Abstract

Today work patterns are strongly influenced by technology so that they are able to change conventional jobs into modern jobs based on information technology by using the internet. The influence of information technology has also penetrated into PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri which is engaged in the construction sector. PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri have an IMS application that is used to make activity purchasing. This paper explain the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable, using the concept developed by Davis regarding the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Two independent variables are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, while the dependent variable is acceptance of IT (integrated management system/IMS applications). This research method uses a quantitative approach, which is to obtain data by distributing questionnaires. After the data is collected, the authors perform statistical analysis using SPSS for multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on acceptance of  IT.

Abstract

Job satisfaction needs to be considered by the organization because based on the theory, job satisfaction affects employee performance. This study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction on the lecturer performance in the faculty X Universitas Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach to answer the five hypothesis. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers at faculty X, totally 66 people. The data is obtained through structured questionnaire distributed to permanent lecturer. The instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests; afterwards data were analyzed use correlation and multiple regression. The regression results prove that job satisfaction with salary has a significant effect on lecturer performance. For indicators job satisfaction with promotion, co-worker and faculty leader have not significant influence.
