Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang Hak Tanggungan yang obyeknya disewakan juga untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi penyewa obyek Hak Tanggungan jika ditinjau dari Pasal 1576 B.W. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang Hak Tanggungan yang obyeknya disewakan tersebut tergantung pada janji-janji yang termuat dalam Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan. Pemegang hak tanggungan sebagai pemegang hak kebendaan atas obyek hak tanggungan lebih diistimewakan bila dibandingkan dengan penyewa yang mempunyai hak pribadi atas obyek sewa terhadap pihak yang menyewakan. Kedua, perlindunganhukum bagi penyewa obyek Hak Tanggungan jika ditinjau dari Pasal 1576 B.W., tidak dapat mempertahankan haknya dengan dalih jual beli tidak menghapuskan sewa menyewa, melainkan hanya bisa mempertahankan haknya sebatas pada pihak yang menyewakan dengan menuntut ganti kerugian.

Purus beach is a bustling tourist attraction on the visit of tourists. Same is the case with othertourist attractions, it's only natural when coastal sights Purus demand by street vendors who holdcommodities around the area. Street vendors appear as secondary economic and population demandsto meet daily needs. Local people saw this as an opportunity for them to do business, because this areahas a high enough potential trade and does not require a high relative capital. Many street vendorsdisturb public order and peace of the community because of the many merchants who violate the rulesset. This research aims to know the Scrutiny Against street vendors In Coastal Sights Regulate PurusPadang city and the factors that affect any such Scrutiny. The concept of theory that researchers use isthe concept of supervision according to the Brantas. Indicators in this research that preventivesurveillance, process and repressive. This research uses qualitative research methods, theresearchers filmed research in the Beach City of The purus. This study was conducted to examine the relationship of personal characteristicswith the level of acceptance of deviant behavior and its effect on quality auditresulting audit. Personal characteristics of auditors consists of locus of control,emotional quotient and performance auditors. The object under study is BPKPRepresentative in Pekanbaru City Riau Province. Data analysis method used in thisresearch is the method of path analysis is done with the help of software SmartPLS.Collecting data using secondary data and primary data obtained through thequestionnaire of the respondents research. The result showed that 1) Locus ofcontrol affects the level of acceptance of deviant behavior in the audit. 2) EmotionalQuotient affect the level of acceptance of deviant behavior in the audit. 3) Theperformance auditor did not significantly influence the acceptance of deviantbehavior in the audit. 4) Locus Of Control directly influence the audit quality. 5)Emotional Quotient direct effect on audit quality. 6) Performance auditors directlyinfluence the audit quality. 7) Locus of control effect on audit quality, moderatedacceptance of deviant behavior in the audit. 8) Emotional Quotient has no effect onaudit quality, moderated acceptance of deviant behavior in the audit. 9) Theperformance auditor has no effect on audit quality, moderated acceptance of deviantbehavior in the audit. 10) The acceptance of deviant behavior in the audit effect onaudit quality.Keywords: Quality audit, locus of control, emotional quotient, performance auditor,audit behavioral deviations acceptance (dysfungsional audit)

This research is aimed at exploring vocabulary learning strategies used by EFL students. This research will try to explore vocabulary strategies used by EFL students in the range between 16 18 years old. 44 students with the same ability of English are used as the subject of this research. This is a naturalistic research. The data for this research is collected by using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple descriptive percentage calculations. The questionnaire was written in Indonesian which is consisted of 30 statements. Those statements are grouped under 9 categories. Those nine categories are adapted from Gu and Johnson vocabulary learning strategies. Thus, the research questions are: 1) what strategies are used the most by the EFL learners? 2) what strategies are used the least by the EFL learners? The result of this research are the strategies most often used by the EFL learners in this study were memorization (in terms of social strategies) and dictionary strategies, while the least used strategy discovered is note taking strategies.

One of the proposed local government regulations (Perda) proposed by the members of district parliament (DPRD) of the city of Serang is Perda number 1 year 2011 about the annual parking system in the side of public road which received records from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Finance so that it could not be implemented in Serang City. The focus of this research is the implications of the unenactment of Perda number 1 year 2011 against the implementation of the local government of Serang. The research method used was qualitative with normative and juridical approach empirically. The results showed that Perda of Serang City initiative could not be enforced because it is contrary to the higher Perda. Its implications for the regional government of Serang City is the parliament of Serang was not working well in impelementing their legislation function.

