Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the development of tourism object AirPanas hapanasan kabupaten rokan hulu, especially in the development of is facility.Writer used Spillane theory (1994), which is said that facility is a supporting tool ofthe tourism object daily operational, to accommodate visitor need, indirectly supportgrowth but develop at the same time of after the attraction. Writer used ordinal scalefor measuring, which is likert scale, it is designet to ease respondent to answer somelevels in object which are going to measured.Visitor respondent about the development of the facili according to publicfacility, supporting and complementing tool in object ir panas hapanasan kabupatenrokan hulu. Abstract

Purus beach is a bustling tourist attraction on the visit of tourists. Same is the case with othertourist attractions, it's only natural when coastal sights Purus demand by street vendors who holdcommodities around the area. Street vendors appear as secondary economic and population demandsto meet daily needs. Local people saw this as an opportunity for them to do business, because this areahas a high enough potential trade and does not require a high relative capital. Many street vendorsdisturb public order and peace of the community because of the many merchants who violate the rulesset. This research aims to know the Scrutiny Against street vendors In Coastal Sights Regulate PurusPadang city and the factors that affect any such Scrutiny. The concept of theory that researchers use isthe concept of supervision according to the Brantas. Indicators in this research that preventivesurveillance, process and repressive. This research uses qualitative research methods, theresearchers filmed research in the Beach City of The purus. Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology is rapidlyincreasing this point is allowing the public to access any information they need in everydaylife, as if there is no limit. with the integration of technology and information systems alsohave an impact on public institutions such as local government. as well as identificationcards which initially Siak changed with e-ID card this is due to advances in technology andprevent people getting dual identity cards. E-ID card program launched by the InteriorMinistry of the republic of Indonesia in February 2011 in which the implementation isdivided into two stages. The first phase began in 2011 and ended on 30 April 2012 whichcovers 67 million people in 2348 dan197 districts districts / cities. While the second stagemencakup105 million inhabitants spread over 300 districts / city.And Rokan Hulu recordingstage 2, where Rokan Hulu successfully e-ID card recording to be the fastest in the e-ID cardrecording in Riau Province.The concept of the theory is that researchers use services, public policy and policyimplementation. theory of George C. Abstract

This writing is supposed to analysis the performance of the employees of population and civil registry office (DISDUKCAPIL) in Kampar regency. This essay is brought up based on performance problems of employees in involved instansion. The problems are about work quantity and quality. The results show that the work quantity still not optimal yet. It could be seen from work assessment, and the use in work time which is not enough to finish whole works on civil registry unit. Next, the quality of the employees which is not optimal yet, it could be seen from the target or purpose that is not reached yet, and the result of work is still not satisfying especially about birth certificate The concept of the theory is the theory that researchers use Hariandja performance: quantity of work, quality of work, job knowledge, teamwork and creativity. This study use squalitative research methods to study this deskriptif. In collecting the data, the researcher used the interview techniques, observation and documentation. Abstract

One impact is most felt by the government in the era of globalization, the 21st Century, and publicadministration reform, the public demands to improve the quality of service received from the government. Inother words, people get “excellent service” from the government. Community demands are not excessive,therefore during this “paradigm to serve” from the government bureaucracy, in fact, reverse the “paradigmserved”. Although many critics and even blasphemy against the slow pace of public service provided thegovernment bureaucracy, but it seems not much significant change. The slowness of service, based onobservations and assessments of experts, among others, as a result of the path length that must be taken to anactivity (work procedures convoluted), deviant attitudes and behavior of government bureaucracy, weaksupervision immediate superior, systems and management style tend to be authoritarian, centralized authorityand power, professionalism, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as other things. The question thatthen arises is how the efforts of the government, so that the service provided to the community is increasing itsquality. This is important, therefore, the public has a right to get excellent service from the government. Atleast three criteria for excellent service quality measures, namely: “faster, better, and cheaper”, a highlycoveted community. Associated with these things, the following will be presented on “Excellent Service”.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah keadaan sejahtera dari badan, jiwa dan sosial yang memungkinkan setiaporang hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomi. Upaya kesehatan adalah setiap kegiatan untukmemelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah atau masyarakat. Sedangkansehat adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang pada waktu diperiksa tidak mempunyai keluhan ataupuntanda-tanda penyakit/kelainan. Oleh karena itu dalam mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakat dalammenjalankan kehidupannya, pemerintah berupaya melaksanakan program-program kesehatan masyarakat.Pembangunan di bidang kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru selama lima tahun terakhir ini mengalamipeningkatan yang sangat pesat dengan tersedianya sarana kesehatan yang memadai. Jenis pelayanan yangdiberikan juga bertambah serta akses ke sarana kesehatan dasar sudah dijamin oleh pemerintah KotaPekanbaru melalui program pengobatan gratis ke puskesmas. Oleh karena itu, puskesmas menjadi salahsatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat terutama dari masyarakatgolongan ekonomi lemah.

