Quantitative analysis with cross sectional design. The research sample was 95 K1 pregnant women using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data is primary data analyzed using the chi square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 34.7% of pregnant women were at risk of four too many, 52.6% had good knowledge, 63.2% had a positive attitude, 67.4% had family support, 65.3% supported the role of health workers, and 65.3% had a positive role. health cadres support 56.8%. Abstract

The three main causes of maternal death include bleeding (30%), hypertension in pregnancy or preeclampsia (25%), and infection (12%). Preeclampsia or eclampsia is the second most common cause of maternal death after bleeding. Exercise during pregnancy can increase stamina, make you sleep better, improve your mood, and reduce anxiety. Of this writing is to determine the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing the incidence of pre-eclampsia in PMB Tati Kusmiran, S.Tr.Keb., BD Bekasi in 2023. This research design uses a true-experimental research design which is a Posttest-only control design, namely an experimental design using a sample to measure the frequency of the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing the incidence of pre-eclampsia in PMB Tati Kusmiran, S.Tr.Keb., BD Bekasi, Identifying the effectiveness of prenatal yoga on the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women by carrying out interventions. There were differences between groups experiencing pre-eclampsia in the BP category <140/90 with a frequency of 69.2% and those who did not comply with the SOP had a frequency of 30.8%. 35.3% of those who experienced pre-eclampsia in the BP>160/110 category did prenatal yoga according to the SOP and 64.7% of those who did not according to the SOP. There is a difference in the mean scores for the two groups with a score difference of 0.47. Based on the results of the paired test, the value p = obtained p = 0.000 < 0.01, so H0 is rejected, meaning that statistically it shows that there is a difference in pre-eclampsia in pregnant women who do yoga according to the SOP and those who do yoga not according to the SOP. Based on the results of the paired test, the p= value was obtained, the p=0.000 <0.01 was obtained, so H0 was rejected, meaning that statistically it shows that there is a difference in pre-eclampsia in pregnant women who do yoga according to the SOP and those who do yoga not according to the SOP. The results of the normality test using the Shapiro Wilk test obtained a sig value. 0.000, which means that if the α value <0.05, it means Ho is rejected and it can be concluded that there is the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing the incidence of pre-eclampsia in PMB Tati Kusmiran, S.Tr.Keb., BD Bekasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension in pregnancy is the initial cause of complications in pregnant women and fetuses such as preeclampsia, bleeding, heart disease, pulmonary edema, fetal distress, premature babies, IUFD (Intra Uterine Fetal Death), placental abruption (placental abruption) which can increase maternal and infant mortality and morbidity. In an effort to prevent hypertension in pregnancy with non-pharmacology, it can be done by managing nutrition, namely meeting the needs of vitamin E, calcium, and avoiding free radical triggers. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of star fruit extract and ginger extract on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension at the Tanti Kirana Rangkasbitung Main Clinic in 2024. This study used the Quasy Experiment method, with a two-group pre and post test design approach to the correspondence regarding the difference in blood pressure before and after the intervention of star fruit extract and ginger extract. The study used two groups of subjects, measurements were taken before and after treatment. The difference in measurement results is considered the effect of treatment. The hypothesis in this study is whether there is a comparison between the administration of starfruit extract and ginger extract to pregnant women with hypertension at the Tanti Kirana Rangkasbitung Main Clinic in 2024. Abstract

Background: Social media has become an important platform for disseminating health information, including immunization. However, misinformation is also easily spread, causing doubts about vaccination. This study aims to evaluate the role of social media in increasing public awareness of immunization, especially at the Bontobahari Health Center. Methods: This study used an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected in October 2024 from 25 mothers with toddlers in the Bontobahari Health Center area. Respondents were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the data were analyzed using statistical tests to determine the relationship between social media use and immunization awareness. Results: Of the 25 respondents, 56% used social media, with 60% supporting immunization. The results of the statistical test showed a ρ value = 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between social media use and increasing public awareness of immunization. Platforms such as Facebook are the main source of information for most mothers. Conclusion: Social media has been shown to contribute positively to increasing public awareness of immunization. Effective use of social media, through education and involvement of community leaders, can expand immunization coverage. This study recommends that health workers use social media to disseminate accurate and interesting information.
