Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mendeskripsi (1)  proses peningkatan keterampilan menulis cerpen melalui teknik Mind Mapping. khususnya dalam aspek:  perhatian,  gairah belajar, keaktifan,  motivasi; (2) tingkat keberhasilan keterampilan menulis cerpen melalui  teknik  Mind Mapping khususnya dalam aspek: kebaruan tema dan kandungan makna,  kekuatan imajinasi,  kebaruan dan kekuatan tokoh,  kebaruan dan kekuatan alur, (e) kesatupaduan, kelancaran bercerita,  keefektifan stile,  respon afektif guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan  rancangan penelitian tindakan. Rancangan penelitian disusun dalam satuan siklus dengan sistem berulang. Setiap siklusnya berisi aktivitas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen berangsur-angsur dapat diatasi dengan penerapan teknik pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif bertanya dan berdiskusi selama kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Siswa juga lebih bergairah dalam mengerjakan tugas dan menulis cerpen  dengan sungguh-sungguh. Berdasarkan hasil pretes diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata menulis cerpen masih rendah yaitu 69,92 dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal 22,66%. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat yaitu 77,08 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 73,33%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata mencapai 79,82 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 100%. Pada akhir siklus II, nilai siswa dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Meskipun ada beberapa siswa yang mendapatkan nilai 75. Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran menulis cerpen;  penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis cerpen

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelrtulmbulhan elkonomi di Indonelsia sellama lima tahuln telrakhir melnjadi fokuls ultama pelmelrintah. Di karelnakan Indonelsia seldang melngalami prosels pelmullihan pasca pandelmi COVID-19. Pelrtulmbulhan elkonomi telrselbult bisa dilihat dari pelrtulmbulhan PDB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh capital adequacy ratio dan biaya operasional pendapatan operasional terhadap return on assset dengan net interest margin sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 33 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur menggunakan e-views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capital adequacy ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap net interest margin. Biaya operasional pendapatan operasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap net interest margin. capital adequacy ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on asset. biaya operasional pendapatan operasional berpengaruh terhadap return on asset. Dalam penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa net interest margin dapat memediasi capital adequavy ratio biaya operasional pendapatan operasional terhadap return on asset.Kata Kunci: CAR, BOPO, NIM, ROAABSTRACTEconomic development in Indonesia during the last five years has become the main focus of the government. This is because Indonesia is currently experiencing a recovery process after the COVID-19 pandemic. The economic recovery can be seen from the GDP growth. This research aims to test the significance of the influence of capital adequacy ratio and operational costs on operational income on return on assets with net interest margin as an intervening variable in conventional banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and resulted in a sample of 33 companies. The analysis technique used is the path analysis technique using e-views 12. The research results show that the capital adequacy ratio has no effect on the net interest margin. Operating costs operating income have a negative effect on net interest margin. The capital adequacy ratio has no effect on return on assets. operational costs operational income influence return on assets. This research also shows that net interest margin can mediate the capital adequacy ratio of operational costs, operational income to return on assets.Keywords: CAR, BOPO, NIM, ROA

Abstract

Riyan Maulana 1*, Emil Biyansyahna 2, Siti Afriani (3) 1 Alwashliyah University Banda Aceh 2 Syiah Kuala University 3 STIK Pante Kulu Banda Aceh *Corresponding author: riyanmaulana@unadabna.ac.id Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the education sector to shift to online learning due to social distancing, utilizing information and communication technology for teaching and learning. However, this transition presents risks such as inequality of technology access, decreased student engagement, and psychosocial impacts. This study aims to identify the risks of online learning through systematic literature review (SLR) to support effective risk management and inform education policy in the digital era. The research used the SLR method, with searches on scientific databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. Inclusion criteria included English and Indonesian journals (2017-2022), using the keywords "online learning risk" and "online education risk management". The selection process followed the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 34 relevant journals after rigorous screening. The analysis showed that one journal addressed online education policy, highlighting the risks of regulatory unpreparedness and internet access in remote areas. Sixteen journals focused on higher education, identifying risks such as low student motivation, digital plagiarism and lack of lecturer technology training. Seventeen journals addressed primary and secondary schools, emphasizing the risks of unequal access to devices, mental health disorders, and decreased social interaction. Key risks include technical, pedagogical and psychosocial aspects. Integrated risk management, such as improved digital infrastructure, technology training and mental health support, is needed for mitigation. This research recommends further empirical studies in the Indonesian context to support sustainable online learning. The findings enrich the educational literature with a comprehensive risk management framework.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate concrete efforts in improving teacher innovation based on the study of the relationship between (1) transformational leadership with teacher innovation (2) achievement motivation with teacher innovation (3) transformational leadership and achievement motivation together with teacher innovation. This research was conducted in private junior high schools in Central Bogor Sub-district, Bogor City. This research is a correlational research using quantitative approach. The population in this study were all permanent teachers of private junior high school foundations in Bogor City totaling 165 from 15 private junior high schools and the research sample was 117 people taken with proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study at a significant level of 5% showed that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher innovation with a correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.53 and transformational leadership contributes 27.8% to teacher innovation (2) achievement motivation has a positive effect on teacher innovation with a correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.24 and achievement motivation contributes 5.9% to teacher innovation (3) transformational leadership and achievement motivation together with teacher innovation shown by the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.54 and transformational leadership and achievement motivation together contribute 29.1% to teacher innovation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the higher the level of transformational leadership and achievement motivation, the higher the teacher's innovation.
