Abstract

Prevalensi anemia pada ibu nifas di Indonesia adalah 37,1%. Sedangkan menurut Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cianjur pada tahun 2017, kejadian anemia pada ibu nifas di Kabupaten Cianjur sebesar 5,19% atau sebanyak 2.437 dari 46.972 ibu nifas yang ada di Kabupaten Cianjur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu nifas di Bidan Praktik Mandiri (BPM) A Kabupaten Cianjur. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Bidan PMB A Kabupaten Cianjur pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Mei 2023 dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 ibu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 28 WUS yang patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe, 20 orang (46,1%) tidak mengalami anemia dan 8 orang (65,12%) mengalami anemia. Sedangkan sebanyak 15 orang ibu yang tidak patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe, 5 orang (11,63%) tidak mengalami anemia dan 10 orang (23,26%) mengalami anemia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu nifas yang patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe mengalami anemia ringan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada hubungan antara kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu nifas di PMB Bidan A Kabupaten Cianjur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh nilai chi square sebesar 5,825. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa chi square (5,825) > chi tabel (3,84) dan p value (0,016) < α (0,05), maka H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti ada hubungan antara kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu nifas. Penting bagi ibu nifas untuk melakukan pemeriksaan rutin. Masalah anemia, khususnya anemia dapat dideteksi dan diobati secara dini.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the effectiveness of traumatic counseling for children victims of natural disasters as a strategy to have a positive psychological impact on children victims of natural disasters. Traumatic counseling has an important role in providing assistance to victims of natural disasters, especially for children. Traumatic counseling helps clients who have experienced such trauma. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach including, 1) compiling and managing research designs, 2) choosing research subjects, 3) collecting data and analyzing data, 4) presenting research data, and 5) research drawing conclusions. The results showed that traumatic counseling is needed for children affected by natural disasters so that there is no trauma effect for victims of natural disasters. This is because children are more prone to trauma because at a very young age they are more sensitive to imagine the events they experience.

Abstract

One aspect of a child's character development is influenced by parenting, good parenting will certainly support the child's character and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to represent the urgency of parenting as the basis for character education for elementary children. This research method uses field studies. The subjects of the study were Rendra Bimantara's family and Teten Marlena's family in Bumi Ayu Village, Bengkulu City. The results showed that (1) the parenting style used by families in teaching character education to their children uses authoritative parenting; (2) character values instilled in children include religion, honesty, care/empathy, independence, discipline, responsibility, hard work, humility, courage, fairness, patience, tolerance, leadership; (3) strategies used in educating their children include (1) through behavioral examples, early education, through refraction, through example. The contribution of research results can be used as enrichment material both theoretically and practically regarding family-based character education.