The interest generated by credit is the main source of bank income. This makes the debtor as one of the important assets for the bank, considering that credit is an important part of the bank. In the city of Padang itself competition in the banking services business is growing very rapidly and is quite competitive, so that PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Offices must have strategies and persuasive techniques to win business competition. Besides that, PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office also still does not meet the annual target set by the company. Then the problem often faced by companies is still a lack of trust in banks. This study aims to determine Communication Strategy Of Persuation In Increasing The Debtors At Pt. BNI (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with research locations at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. The research subjects consisted of 9 informants selected through purposive and accidental techniques. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. To determine the validity of the data the author uses the method of extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office uses three persuasive communication strategies to increase the number of debtors, the first is to use a strategy through an emotional approach (psychodynamic strategy) by attracting attention, building elements of trust and utilizing the situation, the second uses strategy through a social approach ( sociocultural strategy) through family environment and friends' environment, the third uses strategy by providing meaningful knowledge of the company by personal selling and through the media. Then in increasing the number of debtors of PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office uses the yes-response technique technique by giving a question or statement then using the technique not ask if ask which by offering a choice.

This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between school principal leadership, school culture and teacher work motivation on the professionalism of physical education teachers. The study uses a quantitative approach with the Ext-Post Facto method. The population in this study amounted to 952 people from 34 Public and Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) registered in MGMP (Subject Teachers' Consultation) Physical Education Vocational School Physical Education Serdang Bedagai Regency in North Sumatra Province in 2017. Samples of 30 physical education teachers from 34 Schools using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that the principal's leadership and work motivation of teachers directly affected teacher professionalism, while school culture would not affect teacher professionalism. The conclusion is that the principal's good leadership, healthy school culture, and high teacher motivation are factors of high and low teacher professionalism.

Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) sebagai wakil dari Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) pada lembaga keuangan syariah, bertugas untuk mengawasi kegiatan usaha lembaga keuangan syariah agar sesuai dengan ketentuan dan prinsip syariah yang telah difatwakan oleh DSN. Maka fungsi utama DPS adalah sebagai penasihat dan pemberi saran kepada direksi, pimpinan unit usaha syariah dan pimpinan kantor cabang syariah mengenai hal-hal yang terkait dengan aspek syariah dan sebagai mediator antara Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS) dengan Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) dalam mengomunikasikan usul dan saran pengembangan produk dan jasa dari LKS yang memerlukan kajian dan fatwa dari DSN. Perekrutan DPS yang telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia yaitu harus memiliki integritas, kompetensi dan reputasi keuangan harus dioptimalkan, diperketat dan formalisasi perannya harus diwujudkan pada bank syariah agar tercipta Good Corporate Governance yang menerapkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, profesional, dan kewajaran.

Application of Mudharabah Muthlaqah on mudharabah deposits, the depositor or depositor acts as the owner of the funds (shahibul maal) and the bank acts as the manager of the funds (mudharib). The customer as the owner of the funds (shahibul maal) cannot provide certain limitations or requirements to the Islamic bank as the fund manager (mudharib) in managing their investment, whether related to the place, method or object of investment. Customers will get benefits in the form of profit sharing on deposits where the bank distributes profit sharing to customers with a ratio that has been agreed at the beginning and get results at maturity every month which goes directly to the customer's account. If there is a deposit payment before maturity, the bank will impose a fine on the customer in accordance with the bank's policy. Islamic banks have rights and freedoms in the mudharabah business. Profits from various sectors that are expected by Islamic banks to be profitable.

Kelainan metabolik seperti diabetes mellitus dan obesitas sering dihubungkan dengan peningkatan kadar asam urat, yang dapat digunakan sebagai penanda inflamasi ataupun juga untuk memprediksi komplikasi metabolik dan kardiovaskuler pada penderita dengan obesitas dan diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar asam urat dengan kadar gula darah puasa penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang mengalami obesitas. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan desain potong lintang, dilakukan di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam dan Laboratorium Patologi Klinik RS. Dr. M. Djamil Padang pada bulan Mei – September 2013. Sampel adalah penderita DM tipe 2 yang mengalami obesitas, memenuhi kriteria, datang berobat jalan, diambil secara random sampling, sebanyak 30 orang, merupakan darah vena dari pasien puasa selama 10-12 jam dan menghindari makanan yang mengandung purin. Pemeriksaan asam urat dengan metode kolorimetrik enzimatik, panjang gelombang 552 nm. Data dianalisis secara korelasi dan bermakna jika p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rerata umur yaitu 57,22±6,27 tahun, sebahagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan dan nilai rerata indeks massa tubuh adalah 28,86±2,92. Terlihat kadar asam urat 6,36±1,32 mg/dL dan gula darah puasa 153,69±47,04 mg/dL. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang sangat lemah dan tidak berhubungan secara statistik antara kadar asam urat dengan gula darah puasa penderita DM tipe 2 dengan obesitas.
