Abstract

This study evaluates the Non-Communicable Disease Posbindu services in the Jagasatru Public Health Center in Cirebon City during the Covid-19 pandemic era seen from the aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The method used is a qualitative analysis method, with a case study design. The research subjects were eight cadres of Posbindu Non-Communicable Diseases using random sampling technique; data collection was done by in-depth interview technique. This study's results indicate that the evaluation of services from the aspect of communication to the target of the analysis is correct, but has not yet reached the mark of productive age. Evaluation from the aspect of resources can be seen that in the pandemic era, every Non-Communicable Disease Posbindu requires personal protective equipment and health equipment to support services, and there is no cadre regeneration in every Posbindu. Evaluation from the aspect of disposition, the acceptance of cadres as executors is quite good because they perform well in serving participants in limitations. The evaluation of the reporting system's bureaucratic structure has been graded from cadres to health center officers to the Cirebon City Health Office.Keyword: Evaluation, Public Health Center, Posbindu PTM

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dapat secara langsung meningkatkan profit, market share dan penghematan biaya. Petugas administrasi pada front desk memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, kemungkinan seseorang untuk merekomendasikan pelayanan dan menciptakan nilai bagi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayan customer service rumah sakit di daerah Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara ghost shopping. Penelitian dilakukan pada 19 rumah sakit di daerah Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan bantuan check list. Observasi dilakukan untuk melihat 3 variabel yakni penampilan diri, perilaku petugas dan kualtias pelayanan. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas petugas telah berpenampilan diri dan memliki kondisi tempat kerja yang baik. mayoritas telah melakukan kontak mata, menunjukkan ekspresi wajah ramah, senyum ramah, respon cepat terhadap permintaan pelanggan, kedua tangan di atas meja, menanyakan apa yang bisa dibantu kepada pelanggan dan mengakhiri pelayanan dengan baik. CS juga telah memberikan informasi yang jelas dan membantu pelanggan. Perilaku kurang baik yang dilakukan CS antara lain tidak mengucapkan salam selamat pagi/siang/malam, tidak mempersilahkan duduk, posisi duduk petugas yang kurang baik, posisi tubuh yang tidak condong, tidak memperkenalkan diri, tidak menanyakan nama pelanggan, tidak mengucapkan terima kasih.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, customer service, rumah sakit, ghost shopping

Abstract

Abstract School has an important role in preventing students’ smoking behavior. This research aims to analyze non- smoking area policies and prevention programs for smoking behavior, as well as of the role of students, parents, teacher and staff in preventing students’ smoking behavior. This qualitative research was conducted in six Muhammadiyah Schools in Depok City. Data collection was carried out in January 2018 to April 2019. The informants of the study were 15 selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research instrument was developed from North Carolina Tobacco Free School Assessment Tool to determine smoking behavior, smoking cessation programs and the role of various parties in these policies and programs. Data analysis was carried out by thematic content analysis technique. Schools have implemented non-smoking area policies throughout the school area for student, school teachers, staff and visitors. However, there are no detailed regulations regarding the prevention policy of smoking behavior that is pointed out to staff, teachers and visitors. Educational programs related to the dangers of smoking are carried out in the hidden curriculum. The school has not organized a smoking cessation program. The involvement of parents and students in order to prevent smoking behavior in school’s prevention program has not yet been done optimally. The challenges in preventing smoking behavior is lack of optimal prevention smoking behavior outside of school and the absence of smoking cessation program conducted in schools. Abstrak Sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam mencegah perilaku merokok siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) dan program pendidikan pencegahan perilaku merokok, serta peran siswa, staf, dan orang tua dalam pencegahan perilaku merokok siswa. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan di enam Sekolah Muhammadiyah Tingkat Menengah Atas di Kota Depok. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2018 hingga April 2019. Informan penelitian berjumlah 15 informan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Instrumen penelitian dikembangkan dari North Carolina Tobacco Free School Assessment Tool untuk mengetahui kebijakan pencegahan perilaku merokok, program pendidikan untuk mencegah perilaku merokok, program upaya berhenti merokok dan peran berbagai pihak dalam kebijakan dan program tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik konten tematik analisis. Sekolah telah menerapkan kebijakan KTR di seluruh area sekolah bagi siswa, staf, guru dan pengunjung. Namun tidak ada peraturan mendetil terkait kebijakan pencegahan perilaku merokok yang ditujukkan kepada staf, guru dan pengunjung. Program pendidikan terkait bahaya merokok dilakukan secara hidden curriculum. Sekolah belum menyelenggarakan program berhenti merokok. Pelibatan orang tua dan siswa dalam rangka mencegah perilaku merokok di sekolah belum dilakukan secara optimal. Tantangan dalam pencegahan perilaku merokok ialah kurang optimalnya pencegahan perilaku merokok di luar sekolah serta belum adanya program berhenti merokok yang dilakukan di sekolah.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKetepatan waktu pengembalian Berkas Rekam Medis (BRM) di suatu rumah sakit merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja unit rekam medis. Berdasarkan SPO di RS X Bogor dan Peraturan Pemerintah yang berlaku, standar waktu pengembalian adalah 2x24 jam setelah pasien pulang. Pada periode Desember 2017-Februari 2018 diketahui persentase pengembalian berkas rekam medis dalam jangka waktu >2x24 jam sebesar 65,54%. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketidaktepatan waktu pengembalian BRM di unit rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data secara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penggalian informasi yang didapatkan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pengembalian BRM di RS X Bogor ialah keterbatasan jumlah petugas pelaksana, jarak antar gedung pelayanan rawat inap dan ruang rekam medis yang cukup jauh, serta belum adanya sosialisasi SPO secara memadai. Agar kegiatan pelayanan unit rekam medis dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, perlu dilakukan upaya pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap pengembalian BRM secara berkala. Kata kunci: Berkas Rekam Medis, Pengembalian, Unit Rawat Inap ABSTRACTThe timeliness of returning medical record files (MR) in a hospital is an element that influences the quality of medical record unit performance. Based on the SOP at the Bogor X Hospital and the Government Regulation, the standard of MR return time is 2x24 hours after the patient returns. In December 2017-February 2018, the percentage of medical record files returned on > 2x24 hours is 65.54%. So this study aims to determine the factors that influence the timeliness of the MR’s return in the inpatient unit. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in depth interviews, observation and document review. As the results, the factors that influence the delay in returning BRM at the Bogor X Hospital are the limited number of staff, the distance between buildings inpatient services and medical record unit, and the lack of socialization of SOP. In order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of medical record unit services, it is necessary to periodically do monitoring and evaluating MR returns.Keywords: Medical Record, Returning, Inpatient Unit

