Abstract

On the other hand, the system currently running at PT. Mestika Aceh, especially in the goods distribution section, in data processing errors often occur, delays in ordering goods due to stock monitoring which is still done manually with the large number of items available. even if the goods that consumers are looking for are in empty stock, because delays in inputting stock of goods can result in decreased sales, goods that should be able to be sold cannot be sold. The purpose of this research is to design a goods distribution information system at PT. Mustika Aceh. There are two methods that the author uses to collect data, namely Field Studies and Library Studies and for the application development method used is waterfall. From the results of research and observations that have been made at PT. Mestika Aceh, it can be concluded that with the existence of the Goods Distribution Information System Program, the information system at PT. Aceh mustika be precise, and accurate, especially in the distribution of goods. And to obtain information about the distribution of these goods becomes easier and this information system is able to overcome problems that often occur at PT. Mestika Aceh is difficult to control and oversee the distribution of goods and planning the procurement of goods. This information system for procurement of goods can avoid the distribution of excess goods and overcome the scarcity of goods which is certainly highly expected by business actors so that an information system program is created in order to obtain quality information

Abstract

As a DPD organization the Indonesian National Youth Committee (KNPI) Aceh Province requires an information system to improve performance in this organization. In the member data processing system and cadre identity index in the DPD Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI) Aceh Province, all data is stored in spreadsheet worksheets. The process of organizing data between regions and commissariats certainly has a relationship with each other, so that in urgent situations it is possible to have difficulties in organizing member data due to different data formats, different reporting formats, and searching for member information which is difficult because it is still manual, it is necessary an application that can store and organize data so that it is easily accessible by cadres/members. Seeing these problems, the authors want to develop a web-based membership information system that allows users to maintain, renew, maintain alignment of data collection formats, report and find member information easily and quickly. The system development method that the author uses is Rapid Application Development (RAD). In the end, it is hoped that this system will provide convenience in organizing member data effectively and efficiently. The results of the research are the availability of applications that can be used to process data on cadre members in the DPD KNPI Aceh Province and used as an alternative tool for processing data on cadre members in the DPD KNPI Aceh Province.

Abstract

Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital is located in Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province, which is one of the health centers in the area. The growing community in the surrounding environment and even people from outside the region who continue to come for treatment at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital require a good service to patients with the support of medical personnel and good staff who are expected to be able to provide professional health services this certainly cannot be separated from the management system in the hospital. The author limits the problem only to; How is the Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Aceh and. Designing a Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. From the description, the objectives of the discussion are; To find out the Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital and Design a Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital using Visual BASIC.NET. The Prototyping method is used as a software development model and evaluation activities are also carried out as an assessment of the results of the prototype being built. With this patient information system program, the information system at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital becomes precise, and accurate, especially on the patient side. And to obtain information about the patient becomes easier; This information system is able to overcome the problems that often occur at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital, namely the difficulty in controlling and supervising patients and planning for procurement of goods. This goods procurement information system can avoid excess patients and overcome the scarcity of goods which is certainly highly expected by business actors and The creation of an information system program in order to obtain quality information and Based on the evaluation of the current desktop application display With the prototype design, it is known that each category has an increase in the usability value. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.62 and increased to 0.71. The Navigation category was previously 0.66 to 0.69. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.62 to 0.64 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.67 to 0.78.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of mobile-based menu applications for Acehnese cuisine and their impact on enhancing customer experience in the culinary industry. The study examines information technology applications, particularly mobile applications, as tools for improving accessibility and convenience in ordering and obtaining information about Acehnese culinary dishes. The research methodology includes surveys of active users of mobile-based menu applications in the Acehnese culinary industry, focusing on their perceptions of user experience, application effectiveness in presenting information, and impact on customer satisfaction. Case studies were conducted to examine successful implementations of mobile-based menu applications in Acehnese culinary settings. Data analysis provides understanding about the potential of mobile-based menu applications as tools for improving service quality and customer experience in the Acehnese culinary industry. Research findings benefit culinary industry stakeholders and information technology developers in optimizing mobile application utilization to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a decision support system for the location of a salon or beauty shop in Aceh Province. In this study, the authors used observation and interview techniques by implementing SAW in the analysis and waterfall as a software development method. This study succeeded in making a Decision Making System for Determining Salon Business Locations in Aceh Province Using the SAW Method and this study succeeded in performing alternative rankings from the weight calculation results for Determining Salon Business Locations in Aceh Province using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The suggestions that the author wants to convey after making observations are for further development, the system is expected to be able to combine several other methods as a comparison of alternative ranking results and need further development in the reporting process, because this system is still very simple in displaying reports so that in the future there will be more use more detailed graphics.

Abstract

Village development has a very important and strategic role in the context of National Development and Regional Development. In village development, the village government is located as a subsystem of the government administration system in Indonesia, so that the village has the authority, duties and obligations to regulate and manage the interests of its own community. In carrying out the authority, duties, and obligations of the village in the administration of government and development, a source of village income is needed. In the process of managing the Village (Gampong) Fund Allocation, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District, the village government is faced with the condition of the community's education level being still weak. Based on previous research, this research has a purpose, namely to describe and analyze the Management of Village Fund Allocation in empowering rural communities; the driving and inhibiting factors for the management of Village Fund Allocation in empowering rural communities in Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District. The objectives to be achieved from this research are; create an online budget data processing information system design, and improve all aspects of data forms or expand the relationship or relationship of each data. The design method used is the waterfall model taking basic activities such as specification, development, validation, and evolution and representing them as phases such as requirements specification, software design, implementation, testing and so on. Based on the results of the analysis and design of the village fund allocation information system, it can be seen that until now it is still done manually. The author can conclude including; the design of the village fund allocation application can provide convenience in carrying out the implementation process of gampong development, and the use of a system that is still manual has limitations in the data storage process, data search and report generation process.
