Abstract

The role of the Tulang Bawang Police Narcotics Investigation Unit (Sat Res Narkoba) is very strategic in handling narcotics problems in its jurisdiction. Not only enforcing the law against perpetrators, Sat Res Narkoba also plays an important role in implementing rehabilitation programs for drug abusers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of Sat Res Narkoba Polres Tulang Bawang in implementing rehabilitation programs based on Article 127 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, and what are the inhibiting factors. This study uses a normative and empirical legal approach, with primary and secondary data obtained through literature studies and field research, and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the role of Sat Res Narkoba is very important in implementing rehabilitation, but its success requires cross-sector synergy, including rehabilitation institutions, families, and communities. Inhibiting factors include unclear regulations, limited budget and facilities, and low understanding of the law and negative stigma against drug abusers. It is recommended that the Narcotics Research Unit take strategic steps in implementing rehabilitation programs, and that local governments together with related agencies strengthen synergy through communication forums, counseling, and family empowerment.

Abstract

Waste is one of the most pressing environmental issues, occurring not only in urban areas but also in rural areas, including Tapos 1 Village, Bogor Regency. Low public awareness of waste sorting and management leads to widespread indiscriminate waste disposal, which impacts environmental pollution and health. This study aims to analyze community education strategies through outreach activities to increase awareness, participation, and innovation in waste management in Tapos 1 Village. The method used was descriptive qualitative, supported by a literature review. Data were obtained through field observations, informal interviews with residents and village officials, and documentation of outreach activities. These data were then analyzed narratively using an inductive approach. The results showed changes in community behavior following the outreach, including increased awareness of separating organic and inorganic waste, active involvement in community service activities and composting, and the emergence of creative economy initiatives based on recycling. However, challenges remain, particularly related to behavioral inconsistencies and limited infrastructure. This study confirms that participatory outreach is effective in fostering collective awareness, building community engagement, and opening up opportunities for a circular economy. This research contributes to providing an applicable and collaborative educational strategy model to support sustainable village-based waste management.

Abstract

Children's education is a key foundation for national development, with the quality of the younger generation heavily influenced by the roles of family, school, and community. The concept of the Three Centers for Child Education, initiated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara, emphasizes the importance of synergy between these three educational centers to shape a generation with character, intelligence, and a dedication to service. This study aims to analyze the roles of family, school, and community in children's education and identify possible synergies in Tapos 1 Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, informal interviews, and documentation during the Community Service Program (KKN) at IAI-N Laa Roiba. Data analysis was conducted using thematic techniques, grouping information into key themes: the role of family, school, community, and synergy between centers. The results show that families remain the primary educators, although the level of involvement varies. Schools serve as centers of knowledge and skills, but face limitations in facilities and curriculum burdens. The community contributes through social, cultural, and religious activities, but coordination with families and schools remains weak. Community Service Program activities have been proven to act as a catalyst, strengthening communication and collaboration between centers, producing children who are more confident, disciplined, and possess greater social empathy. This research provides a theoretical contribution to strengthening the literature on the implementation of the Trisentra Pendidikan concept in the digital era, as well as a practical contribution for families, schools, and communities to develop collaborative educational patterns. Thus, the synergy of the Trisentra Pendidikan Anak (Children's Education Center) is a crucial strategy in preparing the nation's next generation to be intelligent, character-driven, and service-oriented.