Abstract

Today work patterns are strongly influenced by technology so that they are able to change conventional jobs into modern jobs based on information technology by using the internet. The influence of information technology has also penetrated into PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri which is engaged in the construction sector. PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri have an IMS application that is used to make activity purchasing. This paper explain the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable, using the concept developed by Davis regarding the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Two independent variables are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, while the dependent variable is acceptance of IT (integrated management system/IMS applications). This research method uses a quantitative approach, which is to obtain data by distributing questionnaires. After the data is collected, the authors perform statistical analysis using SPSS for multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on acceptance of  IT.

Abstract

Job satisfaction needs to be considered by the organization because based on the theory, job satisfaction affects employee performance. This study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction on the lecturer performance in the faculty X Universitas Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach to answer the five hypothesis. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers at faculty X, totally 66 people. The data is obtained through structured questionnaire distributed to permanent lecturer. The instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests; afterwards data were analyzed use correlation and multiple regression. The regression results prove that job satisfaction with salary has a significant effect on lecturer performance. For indicators job satisfaction with promotion, co-worker and faculty leader have not significant influence.

Abstract

Training management is crucial to ensure that the training process runs smoothly and meets both organizational and employee goals. At Hermina Hospital Bogor, 22.5% of employees have not met the minimum required training hours. The training process faces challenges, including limited space, incomplete attendance, and scheduling issues. This study aimed to analyze the gaps in training at Hermina Hospital Bogor, using both quantitative and qualitative methods from March to May 2023. Qualitative data were gathered through interviews with three key informants, selected via purposive sampling, and observations of the training process. Quantitative data were obtained from implementation surveys and pre-post tests for the Isolation Awareness training, involving 31 participants. Qualitative analysis used content analysis, while the Wilcoxon test was applied for quantitative data. The training process includes needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Training needs are identified through gap analysis, covering issues raised in morning meetings, unit evaluation results, and proposals from stakeholders, competencies performance gaps. Implementation challenges include rescheduling and participant absence. Online training faces additional barriers, such as a lack of computers and poor internet connectivity. Improvements in training management can be achieved by developing training facilities, enhancing online tools and e-learning modules, and increasing participant involvement through the Documentation System application.

