Abstract

The rise in the development of the marketplace or e-commerce and e-wallet platforms has led to a significant increase in the number of payment system users. The Covid-19 pandemic has also contributed to the growth of e-commerce and e-wallets. Considering the rapid development of numerous integrated cooperations between platforms, it is not uncommon for market leaders to acquire other companies to add to their business realms. This research aims to analyze the largest and strongest e-commerce and e-wallet platforms in Indonesia about the pillars of the digital economy. The research method used was the qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through a literature review, desk research, and questionnaires. Primary data was collected from the Travic website by using Similarweb. Research results showed that the e-commerce platforms with the highest criteria were Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak. The demographic criteria for this study were males and females with an age distribution range. From the analysis of e-wallets, it was found that the largest E-wallets in Indonesia were Ovo, LinkAja, Gopay, Shopeepay, and Dana. E-wallets are still often accessed through mobile web compared to using a desktop and the age range of e-wallet users was 18-44 years of age.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop learning media using digital flipbooks in economics subjects, especially the material of International Economic Cooperation Class XI SMA Negeri 6 Malang  which is effective and feasible to use. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) by obtaining research data to produce, develop and validate products with carries the ADDIE model proposed by Dick and Carey. This research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The measurement used in this research is a Likert scale. Data from the study were obtained through a questionnaire validated by media experts, material experts, linguists, and student respondents. The results of this study indicate that this digital flipbook learning media is effective and feasible to use. The research data obtained with the feasibility level of media experts by 95%, material experts by 80%, linguists by 93%, and limited trials on students obtained a score of 93% with a total of 33 students.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present a detailed analysis of the entrepreneurial competence literature that has been published in international journals from 2012 to 2021, determining the intellectual structure of the field of entrepreneurial competence and its maturity as an academic field of study. This article uses a quantitative methodology for literature study, i.e. bibliometric analysis, relevant papers were obtained from Scopus database retrieved on Monday, November 8, 2021, 9.09 pm. A total of 669 papers were identified and studied for bibliometric analysis. The study identified a significant increase in scientific investigation of entrepreneurial competence in recent years, along with greater collaboration and international research. It was demonstrated that some countries dominate the entrepreneurial competence research area, such as Spain and the United Kingdom, whereas institutional and individual research results are spread more evenly. It was also found that authors or institutions dominate the entrepreneurial competence literature. The epistemological orientation shows that the published literature is mostly theoretical and descriptive. This article makes important contributions. First, it presents the intellectual structure of entrepreneurial competence as a discipline. Second, it determines the current maturity of the field based on its epistemological orientation, concluding that entrepreneurial competencies are maturing, with theory development followed by empirical testing and validation resulting in increasing consensus on the boundaries of the field..

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to increase the independence of partners through strengthening financial management and increase knowledge for partners about digitalization. By understanding the importance of good financial management and adopting the right technology, welding workshops can increase their competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and improve the quality of their work. Method: The method developed was counseling, training and mentoring on financial literacy and digital literacy. In this activity, the importance of financial literacy and digital literacy is explained, as well as the benefits obtained in financial management and the application of digitalization. Practical Applications: financial literacy and digital literacy training helps improve the competitiveness of welding workshops in the market. Better performance, rapid technology adaptation, and better decisions, they can grow sustainably and expand their business reach. And maintain competitiveness in an ever-evolving and changing business environment. Conclusion: The combination of financial literacy and digital literacy gives welders a competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market, allowing them to adapt to change
