This article explores some aspects of pesantren education with respect to the plan to consolidate the administration of both Islamic and secular education system. This is an important matter since there are certain basic weaknesses in the national educational system that call for attention, including problems of students' empowerment and the content of education. Since pesantren has a relatively good record in training and education, it can contribute its experience in the development of national education as whole. Previous studies show that the system of pesantren education has two strengths. First, the presence of a strong interest in learning among the santi (students of pesantren) or, in educational terms, a high level of mastery learning. The second aspect in which pesantren is strong is in the participation of community. The establishment of pesantrens all over Indonesia basically reflected the demand as well as the need of communities themselves, and because of that the participation of communities in running individual institutions is quite high.DOI: 10.15408/sdi.v7i1.719

ABSTRAK Salah satu bagian penting dalam turbin banki adalah pengaturan guide vane, karena aliran masuk air ke sudu pada turbin tergantung dari pengaturan guide vane nya, baik pada debit rendah maupun normal. Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk mengoptimasi desain mekanisme linkage guide vane agar diperoleh ukuran dan kekuatan komponen yang optimal. Gambar desain pertama-tama dibuat dalam bentuk 2D menggunakan software CAD (Computer Aided Design) kemudian dibentuk ke 3D menggunakan software Inventor. Beban total aliran pada guide vane diberikan sebesar 200 % meliputi faktor water hammer sebesar 130 % dan beban dinamik sebesar 150 %. Simulasi pengujian stress analysis menggunakan software Inventor dalam rangkaian komponen yang terpadu atau dalam satu assembly. Nilai optimasi tegangan yield dibandingkan dengan tegangan yang terjadi ≥ 3,0 ul (unitless). Dari hasil pengujian software Inventor diperoleh optimasi faktor keamanan kekuatan material per-komponen sebesar 3,02 ul pada poros guide vane dan 3,05 ul pada komponen linkage.Kata kunci : Optimasi, Linkage, Guide Vane, Turbin Banki, Stress Analysis

Given that burnout can have detrimental effects on both entrepreneurs and their businesses, it is crucial to comprehend how job demands affect burnout among entrepreneurs. Understanding the causes of burnout can help entrepreneurs manage their workload and resources more skillfully, which can improve both their personal and professional success. According to data from the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses of Malang City, Indonesia, 126 respondents who were registered as "entrepreneurs" in this study employed structural equation modeling (SEM). The main finding of this study is that job demands play an important role in influencing the level of job burnout among entrepreneurs. The study also found that solo entrepreneurs can experience motivation and stress in running their business, and they can create their own resources over time, reflecting their efforts in managing their business.
