Abstract

DoS and DDoS are attacks on computer networks that flood network traffic with continuous requests. For this reason, efforts to secure computer networks and preventive measures need to be carried out by installing firewalls, IDS / IPS devices. The IDS acts as an alarm to the admin that there is abnormal activity on the network, so that the admin can take immediate preventive action. In detecting attacks, IDS uses methods or algorithms to identify anomalies that occur in the network. The algorithm is expected to be able to classify between dangerous traffic and normal traffic. Data mining is suitable to be applied in the classification of network traffic because of the large size of the data and the various types of attacks. The C4.5 decision tree algorithm is expected to be able to be used in the traffic classification process with the aim of identifying DoS attacks. The results of the trial with dataset testing, C.45 yielded an accuracy of 90,68% in classifying traffic for the identification of DoS attacks, and yielded an accuracy of 74,99% in classifying all types of traffic. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is used as a comparison, the accuracy is 86,56% in classifying DoS attack identification traffic, and produces an accuracy of 69,50% in classifying all types of traffic. The C4.5 algorithm is superior in terms of accuracy but takes longer to build the model than the Naïve Bayes algorithm.

Abstract

This research was conducted in an effort to minimize the occurrence of road traffic accidents. In this study detected the level of fatigue and sleepiness from the driver's face video based on the extraction of eye and mouth features using the CNN method. The dataset in this study is 300 data with 3 different classes namely drowsiness 100 data, sleepy 100 data and normal 100 data. The number of epochs used in research to achieve high accuracy is as much as 50. In the test results it is known that the validation of accuracy has increased in each of the input layer results.

Abstract

The character of emotions in children is different from that of adults, where the characteristics of the emotions in childres include, (1) Briefly and ends suddenly, (2) Seems greater or stronger, (3) Temporary or superficial, (4) Frequent, (5) Can be known clearly from behaviour, and (6) Reaction reflects individuality. Emotions that are felt can be expressed through faces, this is continuous with how interested the child is tho the material presented in fornt of him. Measuring the level of interest in PAUD children in this study using CNN. In the process of training the level of interest in PAUD children, the accuracy value of the four models always increases from epoch 25 until 100 with the highest value being the Rajmehra architecture. But during the data testing process, the architecture in this study increased slightly and the highest peak reached an accuracy value of 81.66%. It is 3.33% better than the result obtained with the Rajmehra architecture. Emosi adalah perasaan atau afeksi yang timbul, ketika seseorang berada dalam suatu keadaan yang dianggap penting oleh individu tersebut. Karakteristik emosi pada anak berbeda dengan karakteristik yang terjadi pada orang dewasa, dimana karekteristik emosi pada anak itu antara lain, (1) Berlangsung singkat dan berakhir tiba-tiba, (2) Terlihat lebih hebat atau kuat, (3) Bersifat sementara atau dangkal, (4) Lebih sering terjadi, (5) Dapat diketahui dengan jelas dari tingkah lakunya, dan (6) Reaksi mencerminkan individualitas. Emosi yang dirasakan dapat diekspresikan melalui wajah, hal ini berkesinambungan dengan seberapa tertariknya anak terhadap tayangan materi yang disajikan dihadapannya. Pengukuran tingkat ketertarikan anak PAUD pada penelitian ini menggunakan CNN. Dalam proses training tingkat ketertarikan anak PAUD, nilai akurasi keempat model selalu mengalami peningkatan mulai dari epoch 25 hingga 100 dengan nilai tertinggi adalah arsitektur Rajmehra. Tetapi saat proses testing data, arsitektur pada penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan secara perlahan dan puncak tertinggi mencapai nilai akurasi 81,66%. Hal tersebut jauh lebih baik 3,33% dibandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan arsitektur Rajmehra.

