Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of relationship marketing on the loyalty of members of the Coblong Pamor Savings and Loans Cooperative. Testing the research hypothesis using the SPSS method with a sample of 70 people who live in Denpasar. Determination of the sample using probability sampling method with the technique of proportionate stratified random sampling, where this technique is used if the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified, with the criteria of respondents who have made transactions during the last 3 years. The findings in this study indicate that member trust, member communication and member commitment have a positive and significant effect on member loyalty partially or simultaneously. This research has the implication that it is important for management to improve relational relationships through trust, communication and commitment so that members become loyal to the Coblong Pamor Cooperative.

Abstract

The shift in the implementation of learning activities in the world of education is felt today. When the Covid-19 pandemic emerged in early 2020, the implementation of direct learning activities was carried out online to anticipate the spread of this corona virus. The blended learning model is a learning model that combines face-to-face teaching methods with teaching methods using computer aids both offline and online to form an integrated learning approach. The research method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative research method is data that is described in detail in descriptive form which includes all data that does not use numbers (numbers), so that this qualitative data is in the form of words or sentences delivered orally or in writing regarding all patterns of human behavior that can be observed directly. Based on the results of interviews with the five informants above, they stated that the implementation of the blended learning model in the business feasibility study course at PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University was good. The suggestions that researchers can give are that students at PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University should be able to learn more about digital learning media used by higher education institutions in the teaching and learning process so that good two-way communication can be established from the application of the material provided.

Abstract

Professional educators have the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education, secondary education. Teachers are the spearhead of education, as educators, teachers must have certain competencies in order to be able to educate their students well. In learning efforts towards the formation of students' characters who are creative, interactive, innovative, and inspiring in the learning process in the classroom, it is necessary to implement innovative learning models. This service activity aims to develop teacher professionalism through innovative learning models and help improve student learning. This community service is a mentoring activity carried out by students, where lecturers in this case provide workshops on teacher professionalism development through innovative learning. This activity is carried out for 1 month starting from March 13 to April 16, 2022. This service activity is a collaboration carried out by lecturers and students through community service assistance by providing workshops on teacher professionalism development through innovative learning. has been running well, efficient, effective and maximal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji korelasi  dari gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja secara independen serta serempak pada kinerja karyawan. Populasi menggunakan karyawan LPD Desa Adat Kesiman serta sampel berjumlah 51 orang. Metode dalam menganalisis data yakni pengujian validitas, keandalan, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji R2, uji F serta uji T. Temuan menyebutkan, (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berkorelasi positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, yang mana nilai koefisien T 2,253, koefisien regresi 0,236, dan signifikansi 0,029. (2) Lingkungan kerja berkorelasi positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, yang mana nilai koefisiennya T 2,405, koefisien regresi 0,304 dan signifikansi 0,020. (3) Motivasi kerja berkorelasi positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai koefisien T 2,448, koefisien regresi 0,261 serta signifikansi 0,018. Pengaruh variable independen pada kinerja karyawan sebesar 65,8%. Adapun saran yang mampu disampaikan penulis yakni LPD Desa Adat Kesiman hendaknya selalu selalu memimpin bawahannya selalu memberikan dorongan dan semangat kepada bawahannya serta selalu bertanggung jawaba terhadap keputusan yang di ambil, selain itu LPD Desa Adat Kesiman hendaknya membuat lingkungan kerja senyaman mungkin dan selalu menghargai hasil kinerja karyawannya

Abstract

The research with the title "The Influence of Competency Development and Work Motivation on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant influence of Competency Development on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees, (2) To find out the significant influence of Motivation Work on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees, and (3) To determine the significant influence of Competency Development and Work Motivation together on the Performance of "KSP Coblong Pamor" Employees. The data analysis technique used is linear regression of two predictors. To find out whether the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is real, testing is carried out by carrying out regression analysis, namely analysis of the variance of the regression line to find the F value of the regression line, which can then be tested whether the F value is significant or not, then look for the Relative Contribution (SR) of each - each predictor X1 and The research subjects were 12 KSP Coblong Pamor employees, and the research object was competency development, work motivation and employee performance. Based on the results of the prediction analysis of two predictors, namely, X1 (competence development) and X2 (work motivation) on criterion Y (employee performance), the price F is obtainedreg of 8.45.  With (N-m-1) in this case db = 9/2 with a significance level of 5% F valuetable of 5.14. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for predictions because there is a significant contribution between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2).  The Relative Contribution (SR) in % of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 61.15%, and Predictor Based on these results, the regression line is 38.49%, which consists of the effective contribution of predictor X1 (competency development) = 23.54%. And the effective contribution of predictor X2 (work motivation) = 14.95. Meanwhile, the remaining 61.51% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the analysis above, it is hoped that employees can improve their competence by participating in training and that the leadership can also provide positive motivation to employees, so that employee performance can increase.

Abstract

This research aims to increase members' and society's trust in cooperatives through seminars to increase legal competency for administrators, supervisors and cooperative managers in Denpasar City. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies, interviews and observations of 25 randomly selected cooperatives. The results obtained show an increase in participants' understanding of the legal aspects of cooperative management, which is expected to increase transparency and accountability. The active participation of participants shows the high need for legal training, which is responded to through transformative learning theory and trust transformation theory. The positive impact of this seminar includes increasing member and community trust in the Cooperative, which in turn can increase member welfare and contribution to the local economy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Anggota dan Sikap Anggota Terhadap Loyalitas Anggota Pada Koperasi Serba Usaha Kertasari Sedana Banjar Kertasari Peguyangan Tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel motivasi anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (8,105 > 2,002) dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05; (2) variabel sikap anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,209 > 2,002) dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05; (3) variabel motivasi anggota dan sikap anggota terhadap loyalitas anggota dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (44,733 > 3,016) dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05; (4) Hasil koefisien determinasi dengan metode Adjusted R Square menyatakan bahwa motivasi anggota dan sikap anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota dengan nilai 59,7% sedangkan sisanya 40,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan anatara motivasi anggota dan sikap anggota terhadap loyalitas anggota.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, (2) Pengaruh Kebiasaan Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, (3) Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi dan Kebiasaan Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 112 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 52 siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan hasil uji t diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 44,483 > 2.009 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, (2) Terdapat pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan hasil uji t diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 31,839 > 2.009 (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji F sebesar 20,186 kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan F-tabel (20,186>3,19) dengan signifikasi 0,000<0,05. Hasil uji koefisien desterminasi berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0,688 yang artinya Pemanfaatan Teknologi dan Kebiasaan Belajar berpengaruh sebesar 68,8% sedangkan sisanya 31,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam variabel penelitian. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Teknologi, Kebiasaan Belajar, dan Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction, as well as to evaluate the role of the work environment as a moderating variable at PT. Atika Mandiri. The research was motivated by the initial findings of low job satisfaction levels, indicated by a high turnover rate and negative employee perceptions of compensation, motivation, and the work environment. A quantitative approach was employed with a census method involving all 90 employees as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that both compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the work environment was found to moderate the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction but did not moderate the relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction. These findings suggest that a supportive work environment can strengthen the positive impact of compensation on job satisfaction but does not significantly enhance the effect of motivation. The practical implication highlights the importance of fair compensation policies and a conducive work environment to sustainably improve employee job satisfaction.
