Abstract

The research with the title "The Influence of Competency Development and Work Motivation on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant influence of Competency Development on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees, (2) To find out the significant influence of Motivation Work on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees, and (3) To determine the significant influence of Competency Development and Work Motivation together on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees. The data analysis technique used is linear regression of two predictors. To find out whether the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is real, testing is carried out by carrying out regression analysis, namely analysis of the variance of the regression line to find the F value of the regression line, which can then be tested whether the F value is significant or not, then look for the Relative Contribution (SR) of each - each predictor X1 and The research subjects were 12 KSP Coblong Pamor employees, and the research object was competency development, work motivation and employee performance. Based on the results of the prediction analysis of two predictors, namely, X1 (competence development) and X2 (work motivation) on criterion Y (employee performance), the price F is obtainedreg of 8.45.  With (N-m-1) in this case db = 9/2 with a significance level of 5% F valuetable of 5.14. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for predictions because there is a significant contribution between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2).  The Relative Contribution (SR) in % of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 61.15%, and Predictor Based on these results, the regression line is 38.49%, which consists of the effective contribution of predictor X1 (competency development) = 23.54%. And the effective contribution of predictor X2 (work motivation) = 14.95. Meanwhile, the remaining 61.51% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the analysis above, it is hoped that employees can improve their competence by participating in training and that the leadership can also provide positive motivation to employees, so that employee performance can increase.

Abstract

Guru masih mengajar dengan menggunakan metode ceramah sebagai metode pembelajaran utama ketika menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Hal ini menyebabkan hasil belajar Agama Hindu menjadi rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran koperatif tipe Team Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar agama Hindu siswa kelas VI SD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang melibatkan siswa kelas VI yang berjumlah 29 orang siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode tes. Metode analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar agama Hindu dinyatakan meningkat, hal diMekarsarikan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar antara siklus I (jumlah 2040, rata-rata 70, daya serap 70%, ketuntasan belajar 76%) dan siklus II (jumlah 2310, rata-rata 80, daya serap 80%, ketuntasan belajar 93%). Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar antara siklus I dan siklus II, menunjukan kenaikan rata-rata daya serap 10% dan pada ketuntasan belajar mengalami kenaikan sebesar 17%. Kesimpulan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Mekarsari dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar agama Hindu. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran yang inovatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the professional competence of prospective teacher students. This research is a descriptive study with the subject of 30 students who take PPL/PLP activities in eight high school and MA schools in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection was carried out through real teaching using an assessment score of 1 - 4 with details, 1 = not good, 2 = quite good, 3 = good, and 4 = very good. Students' professional competency scores were then averaged, then grouped into 4 categories, namely 3 < Score 4 (Very Good), 2 < Score 3 (Good), 1 < Score 2 (Good Enough), Score = 1 (Poor Well). The results showed that the students' professional competence was in the very good category, with a mean score of 3.25. These results indicate the need to improve the quality of learning and training for student teacher candidates, so that their professional competence can be maintained and improved.

Abstract

The learning process at school provides many experiences for students. Academic and non-academic activities can be obtained at school. Student activity in organizations at school is important to improve students' ability to organize, but if you get too carried away in the organization and forget about learning, it's also not good. This can affect the academic aspects of students. This study aims to determine: 1) The Effect of Student Activity in Organizations on Economic Learning Outcomes of Students at SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar; 2) The Effect of School Facilities on Economic Learning Outcomes of SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar Students; 3) The Effect of Student Activeness in Organizations and School Facilities Together on Economic Learning Outcomes of PGRI 2 Denpasar High School Students. Data were analyzed by statistical analysis of simple regression and multiple regression. Through the prediction results with predictors X1 (Student Activeness in Organizations) and X2 (School Facilities) against Y (Economics Learning Outcomes), the value of Freg is 49.26762. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 93/2, with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 3.09. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for prediction because there is a significant relationship between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). Freg is greater than the F table value or 49.26762 > 3.09. So that the null hypothesis tested was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted which indicated that there was a significant relationship between Student Activity in Organizations and School Facilities on Student Economic Learning Outcomes at SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar. Relative Contribution (SR%) for each predictor, namely X1 (Student Activeness in Organizations) = 58.83%, and X2 (School Facilities) = 41.16%. While the regression line is 95.26% which consists of the effective contribution of the X1 predictor (Student Activeness in Organizations) = 56.05%. And the effective contribution of the X2 predictor (School Facilities) = 39.21%. While the remaining 4.74% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, it can be suggested to the students to pay attention to the priority scale, time distribution, so that apart from attending class, they can also participate in organizational activities at school.