Abstract

Posyandu Remaja (Posmaja) is a community-based adolescent care service in Indonesia that comprises a group of adolescents working as volunteers and healthcare workers under the guidance and responsibility of the Public Health Centre and City Health Office. The study aims to provide a formative evaluation program of Posmaja using the Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance (RE-AIM) framework. This research used a qualitative approach and took place in South Tangerang City, Indonesia. The data were collected from July until December 2018. Nineteen people participated in the study. The study used in-depth interviews and focus group discussions that adopted the RE-AIM framework for data collection. Content analysis was used to analyze the collected data. The majority of Posmaja’s participants were male adolescents aged around 15 years old. Common themes generated were “adolescent empowerment,” “increasing health knowledge,” and “monitoring health and nutrition” as a result of doing the pilot program. Volunteers and healthcare workers recognized the benefits of Posmaja and thus encouraged the adoption of the program. This awareness, followed by the city Health Office’s willingness to fund and adopt the program, was viewed as highly necessary for the program’s continuation.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has chosen to implement large-scale social restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar/PSBB) to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Large-scale social restrictions is a government policy aimed at restricting the internal movement of people in a bid to reduce the spreading of SARS-CoV-2. This study aims at assessing the impact of large-scale social restriction measures on the incidence of COVID-19 cases in the four provinces of Indonesia. Time series analysis was used to describe the trends of COVID-19 case by using surveillance data from the Ministry of Health of Indonesia. Quasi- Poisson regression with an interaction model was used to estimate the incidence rate ratio (IRR). IRR was calculated to compare an incidence rate before and during PSBB implementation. The trend of COVID-19 cases in the provinces of West Java, East Java, Banten, and Jakarta continued to fluctuate. These four provinces continue to experience a significant increase in COVID-19 incidence rate ratio after the first and second PSBB period implementation compared to the time of before PSBB implementation. Lack of proper implementation of the large-scale social restriction led to the PSBB’s ineffectiveness in reducing the number of COVID19 cases in each of the provinces.

Abstract

Sistem informasi gizi (Sigizi) dikembangkan oleh Direktorat Bina Gizi Kementerian Kesehatan sejak 2011. Data Sigizi mencakup data penimbangan balita di posyandu, kasus gizi buruk, cakupan pemberian tablet Fe pada ibu hamil, konsumsi garam beryodium, pemberian vitamin A, dan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja pengelolaan Sigizi di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang Selatan menggunakan kerangka Health Metrics Network yang dikeluarkan oleh WHO tahun 2008. Sigizi merupakan sistem informasi yang diaplikasikan pada tingkat nasional dengan mekanisme pelaporan berjenjang, dari 508 kabupaten/kota menuju 34 provinsi dan bermuara di tingkat nasional. Di Provinsi Banten, terdapat delapan kabupaten/kota yang menjalankan Sigizi. Informan penelitian berjumlah enam orang, yaitu seksi gizi, seksi sumber daya kesehatan dan sistem informasi kesehatan, dua tenaga pelaksana gizi, dan dua kader posyandu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan Januari – April 2013 menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis interpretasi digunakan dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan belum ada kebijakan serta pelatihan mengenai pengawasan gizi. Kegiatan pemantauan telah dilakukan. Sarana dinilai cukup, namun terdapat kekurangan dalam upaya perawatannya. Terdapat enam indikator dalam pembinaan gizi yang mengacu pada MDGs. Terdapat pengelompokan dan kamus data. Pelaporan data dilakukan setiap bulan. Grafik dan peta digunakan untuk menyajikan data. Data yang tersedia digunakan untuk pemonitoran dan pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan pembinaan gizi, baik di tingkat posyandu, puskesmas maupun dinkes. Secara umum, pelaksanaan Sigizi di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang Selatan telah memadai. Nutrition Information System (NIS) developed by Heath Ministry’s Nutritional Development Directorate since 2011 covers data of toddler assessment in integrated health care, malnutrition case, coverages of Fe tablet among pregnant mothers, iodized salt consumption, vitamin A distribution and exclusive breastfeeding. This study aimed to assess NIS performance in South Tangerang City Health Agency using WHO’s Health Metrics Network 2008 framework. NIS is national level information system with gradual reporting mechanism starting from 508 districts/cities to 34 provinces ended at national level. Eight districts/cities over Banten Province have conducted NIS. This study had six informants namely nutrition section, health resources and health information system section, two nutrition duties and two integrated health care workers. Data was collected on January - April 2013 using interview, observation and document analysis guidelines. Data analysis used interpretation analysis. The result showed no any policy and training implemented regarding nutrition surveillance. Monitoring activity was already conducted. Facilities were adequate, but the maintenance was deficient. There are six nutritional development indicators according to MDGs. Data grouping and dictionaries were available. Data reporting was conducted every month. Graphics and maps were used for presenting data. The data served was used for monitoring and making a decision on nutritional development programs at integrated health care, primary health care and health agency levels. Generally, NIS implementation in South Tangerang City. Health agency was already adequate.
