Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk menyusun rekomendasi pengembangan Program WUB yang telah dilaksanakan, namun belum memberikan dampak maksimal. Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa Analytical Network Process (ANP). Hasil identifikasi permasalahan selama pelaksanaan program berupa ketidaksesuaian bantuan dengan kebutuhan dan skala ekonomi bisnisnya, juga metode dan materi pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat beberapa prioritas kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan di masa mendatang, yaitu pendampingan, sosialisasi program, lanjutan bantuan alat dan pelatihan/bimbingan teknis, pembentukan Forum Komunikasi Pesantren Binaan Kemenperin serta pameran. Hasil perumusan strategi dengan ANP adalah peningkatan komunikasi pemerintah dengan pesantren dalam penentuan jenis pelatihan maupun spesifikasi alat, pendampingan kepada pesantren, membangun networking dan kolaborasi antar pondok pesantren, merumuskan kembali kurikulum, silabus dan metode pelatihan serta memberikan informasi terkait akses sumber bahan baku, sparepart dan pasar bagi pondok pesantren. Diharapkan program ini dapat mewujudkan Pesantren mandiri dan menjadi kekuatan ekonomi saat santri kembali ke masyarakat

Abstract

Pabrik kerupuk Risma merupakan pabrik penghasil kerupuk mawar yang berlokasi di Bekasi. Pembelian bahan baku di Pabrik Kerupuk Risma bukan didasarkan persediaan yang tersisa sehingga persediaan akhir 2021 sebanyak 31.550 kg dan menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas dan meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka ditentukan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk merencanakan persediaan bahan baku dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity di Pabrik Kerupuk Risma Bekasi pada tahun 2021 dan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan metode dapat membuat biaya produksi lebih efisien di Pabrik Kerupuk Risma Bekasi. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dengan menggunakan empat teknik analisis yaitu analisispembelian bahan baku optimal (EOQ), frekuensi pemesanan, persediaan pengaman(safety stock), titik pemesanan kembali (reorder point), dan total biaya persediaan (TIC). Data yang digunakan yaitu data pembelian bahan baku tepung tapioka Pabrik Kerupuk Risma pada tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perusahaan melakukan pembeelian bahan baku sebesar 12.917 kg untuk satu kali pembelian dengan frekuensi sebanyak 12 kali pada tahun 2021. Sedangkan apabila menggunakan metode EOQ jumlah pembelian bahan baku sebesar 48.638 kg untuk satu kali pembelian dengan frekuensi sebanyak 3 kali pada tahun 2021. Besar total biaya persediaan (TIC) menurut metode EOQ lebih efisien dengan penghematan Rp. 13.879.715 pada tahun 2021.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada CV. Teknik Makmur yaitu kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi dalam setahun sebanyak 46 kecelakaan kerja, belum adanya pengendalian risiko pada proses pembuatan Holder Magnet dan kurang adanya kesadaran karyawan menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD). Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya proses pembuatan Holder Magnet dengan Hazard Identification And Risk Asssessment Determining Contro (HIRADC), memberikan usulan pengendalian sumber bahaya untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko pembuatan Holder Magnet menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification And Risk Asssessment Determining Control), dan mengetahu cara kerja aman pembuatan Holder Magnet. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 8 potensi bahaya dengan potensi bahaya medium dan high. Pada potensi bahaya medium terdapat 3 potensi seperti tangan tejepit mesin, tangan terkena mata bor dan potensi bahaya high terdapat 5 potensi seperti tangan tergores material tajam, mata terkena percikan material kecil, tangan tergores material tajam, dan tangan terjepit mesin press. Usulan pengendalian pada setiap masing-masing potensi bahaya yaitu pengendalian teknis, pengendalian administratif dan APD.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dialami oleh UKM Teko Boba pada saat ini adalah menurunnya penjualan akibat kurangnya inovasi pada produk yang berakibat konsumen mulai bosan dengan produk yang monoton. Data kuesioner yang akan diambil disekitar lingkungan warung minuman UKM Teko Boba. Populasinya berkisar 235 orang dan tingkat kesalahan yang dikehendaki yaitu 10%. Hasil uji validitas yang dimana dari seluruh pernyataan dengan jawaban yang telah diisi oleh responden sebanyak 70 orang menunjukan hasil dari kuesioner tersebut dinyatakan valid, setelah diketahui sampel valid maka selanjutnya dilakukan uji reliabilitas dimana didapat hasil dari Strength 0,783, Weakness 0,762, Opportunity 0,608, dan Threat 0,803 yang berarti mendapatkan tingkat keandalan adalah “andal”. Setelah itu diketahui maka selanjutnya dibuat perhitungan IFAS, untuk subtotal dari Strength yaitu mendapatkan nilai hasil total score sebesar 2,012 untuk Weakness mendapatkan total score sebesar 1,976. Lalu untuk EFAS yaitu Opportunities mendapatkan nilai hasil total score sebesar 1,821 sedangkan untuk Threats mendapatkan nilai total score sebesar 1,866. Setelah peringkat IFAS dan EFAS diketahui, diagram dibuat SWOT, jika dilihat dari diagramnya, usaha minuman teko boba berada di posisi kuadran II/ Diversification

