Abstract

Self-actualization Therapy merupakan program berupa pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Program ini dibuat untuk memaksimalkan potensi para penyandang disabilitas di Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Fisik Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta melalui 3 target utama yaitu pengurangan tingkat depresi, peningkatan keterampilan, dan peningkatan kesiapan kerja. Adapun permasalahan yang terdapat di Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Fisik adalah penerima manfaat rentan terkena depresi dan pengangguran. Beberapa faktor utama yang menyebabkan penerima manfaat mengalami depresi adalah penolakan diri, perasaan rendah diri, dan kurangnya dukungan dari pihak keluarga. Hal ini memicu kondisi stress, kesepian, dan rasa tidak percaya diri pada penerima manfaat. Tim mahasiswa bekerjasama dengan BBRSPDF untuk mengurangi tingkat depresi pada penerima manfaat, membekali penerima manfaat dengan keterampilan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan, hingga penerima manfaat dapat mencapai aktualisasi diri dengan cara memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki. Perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test penerima manfaat menunjukkan bahwa program Self-actualization Therapy berlangsung dengan lancar dan efektif dalam mencapai target. Penerima Manfaat dapat melatih keterbukaan diri hingga menemukan kelebihan diri melalui berbagai kegiatan yang tersedia dan memaksimalkan potensinya dalam menghasilkan produk atau jasa. Kendala-kendala yang muncul pada pelaksanaan program dapat diatasi dengan metode pendampingan dan evaluasi. Adapun saran yang dapat diajukan dari hasil program Self-actualization Therapy, bagi pihak Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Fisik Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta diharapkan dapat melaksanakan program ini secara mandiri agar dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan rehabilitasi kepada penerima manfaat selanjutnya. Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Quality of Work Life and Presence of Career Calling on teachers' intrinsic work motivation in private secondary schools X and Y. Quality of Work Life refers to working conditions that include aspects of work-life balance, social support, recognition of contributions, and a supportive work environment, while Presence of Career Calling reflects the extent to which teachers perceive their work as a calling that has deep purpose and meaning. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for school management in developing strategies to increase teachers' intrinsic motivation, so as to contribute to improving the quality of education in both schools. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Career Vocation on teachers' intrinsic work motivation in two private secondary schools. Using quantitative methods and total population study techniques, this study obtained the participation of 87 teachers as research samples. Data collection was conducted through an online survey using a validated questionnaire. The results of this study showed a significant effect of Presence of Career Calling on intrinsic work motivation, while Quality of Work Life did not have a significant effect on intrinsic work motivation. This finding is consistent with previous research regarding calling variables increasing intrinsic motivation but differs in the case of Quality of Work Life which shows no effect.