Abstract

Thepurpose of this study is to analyze and explain the mechanism of the implementation of the PNPMMandiri in Sub Base Sub Base East Kerinci Kerinci Pelalawan. The research relies on interviewswith informants between researchers deliberately researchers determine in accordance with theneeds of the required information. Later observations for viewing and analyzing events in thefield. The results indicate the implementation of poverty reduction through PNPM Mandiri in SubBase East Kerinci less successful overall. This happens because of a lack of capability in managingand implementing activities posted coached the poor through its resources.

Abstract

Analysis of the implementation of cleaning levy in Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city guided by Dra. Hj.Sofia Achnes.Msi. The research to determine the execution of cleaning levy in Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city. With the implementation of the cleaning levy in the Tampan subdistrict in order to improve the quality of hygiene services by paying a levy environmental hygiene in order to be more clean, organized and beautiful. The samples in this study were employees of Tampan subdistrict, head of household, head of hamlet, field officers and community with a total numbered of 55 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for districts employess and random sampling for neighbourhood, hamlet and field officers. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires to the respondents. Once the data is collected then it is analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Tampan subdistrict in one of the subdistricts that is authorized for the implementation of the cleaning levy. From the results of the research are still not implemented properly. Through the implementation, there was some issues of cleaning levy in the Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city due to the authors select indicator that the author choose, planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling, in the category of poor judgment, it is partly also because there are many bins that have not been handled by a fleet of cleaning carriers hence, the accumulate of garbage by the edge of the road. And there are still some people that has paid their cleaning levies, where garbage is creasing every day and not all trash is transported by the janitor. While the factors that affect the implementation of cleaning levy in the Tampan subdistrict, Pekanbaru city were it’s facilities and infrastructure, area and distance landfills and landfills.Key Words : Implementation of cleaning, Tampan, Subdistrict

Sofia Achnes, M.Sc.The determination of the duties and functions of each unit of work that is within the District / City Governmentestablished by the Regent / Mayor of No. 15 of 2006, concerning the duties, functions and job descriptions as theexecutive element of the local government. Implementation of employee duties is a responsibility of an employee inorder to achieve success implementing a work activity that can take place efficiently and effectively, which isnecessary to arrange for the achievement of harmony and harmony of all parties directly involved in the execution ofa job.At the beginning of the study the authors assume that there are some things that can not be implemented properlyand the maximum first, to prepare the collection and processing of data and information relating to office personneland formation. Second, conduct inventories of staffing problems and troubleshooting tips for the preparation ofmaterials, preparation of materials and third Conduct data collection personnel.Based on the phenomena encountered in the field, the research problem is formulated How Subdivision EmployeeTask Analysis Implementation Officer at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration Dumai and factors thatinfluence the implementation of Employee Duty Subdivision Officer at the Office of Manpower and TransmigrationDumai.This research uses quantitative research, and analyze the collected data used descriptive method. Who responded to the study is the Head office,Secretary, Chief Subdivision, Chief, Section Chief, Staff, Pengadministrasi General, and Administrative Staff.
