TikTok, sebagai platform media sosial yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, telah menjadi ruang utama untuk interaksi sosial dan penciptaan identitas digital. Artikel ini mengkaji fenomena komodifikasi media sosial melalui teori Jean Baudrillard, dengan fokus pada TikTok Indonesia. Berdasarkan konsep simulasi dan hiperrealitas, artikel ini membahas bagaimana TikTok menciptakan citra yang menggantikan kenyataan dan memproduksi identitas serta gaya hidup sebagai komoditas. Melalui praktik pembuatan konten yang terkurasi, TikTok memperkenalkan dunia hiperrealitas di mana pengguna lebih berinteraksi dengan representasi diri mereka yang dibentuk secara digital daripada kenyataan fisik. Komodifikasi ini memperkenalkan dinamika baru dalam interaksi sosial, di mana produk, citra, dan pengalaman menjadi bagian dari identitas yang dipasarkan. Artikel ini menganalisis dampak komodifikasi TikTok terhadap budaya konsumsi, identitas individu, serta struktur sosial di Indonesia. TikTok, as a rapidly growing social media platform in Indonesia, has become a primary space for social interaction and the creation of digital identities. This article examines the phenomenon of social media commodification through Jean Baudrillard's theory, focusing on TikTok Indonesia. Based on the concepts of simulation and hyperreality, this article discusses how TikTok creates images that replace reality and produces identities and lifestyles as commodities. Through the practice of curated content creation, TikTok introduces a hyperreal world where users interact more with their digitally constructed self-representations than with physical reality. This commodification introduces a new dynamic in social interactions, where products, images, and experiences become part of an identity that is marketed. This article analyzes the impact of TikTok's commodification on consumer culture, individual identity, and the social structure in Indonesia.

Pengelolaan keuangan sering kali menjadi masalah yang diabaikan oleh pelaku bisnis UMKM, terutama dalam hal penerapan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan keuangan dan akuntansi yang benar. Masalah ini biasanya muncul karena pengetahuan dan informasi pelaku UMKM tentang akuntansi sangat terbatas, ditambah dengan latar belakang pendidikan mereka yang juga mempengaruhi pemahaman mereka. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Digital Finance yang terkait dengan sustainability dan digitalisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dalam aspek Keuangan yaitu a.) Pencatatan Keuangan yang tidak terstruktur dan mendalam, b.) Keuangan Pribadi dan Keuangan Bisnis tercampur, c.) Pencatatan Keuangan sangat sederhana. d.) pelaporan dan pengendalian transaksi keuangan belum ada. Hasil Pengabdian yaitu Peningkatan Pendapatan Mitra Sekitar 78% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tidak melakukan Pengelolaan Keuangan dengan Baik, dimana Peningkatan pendapatan ini bersumber dari penjualan dan Modal yang bertambah dari Perbankan dengan dilakukannya pencatatan keuangan yang mendalam dan terstruktur serta pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan Keuangan Bisnis. Kemampuan pengusaha UMKM dalam menggunakan metode akuntansi yang baik dan konsisten sesuai kebutuhan usaha akan mewujudkan pengelolaan keuangan ataupun manajemen usaha yang professional, transparan dan akuntabel sehingga dapat menunjukkan posisi keuangan yang sebenarnya.

Peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat pedesaan, seperti di Pulau Lae-Lae, Makassar, menjadi krusial mengingat 70% penduduk Indonesia aktif di media social, namun rentan hoaks dan penipuan daring. Pengabdian ini menyasar ibu-ibu melalui pelatihan interaktif selama 8 minggu, mencakup verifikasi informasi, keamanan data, dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi produk lokal. Metode partisipatif berbasis studi kasus dan pembelajaran teman sebaya berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta dalam menghindari risiko digital. Kendala utama meliputi infrastruktur internet terbatas dan kesenjangan akses teknologi. Program ini menekankan kolaborasi pemerintah-komunitas untuk edukasi berkelanjutan guna mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi dan ketahanan digital desa.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) adoption on community consumption patterns in Sinjai Regency. The background of this research is the government's push to promote non-cash transactions via QRIS since 2019, but its adoption in areas with a traditional market economy base and MSMEs remains low. The method used is a mixed-method approach, comprising a quantitative survey of 31 traders and 67 consumers at the Lappa Fish Auction Place, Sinjai Regency, as well as semi-structured interviews to capture socio-cultural and technical barriers. The results show that only 11% of traders have activated QRIS, with an average of 2.5 non-cash transactions per day, while 15% of consumers have shifted to digital payments. Main obstacles include limited digital literacy, lack of trust in data security, and a habitual preference for cash. Digital sociology analysis reveals that limited social networks and reliance on old habits slow the diffusion of this innovation, resulting in an income gap approximately 12% higher for QRIS-using traders. The research recommendations include community-based digital literacy training, improved internet infrastructure in markets, and cross-stakeholder collaboration to promote financial inclusion and accelerate local digital transformation

Data collection was conducted with way using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used That is the descriptive statistical analysis using with mean (average) and standard deviation, and inferential statistical analysis WITH using simple linear regression to test the hypothesis review. Research results show that free education on SMK Negeri 1 Pattallassang Gowa hearts belong to either category, viewed from free education aspects These include: service and convenience, Assurance Education, and Education bermutu. kinerj teacher effectiveness at SMK Negeri 1 Pattallassang Gowa classified category Very Good hearts are reviewed From Lesson Planning, Learning Process, and Learning Evaluation. This research aims to explore, analyze, and interpret the impact of incentives, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive, with a population and sample consisting of 31 employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The obtained data will be analyzed using statistical tools and SPSS version 24 software.The results of the study indicate that:Incentives have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Overall, incentives have a strong influence on improving employee performance, which is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals.The work environment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Leadership style is an important factor that supports employees in developing their potential optimally to contribute to the organization's goals with full awareness.Leadership style also has a positive and significant impact on performance in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Key factors in incentives include the atmosphere and supporting facilities that play a crucial role in the implementation of job tasks for employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing, the ability to sense the market, and entrepreneurial competence, both individually (partially) and simultaneously, on the income increase in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Polewali Mandar Regency. This research uses a survey approach on SME in Polewali Mandar Regency from September to December 2024. The population in this study includes 31 small entrepreneurs in the Polman Regency area. The sampling technique used the Simple Random Sampling method, and the data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The study results revealed that Digital Marketing, market sensing ability, and entrepreneurial competence, both partially and simultaneously, positively and significantly influence increasing MSME sales in Polewali Mandar Regency. The research subjects include MSME owners who run marketing and sales through digital platforms like marketplaces, social media, and WhatsApp. Each MSME involved shows an increase in online sales turnover, so it can be concluded that MSME owners have good business performance in managing their business operations.