Abstract

Abstract.  Increasing the competitiveness of Small and Medium Industries (IKM), especially in the food and beverage sector, is important to do. The food and beverage sector is one of the leading commodities in the country that needs to improve its competitiveness and has an important role in improving the national economy. To increase the competitiveness of food products, improvements can be made to the appearance of packaging and attractive promotions. In addition, it is also necessary to have an organized workplace that can increase work productivity. Peyek Mak'a Abid is one of the food IKMs located in Jakarta which still has some problems in running its industry. These problems include unattractive trademark logos, unattractive product packaging designs, lack of product photos used for marketing, and production sites that are not well organized. This assistance activity aims to improve the management of IKM Peyek Mak'a Abid by solving the problems experienced. The implementation method starts with a baseline assessment, continues with training, consultation and coaching, and ends with an evaluation. Mentoring activities are carried out both offline and online during the August-November 2022 period. The results of the assistance are in the form of making a new brand logo, labels for packaging displays, product photos, and making price lists as marketing tools, as well as implementing 5S in production sites. Abstrak. Peningkatan daya saing pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM), khususnya pada sektor makanan dan minuman penting untuk dilakukan. Hal ini dikarenakan sektor makanan dan minuman merupakan komoditas unggulan serta memliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing pada produk makanan dapat dilakukan perbaikan pada tampilan kemasan serta promosi yang menarik. Selain itu juga diperlukannya tempat kerja yang terorganisasi yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Peyek Mak’a Abid merupakan salah satu IKM makanan yang berlokasi di Jakarta yang masih memiliki beberapa masalah dalam menjalankan industrinya. Permasalahan tersebut diantaranya adalah logo merek dagang yang kurang menarik, desain kemasan produk yang kurang menarik, belum adanya foto produk yang digunakan untuk melakukan pemasaran, serta tempat produksi yang belum teroganisasi dengan baik. Kegiatan pendampingan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan IKM Peyek Mak’a Abid dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai dengan baseline assessment, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan, konsultasi dan coaching, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan secara luring maupun daring selama periode Agustus- November 2022. Hasil pendampingan berupa pembuatan logo merek baru, label untuk tampilan kemasan, foto produk dan pembuatan price list sebagai sarana pemasaran, serta penerapan 5R di tempat produksi.

Abstract

This study will explain how automation, workforce training, and lean manufacturing influence production efficiency within the Indonesian automotive industry. Data were collected from 76 respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 26, applying a quantitative research approach. It was observed that all three factors enhance production efficiency significantly, in the order of workforce training, automation, and lean manufacturing. These results highlight how integrating technology, human resource development, and process optimization will provide sustainable efficiency improvements. These findings suggest some actionable steps that industry players may take in their efforts to improve competitiveness within the turbulent market environment.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Additive Manufacturing (AM), Process Optimization Tools (POT), and Energy Management Systems (EMS) on Sustainability Performance (SP) in Indonesian industrial plants. A total of 85 industrial plants were surveyed, and data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that AM has the most significant impact on sustainability performance, with process optimization tools and energy management systems also contributing positively. Specifically, AM was found to have the strongest influence on resource efficiency and waste reduction, while POT and EMS helped optimize production processes and energy use, respectively. These findings suggest that the combined adoption of these technologies can substantially improve sustainability outcomes in Indonesian industrial plants. The study highlights the importance of embracing advanced manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and energy management strategies to achieve sustainable industrial development in Indonesia.

Abstract

The government’s procurement of laptops is now required to use domestically manufactured products. For process efficiency, procurement consolidation is achieved using an electronic catalog. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the TKDN laptops procurement through the national consolidation program, identify factors influencing the effectiveness and efficiency, and analyze user perceptions of the quality and performance of the products. The study employs perception analysis, which is processed and presented using descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that the consolidated procurement of domestically produced laptops is relatively effective, as it meets most organizational needs, although some laptop specifications (e.g., processor, RAM, and HDD) remain inadequate. Consolidation is also more efficient than individual procurement, because it determines the upper price limit, and allows it to be negotiated during the transaction. Best value for money has been obtained in terms of supply quantity, delivery time and location, price and service provider. But there are still complaints about quality. Factors that influence procurement effectiveness include identifying needs, determining specifications and negotiating prices, as well as monitoring and reporting deviations during implementation.
