Abstract

Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh adanya penyempitan atau penyumbatan pada pembuluh arteri koroneria sehingga menghambat penyaluran oksigen dan nutrisi ke otot jantung. Hal ini terjadi karena tingginya kadar kolesterol total yang dapat menyebabkan aterosklerosis pada pembuluh darah. Adanya sumbatan dalam pembuluh darah akan menyebabkan lumen (lubang) pembuluh darah menjadi sempit dan elastis dinding pembuluh berkurang, sehingga menyebabkan tekanan darah meninggi dan menjadikan terjadinya PJK. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan kadar kolesterol total dengan tekanan darah pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner usia pra lansia di RSUD Linggajati Kabupaten Kuningan.  Metode: Observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei tahun 2024 di RSUD Linggajati Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling, sebanyak 75 sampel pasien penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) usia pra lansia yang melakukan pemeriksaan kolesterol total dan tekanan darah di RSUD Linggajati Kabupaten Kuningan pada bulan Januari - Desember tahun 2023 yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square.  Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas pasien mengalami kadar kolesterol total tinggi yaitu sebanyak 27 orang (36%) dan menujukkan mayoritas pasien mengalami hipertensi derajat 2 yaitu sebanyak 36 orang (48%). Hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai p=0,012 yang artinya nilai p value < 0,05. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara kadar kolesterol total dengan tekanan darah pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner usia pra lansia di RSUD Linggajati Kabupaten Kuningan. Saran: Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mampu membandingkan variabel kelompok usia muda dengan kadar profil lipid pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner.

Abstract

Abstract: The language and style of the Qur'ān have attracted a large number of Western Qur'ānic scholars. In looking at the substance of the Qur'anic uslub, it is necessary to approach the rules of interpretation such as mufrad and jama'. Mufrad and Jama' is one of the rules of interpretation that has uniqueness, because there are words that are consistently mufrad and jama'. This type of research is library research that explores the treasures of the ulumul Qur'an related to mufrad and jama'. This research uses the theoretical approach of the principles and ulumul Qur'an and tafsir. Primary data is taken from the literature of the main Qur'anic rules or ulum such as Manna Al-Qaththan. While secondary data is taken from various literature studies in the form of books, articles, and books of tafsir that have relevant to this paper. The results of this study are first, in terms of structure in Arabic grammar (ilm al-nahw, grammar), lafazh mufrad in Arabic means the same as singular in English, which means single. While the same lafazh jama' (English: plural) in English is a term used to refer to ism which indicates the meaning of more than two. Second, the use of mufrad in the Qur'an, for example, is Al-Ardh, Al-Nur, Al-Rih, Al-Nar and Al Jannah and the plural lafazh and its examples in the Qur'an include: al-sama', al-Rih.

Abstract

This study contains the specialty of the closing of surah al-Baqarah verses 284-286. The last verse of the closing of al-Baqarah in addition to having a message in its content, it also has its own impression for Muslims. This verse is often read during zhikr, tahlil, and often also read when finished praying. This study uses two books of tafsir, namely tafsir as-Sa'di by as-Sa'di and tafsir Shafwatut Tafasir by Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni. Of these two books of interpretation, when viewed from the systematics of interpretation has a difference. As-Sa'di interprets the verses one by one. While ash-Shabuni interprets by grouping these three verses, but there is a cut in verse 285 with 286, but ash- Shabuni does not bring up the theme of the group of verses. In the interpretation of as -Sa'di he interpreted by bringing up the aspect ofbalaghahn only, while in the interpretation ofash-Shabuni, he brought up munasabah, lughah, asbabun nuzul, tafsir, balaghah and faidah in his interpretation. In this case, the author is interested in further discussing these two books of interpretation related to Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 284-286 by looking at the interpretation practices carried out by as-Sa'di and Ali-Ash-Shabuni with the title Interpretation of As-Sa'di and 'Ali Ash-Shabuni. This study uses literature research method on the book Tafsir al-Karim al-Rahman fi Tafsir Kalam al-Manan by as-Sa'di and tafsir Shafwatut Tafasir by Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni. As-Sa'di and Ali Ash-Shabuni both explain the aspect of balaghah in their tafsir. In addition, As-Sa'di and Ali Ash-Shabuni also both explain the aspect ofmunasabah verse. When viewed from the difference, tafsir Sa'adi interprets the verse very concisely and short. In contrast to Ali Ash- Shabuni in tafsir Shafwatut Tafasir, the explanation of the meaning is ijmali and tahlili at once. Ali Ash-Shabuni also explains the munasabah of the verse, lughah, asbabun nuzul, tafsir balaghah and its faidah.
