thus, UMKM become more prepared to face the challenges of the digital economy and strengthen the sustainability of their businesses.Keywords: digital transformation; bookkeeping; accounting; modern technology; training Abstrak: Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian, namun banyak di antaranya menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola keuangan secara efisien. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah digitalisasi keuangan melalui penerapan teknologi akuntansi modern, yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan pembukuan dan akuntansi dengan teknologi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangtirto, Berbah, SlemanMetode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi teknologi, pelatihan interaktif, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik untuk menilai efektivitas penggunaan teknologi tersebut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi dapat mempercepat proses pengelolaan keuangan dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dilihat dari data tingkat akurasi jawaban peserta mencapai 81% dengan rata-rata waktu penyelesaian 2,03 menit jadi tidak hanya dalam aspek teknis, tetapi juga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya akuntansi dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih profesional. Dengan demikian, UMKM menjadi lebih siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital dan memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mereka.Kata Kunci: transformasi digital; pembukuan; akuntansi; teknologi modern; pelatihan

Abstract

The start-up business in Indonesia is growing with the emergence of many new start-up companies in various fields such as technology, finance, health, and so on. Start-up companies are also increasingly seen as a sector that has great potential to become the engine of Indonesia's economy in the future, to support the growth of start-up companies, one of the strategies that is usually carried out is to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This research will help fill in the gaps in the literature on external factors influencing a company's decision to go IPO. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the development of start-up businesses in Indonesia and assist start-up companies in making the right decisions regarding IPOs. The population in this study are all start-up companies in Indonesia. The samples in this study are Gojek, Grab, Ovo and Shoppe. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study is 108. The data analysis technique in this study uses PLS with the results of the research that financial performance has a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO), company size has a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO). ), capital market conditions have a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO), and government policies have a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Abstract

In the e-marketplace, trust consists of two categories, namely trust in intermediaries and trust in sellers. This research aims to empirically examine the influence of these two types of consumer trust on purchasing behavior and determine which one is more dominant in explaining purchasing behavior. The research objectives were achieved by conducting a survey among e-marketplace users in Indonesia who have experience shopping on websites such as TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak, and similar platforms that facilitate trading without selling their own products. The sample in this study consisted of 31 e-marketplace users in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) version 7.0 software was used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study indicate a significant influence of benevolence and integrity on trust in intermediaries, while competence does not have a significant influence on trust in intermediaries. Trust in intermediaries has a significant influence on trust in the seller community, and trust in intermediaries has a significant influence on the intention to repurchase on the e-marketplace. Trust in the seller community does not have a significant influence on the intention to repurchase on the e-marketplace. Trust in intermediaries does not mediate the influence of trust in sellers on the intention to repurchase in the e-marketplace.
