Abstract

Job satisfaction needs to be considered by the organization because based on the theory, job satisfaction affects employee performance. This study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction on the lecturer performance in the faculty X Universitas Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach to answer the five hypothesis. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers at faculty X, totally 66 people. The data is obtained through structured questionnaire distributed to permanent lecturer. The instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests; afterwards data were analyzed use correlation and multiple regression. The regression results prove that job satisfaction with salary has a significant effect on lecturer performance. For indicators job satisfaction with promotion, co-worker and faculty leader have not significant influence.

Abstract

Often we see students gathered tasks given by the lecturers and they are copying answers between students and others. They perform this action with no load, even though the task is an individual task. Do they know that what they are doing is an action that is contrary to the basic values of academic integrity. Or perhaps they are not aware that they are not a violation, since they merely imitate or follow the habits of seniors or friends the same age. Then comes the question "How do they (students) do dishonesty (cheating)?" And "Why are or what background they commit acts of academic dishonesty?" Based on the analysis of primary data obtained by distributing a questionnaire to students vocational program UI, and secondary data obtained from the data of students who cheat (academic violations), namely cheating Even during the period 2012/2013 to 2014/2015 Odd and continued to look at student biographical data and results academic evaluation found that women students are proportionally larger than the act of cheating men , furthermore student selection process through SIMAK UI has a proportionally larger than the students that the selection process through PPKB.

Abstract

Mastery of information technology is important for the banking industry has an oligopoly market structure, but does not guarantee a sustainable competitive advantage. To win the competition is not only determined by the technologically and price (interest given), but also factors mastery of knowledge and information currently an issue that is very strategic. If a bank uses technology as an advantage its competitiveness, then the advantage will be temporary, because the technology has the properties easily imitated. However, if the advantages of information technology along with the mastery of information and knowledge of quality management, the competitors require greater effort and a long time to be able to imitate or duplicate the competitive advantage. Thus the competitive advantage that will last longer. Through literature study and analysis of secondary data obtained information that the national banking market outlook is still widespread. In addition, the technology factor is not the major factor is the main attraction or reason for customers to have a bank account, but the image bank safe is the main reason to have accounts.

Abstract

Spreading the uneven quality education in Indonesia is a national educational problems to be solved. Implementation of quality education largely implemented in Java, in the case of Indonesian citizens spread all over Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. All citizens of the Indondesia want to receive a quality education that is easily accessible at reasonable costs. One solution that can be used to solve the problem is e-learning. However, many factors must be considered in the process of long-distance pembejaran known as elearning, one of which is the process of evaluating learning outcomes. This article discusses the process of evaluation of learning outcomes by studying literature several articles published between the years 2007 - 2015 with a focus on expert opinion to the statement "whether the test on line (computer-based) may replace the exam traditional (paper-based)" through the presentation of the pros and cons exam on line. From this study it was found that there are opportunities to replace paper-based exams to computer-based test with due regard to the technical elements such as security, ease of use and ability of computer users base. However, such reimbursement can not be applied to all conditions and the need to pay attention to the learning objectives that have been set. Therefore, further research is needed to develop a model to evaluate student achievement by combining the concept of competency-based assessment cubic online (Cubiks Online Asesessment) by combining multiple information security concepts.
