Abstract

  Modern markets are those that are managed in a more modern manner. Modern market management necessitates a competent marketing mix in order to disseminate information, offer goods and services, encourage consumers to buy, and even establish personal preferences for a product's image. Tampan District contains 140 modern marketplaces, including the Modern Jumbo Mart Delima market, which sells a variety of community needs, including the most comprehensive sort of vegetables. The study objectives are as follows: 1) Understanding consumer perceptions of the marketing mix 2) Examining the impact of the marketing mix of product, price, location, service, and promotion on consumer behavior. This study was conducted at the Jumbo Mart Delima Modern Market in Pekanbaru City's Tampan DistrictPurposive sampling was used to identify respondents, with the criterion that customers be 17 years old and have shopped at least twice. In this study, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. According to the findings of this study, product, price, location, and service all have a substantial impact on consumer behavior, while service has no impact.

Abstract

The quality of education in 3T areas (lagging, leading and outermost) cannot be equated with education in other areas. Because the 3T area needs to be given different treatment in order to catch up with the lag from other regions. This research discusses the strategy conducted by the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah Sorong Regency in improving the quality of education for Islamic educational institutions located in the 3T area. The method used in this study is a qualitatively discrete method with a type of field research that is direct researchers to the location of research to obtain concrete data that has to do with the problem to be discussed. The method used is descriptive-qualitative analysis, data sourced from in-depth interviews, observations and documentation, After the data collected will be analyzed with the analysis model Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) consisting of: condensation of data, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The scalpel used in this study using Sudarwan Danim's theory (2007:56) says that an institution wants to improve the quality of its education, so it must involve at least five dominant factors, namely: Leadership of the Principal, Teacher, Curriculum.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of innovative technology in Blended Learning. Research abstract. The method used in this article is a library method that integrates literature with relevant findings in the field. This article relies on data and material obtained from library sources, including books, journals and other literature. Data sources were obtained through the process of collecting literature to obtain theoretical information and knowledge. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of summarizing, presenting data and drawing relevant conclusions. Innovative technology in blended learning has transformed education, enriching the student experience, and creating a dynamic and inclusive environment. This approach combines online and face-to-face learning, allowing students to learn at their pace and style. Technology integration increases student engagement, instructional flexibility, and access to resources, helping to achieve educational goals. Some innovative technologies that can be used to support Blended Learning learning are Learning Management Systems (LMS), Video Conferencing Tools, Gamification Tolls, Augmented Reality (AR).
