Abstract

Uninus merupakan salah satu kampus di Jawa Barat yang sejak tahun 2020 menerapkan konsep MBKM sebagai implementasi dari Kermen No. 03 Tahun 2020 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi. Dalam rangka penguatan dan efektivitas pelaksanaan maka dilakukan survei secara sensus terhadap civitas academica Uninus secara online untuk menangkap tingkat pemahaman, pengetahuan dan dukungan serta minat implementasi MBKM serta menganalisa dampak MBKM terhadap dosen, tenaga pendidik dan mahasiswa. Disamping itu dilakukan FGD dan indepth interview untuk memetakan factor-faktor kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), peluang (opportunity) dan ancaman (treatch) dalam rangka mendapatkan posisi strategis terkini dan posisi ideal yang dikehendaki dimasa mendatang. Instrument Hasil Analisa SWOT dikombinasikan dengan Analitycal Hierarcy Process (AHP) menghasilkan langkah-langkah dan program strategis dimasa mendatang dalam rangka penguatan MBKM di Uninus. Hasil Analisa menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas civitas academica telah mengetahui, terlibat langsung dalam penyusunan kebijakan MBKM di Uninus. Namun demikian diperlukan penguatan melalui training terstruktur dan dukungan instrumen kebijakan, petunjuk teknis, pembenahan insfrastruktur serta dukungan finansial dalam rangka sustaibility-nya. Program strategis disusun dalam 10 issue pokok yaitu efektifitas manajemen internal, kompetensi SDM, layanan perkuliahan, penguatan infrastruktur fisik, dukungan finansial, kurikulum, kerjasama industri, riset dan pengabdian masyarakat, standar mutu serta kerjasama antar Lembaga. Seluruh issue pokok di atas diterjemahkan lebih lanjut dalam program strategis yang diimplementasikan dalam 3 tahap yaitu tahap fondasi (2021-2022), tahap pemantapan (2023-2024) dan tahap continuos growth (2025 dst).     Kata Kunci: MBKM, Dampak, SWOT, AHP, program strategis

Abstract

The government is currently trying to increase the added value of product, especially products whose raw material come from within the country. One way to increase added value is by downstreaming commodities. Petroleum is one of the commodities that will be downstream from the upstream to downstream sector. There is limited petroleum in Indonesia, so it needs to be utilized as best as possible. So that the added value of petroleum can be returned with greater value. Abstract

Educational institutions can function well if their performance can be measured clearly. Educational institutions should be empowered towards optimal empowerment, by developing schools with strategic planning, a vision and mission, an independent school, empowering the community by many efforts to increase the role and participation of the community through school committees. To make schools as educational institutions of high quality, they need to be evaluated and controlled. The School achieved can be said that the institution is measurable. One alternative is offered in measuring the performance of schools known by the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The Balanced Scorecard was introduced by Robert Kaplan and David Norton by understanding the school's mission and strategy into objectives and measures, which are arranged in four perspectives.

Abstract

One of the breakthroughs made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is the launch of Learning Accounts which can be accessed through www.belajar.id. This account can be used by students, educators, and education staff to access electronic-based learning services. A Learning Account is created in the form of a Google Account with the @belajar.id domain. The use of technology and mastery of digital literacy are important for teachers to master considering that currently many learning materials are sourced and accessed from the internet. This training aims to assist teachers at KKMTs Purwakarta, in accessing features available on Google Workspace for Education, so that it is hoped that teachers can maximize the student learning process online during distance learning. The general objective of implementing this training is to increase teachers' understanding and skills regarding the use of digital technology as a learning medium in learning activities. The specific objectives of this training include: (1) Teachers are able to use and manage online classes, (2) optimize available digital technology facilities, and (3) increase the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of learning. The methods that will be used in the implementation of the training are socialization, practice, mentoring, and evaluation. This training material will be carried out in 2 stages where the first stage will focus more on providing information about the material regarding the role of digitizing learning media. This information is very important so that research participants get an overview of the role of digital technology as a learning medium, as well as the importance of training as a form of teacher self-development. The second stage, the training focused on introducing and understanding Google Workspace For Education, in which the training introduced the features available on Google, such as: Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Class Room, Google Meet, Jamboard, Google Calendar, Google Doc, Google Slides, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Sites. Evaluation of this activity is carried out during training activities and the results of making digital learning media. The aspects that were evaluated were attendance, participant activity, participants' understanding of the material that had been given. The criteria for achieving the program for each aspect are the attendance of participants,