Abstract

Pengenalan makanan adalah langkah awal untuk melakukan penilaian diet seseorang. Dalam pengenalan makanan beserta bahan-bahannya, dirasakan kurang diseminasi foto-foto makanan tradisional Indonesia, sehingga peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai pengenalan makanan tradisional Indonesia. Peneliti membuat klasifikasi citra makanan yang inputannya merupakan citra makanan tradisional Indonesia. Ekstraksi fitur citra makanan sulit untuk diklasifikasikan karena citra makanan beraneka ragam penampilannya, termasuk tekstur, warna, bentuk dan karakteristik visual lainnya. Penelitian ini meneliti pemanfaatan Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN) model EfficientNetB6 dan EfficientNetV2M untuk pengenalan makanan tradisional Indonesia beserta bahan-bahannya. DCNN merupakan metode yang biasa digunakan untuk mendeteksi citra yang komplek. Peneliti mengumpulkan citra makanan tradisional Indonesia secara manual sebanyak 1.202 citra makanan yang berbeda. Terdiri dari 20 jenis makanan tradisional Indonesia. Masing-masing jenis makanan terdapat 50-80 gambar makanan. Data yang digunakan untuk uji klasifikasi makanan adalah 241 data citra makanan di luar data yang digunakan untuk training dan mendapatkan akurasi 83,82% untuk model EfficientNetV2M dan 80,08% untuk model EfficientNetB6. Kemudian pada proses pengujian dalam memprediksi bahan-bahan makanan yang terlihat pada gambar rata-rata mendapatkan 64% untuk model EfficienNetV2M dan 59% untuk model EfficeintNetB6. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode DCNN dengan model EfficientNetV2M dapat mencapai performa terbaik dari model EfficientNetB6.

Abstract

This research aims to help companies to be able to estimate the procurement of materials in property development, control material stocks in warehouses, and determine which suppliers can support to meet these needs with predetermined criteria, namely the supplier's distance to the project location, delivery speed, suitability orders, good quality materials and affordable prices. The method used to estimate the quantity of material procurement in maintaining the availability of material stock in the warehouse is the Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARIMA) method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a method for determining material suppliers. The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of forecasting errors is 6.1%. As for the selection of material suppliers, the AHP method can recommend which suppliers are eligible to be selected based on predetermined criteria, then the results are sorted based on the highest ranking.

Abstract

Artificial Intellegence is an application used to assist in solving specific problems. The application of Artificial Intellegence is used to determine and to diagnose diseases caused by mosquitoes. This application is implemented by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Data obtained through the international observation and analyzed using chainning forward method to trace the diseases caused by mosquitoes. Abstract

Prosedur atau proses yang dilakukan oleh manajemen pihak sekolahan baik tingkat SMP maupun tingkat SMA untuk mendapatkan siswa-siswinya sebagai calon peserta kompetisi olimpiade adalah masih dengan cara menyeleksi nilai-nilai akademik yang tertinggi. Salah satu bidang mata pelajaran yang di lombakan pada OSN (Olimpiade Sains Nasional) adalah bidang matematika. Padahal pada lomba olimpiade bidang matematika tidak hanya soal matematika saja yg harus dapat dikuasai oleh para peserta lomba, melainka juga kemampuan intellegensi, Algoritma AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) akan diterapkan sebagai alat bantu teknik pengambilan keputusan pada kasus ini, karena akan di definisikan tiga attribute sebagai pembobotan calon peserta dapat lolos sebagai perwakilan dari masing-masing sekolah. Abstract

There are some ways how to identify humans’ personality, such as by image recognition, fingerprint, signature, handwriting patterns and so on. In analyzing human’s personality for example as in employee recruitment, an experts who understand this field extremely required. Then, the problem will appear when the expert is not in place, thus the development of technology hopefully can solve this problem specificaly in how to identify human’s personality by reading of handwriting patterns. Therefore, technology of image processing, artificial neuron network, and hamming code hopefully can provide accurancy approach in order to find out any similiarity between test pattern and database pattern. Abstract

Dependency of information technology man would be increasing along with run of time. Of course with anything information technology becomes quicker, practical, and relative hardly easy, distance which so far bermil-mil will felt so near. Together with that also hence new problem also will emerge that is about network security. One of factor becoming threat in network security is existence of infiltrator or attacker. Attacker will infiltrate into network suddenly without the knowledge from admin network. All kinds of intention of possible attacker just fad, looks around data or takes it is even will become very dangerous if unwillingly destroying data and system. Beginning of from problem to hence at this handing out will study about how making system network security by using snort IDS ( Intrution Detection System)and IPtables firewall bases on publish/subscribe. Snort and IPtables each would be each other cooperate to detect existence of infiltrator and tries to prevent it admission in network. Because there is many host in network hence applied by mechanism of publish/subscribe with a purpose to at the time of one of host detects existence of attack hence would soon is sent to topic server to be propagated for all host in network, so that every host can prevent infiltrator to do exploitation Keywords: snort IDS, iptables firewall, publish/subscribe, elvin router
