Abstract

Manfaat pendidikan Islam merupakan hasil dari aplikasi managemen pendidikan, manfaat pendidikan islam dalam persfektif Alqur`an ditafsirkan didalam ayat-ayat Surah Al Alaq ayat 1 – 5 , Surah Al Jumuah ayat 2, Surah Al Ankabut ayat 48, Surah Al An’am ayat 74 – 75. Ayat-ayat ini ditemukan didalamnya tentang manfaat pendidikan, kemudian di tafsirkan dan di munasabahkan secara takwil oleh para mufassir ternama. Sehingga dari itu ayat-ayat tersebut dapat sebagai dasar rujukan dalam menyampaikan dan menjelaskan pentingnya manfaat pendidikan islam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of learning management in SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan. This is done to analyze learning management as an effort to improve student achievement, both from aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, to reporting. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Observations were made at SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan from March to June 2022. The research subjects included teachers (homeroom teachers from grades 1-4 of SD), principals, vice principals and students. The validity of the data that has been obtained through interviews, observation and documentation was tested using data and source triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that (1) learning planning includes curriculum preparation, annual programs, semester programs, minimum completeness criteria (KKM), study time management, lesson plans, educational calendars and student quality improvement programs; (2) the implementation of learning includes preparation activities (perception), core activities (exploration, refinement and confirmation), and termination activities; (3) learning supervision includes internal supervision from the school principal on the process of providing education and improving the school's human resources (HR); and (4) learning evaluation includes pre-test, daily test, mid-semester exam (UTS) and final semester exam (UAS). Learning reports by teachers are documented in student report cards as a description of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Islamic education planning principles in MI/SD. The background of this research is located at MIS Qur'an Kisaran Jalan Jahe, Environment IV Sentang Village, Kota Kisaran Timur District, Asahan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Obtaining data using observation techniques in the form of observing managerial activities in the madrasa, interviews with informants including the head of the madrasa and deputy head of the madrasa, as well as document studies to strengthen the completeness of the validity of the data relevant to the research theme. The data analysis of this research uses data reduction (sorting) techniques, data presentation, to verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that educational planning at MIS Qur'an Kisaran was carried out well according to the principles of educational planning. This is indicated by the implementation of annual meetings that formulate educational concepts and programs for the allocation of budget funds for certain period activities (madrasah program planning team), procurement of learning facilities (by presenting the head of the Ministry of Religion of the Asahan Regency), and establishing internal madrasa policies through collaboration with agencies or institutions. related institutions.

Abstract

Communication of school principals with subordinates is one of the determining factors for the success or failure of school governance. This study aims to analyze the communication patterns of the principal with teachers and education staff at SDN 16 Bilah Barat. This type of research includes qualitative with descriptive analytical study method. Collecting research data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Next, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the research using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that the communication built by the school principal was considered effective. This can be seen from the application of 2 communication patterns, namely First the school principal uses a chain pattern in announcements received from the head of the school's superiors who will share the information with teachers and education staff. The principal also uses a chain pattern in giving warnings to his members. Second, the communication patterns of all channels are also used by school principals, educators and education staff in their daily lives at school. Everyone can communicate with each other without going through any intermediaries. Thus, effective communication patterns are carried out in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study focuses on teacher performance management in integrated Islamic elementary schools Qur'an Kisaran, in this study a qualitative case study type method was used. data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that first, in teacher performance planning, the school and teachers work together to set clear and measurable goals. Teachers also make specific performance indicators and develop detailed and structured lesson plans. In addition, professional development efforts must also be carried out by teachers to improve the quality of teaching, and they also make a performance evaluation plan. Furthermore, in implementing performance, the teacher carries out learning activities according to the curriculum, conveys subject matter in a way that is easily understood by students, measures student progress objectively, creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, and attends training and professional development regularly. Finally, in performance appraisal, the principal makes direct observations of each teacher with scheduled class supervision, teachers are assessed on the basis of academic progress and student achievement in the subjects taught, assessments of other teacher colleagues or fellow staff provide input on the assessed teacher's performance, and teachers compile portfolios containing evidence of their performance. In addition, teachers are also asked to do personal reflection about their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) evaluate the achievement of character education programs at the elementary school level in Medan City, (2) provide good recommendations to teachers, schools, for improving the Islamic Personal Development education program in the Integrated Islamic School Network. The type of research is program evaluation (formative evaluation) with a qualitative approach. The research subjects include: SD IT AD-DURRAH Medan. The data were analyzed using Milles & Huberman data analysis including: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the readiness of elementary schools in the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) to implement Islamic Personal Development education, judging from the curriculum that has integrated character education, but is still lacking in terms of managing supporting infrastructure and many teachers need more a lot of knowledge and skills about Islamic Personal Development; (2) the implementation of character education has begun to appear in learning activities; (3) support from the government in socialization or training is still lacking by schools; (4) monitoring and evaluation of character education is still limited to the curriculum and is carried out through coaching in every school; and (5) common obstacles faced by schools are student attitude assessments that have not been documented, teachers' lack of understanding to implement Islamic Personal Development.
