Today there are still many mothers who are not interested in joining Family Planning (KB). This lack of interest is due to many acceptors who are afraid of minor surgical wounds done during installation, incorrect information about implant contraceptives and lack of family support. In addition, there are other factors that cause low Mother's interest for KB Implant attitude and subjective norms. The purpose of this study is to know the description of factors that encourage interest for KB Implant With Reasoned Action Theory Approach In Non-Implant Family Planning Acceptor At Polindes Sumekar Kapu Village, Merakurak Sub-district, Tuban Regency".In this research use descriptive research design with approach of Purpose Sampling.Population that is 55 respondent KB Non Implant in August 2017. Samples are all acceptor of KB Non Implant in August which fulfill inclusive criteria in Polindes Sumekar as many as 45 respondents. The data were collected by giving questionnaires and then tabulated.Result of research from 45 respondents got all respondents have low interest (100%). Almost All KB Non Implant Acceptor has negative attitude as much as (93,3%). Almost all of the KB Non Implant Acceptors have sufficient subjective norms (77.8%). All KB Non Implant Acceptor has a negative attitude and low interest as much (100%). And all of the KB Non Implant Acceptors have sufficiently subjective and low interest (100%) norms.From the above description of the interests of mothers is very influential on the use of contraceptive devices implant. Therefore, the interests of mothers should be enhanced by communicative approach to EFA and increase the role of family, health cadres, and counseling about KB Implant.

The preconception period starts from the desire to have children until 9 weeks after conception or up to 10 weeks of gestation. This study was to provide health education about pre-conception reproductive health for women of childbearing age during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was a Quasi-Experimental Design with pretest-posttest group approach. The intervention used was in the form of providing online preconception reproductive health education through video media in the Fatayat NU group, Tuban. The research population was 40 representatives of Fatayat NU throughout Tuban Regency. The sampling technique used total sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was distributed online via the Google Form link on the Whatsapp group, before and after online health education respondents were given a questionnaire. Data analysis used in this research was Wilcoxon. The results showed that most of the respondents at the time of the pretest most of the respondents had sufficient knowledge of 27 respondents (67.5%), then after the post-test, in general, respondents had good knowledge of 31 respondents (77.5%). Data analysis result obtained p-value=0.000, because the p-value0.05 which indicates an increase in Pre-Conception Reproductive Health Knowledge through Online Education During the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Children’s sexual abuse was increasing at Tuban district. Data from the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A), and NGOs in Tuban District recorded an increase in violence against children, especially victims of sexual abuse from 2013 to 2017, even after Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 13 of 2013 concerning Child Protection was implemented. The impact of cases of sexual violence on children is very severe because it can cause severe trauma, loss of self-confidence, victims will feel hate towards themselves to personality disorders as adults. Methods: One effort that is promoted as an action to prevent incidents of sexual violence against children is an educational workshop sexual abuse in children. The purpose of this community service activity is twofold, namely to increase understanding of sexual education in children and to increase children's awareness of acts of sexual violence, namely to fourth grade students at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban. Result: The workshop was conducted by giving counseling to 86 students grade IV at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban, followed by educational games using giant ladder snake media that have been modified to contain content on sexual education and sexual violence in each box with participants as the pieces to evaluate participants' awareness of sexual violence then closed with a child's self-reflection with a picture of himself to identify the possibility of violence in children. Conclusion: This activity succeeded in increasing the understanding and alertness of grade IV children at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban and finding students who were victims of violence which were then treated by counselors from NGOs caring for children. Suggestions, the government and educational institutions need to launch a sexual education program and increase awareness of sexual violence against minors as an effort to prevent sexual violence against children.

Anemia is an indicator of poor nutrition and poor health. Anemia in pregnant women is strongly associated with maternal and infant mortality and morbidity, including the risk of miscarriage, stillbirth, prematurity, and low birth weight. This researsh was to analyze The Correlation Of Maternal Age And Gestational Age With Anemia In Pregnant Women At Puskesmas Meraurak, Tuban, East Java, Indonesia. The research was an observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. This research data collection tool is secondary data by looking at medical records. The time this research began in May - July 2021 at the Meraurak Health Center, Tuban. The population in this study were all pregnant women, whether anemic or not, who visited the Merakurak Tuban Health Center in 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The sample in this study was 30 respondents.. Data analysis in this study used Contingency Coefficient with the help of SPSS. Significant limitation if p-value < 0.05. There is a correlation between maternal age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and there is no correlation between gestational age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Pregnant women are advised to consume at least 90 iron tablets during pregnancy.

Background : Bride and groom are a strategic target group in an effort to improve health before pregnancy. Premarital health examination is an effort to avoid maternal illness/death. Education and occupation are assessed to affect the compliance of premarital partners in premarital examination, pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education and work with compliance with premarital health examinations for prospective brides (CPW) at Plumpang Health Center, Tuban Regency. Method : analytical research. With the independent variable education and occupation and the dependent variable compliance who perform premarital health checks, using a cross sectional approach with a population of 50 CPW, sample 44 CPW. The sampling technique used random sampling and data collection using the Catin Visit Register measuring instrument and the Chi Square statistical test. Results: the research conducted at 50 CPW calculated the Pearson chi square statistical test, the results obtained a significance value of p = 0.003 so that it is smaller than the alpha value = 0.05 (p = 0.003 < = 0.05). Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a relationship between Education, Employment and Compliance with Pre-Marriage Health Checks at the Plumpang Health Center, Tuban Regency. Conclusion : that there was a relationship between education, work and compliance with pre-marital health examinations at the Plumpang Health Center, Tuban Regency. keyword : Education, employment, bride, premarital health

The toddler period is a golden period of growth and development that is very important and determines the quality of life for future children. Detection of growth and development during toddlerhood is very important to do to monitor whether there are deviations in the process of child development. Early detection of under-fives growth and development can find irregularities earlier so that the interventions given will be much more effective and efficient. The implementation of Integrated Service Post in Kiring village mostly monitors growth, whereas progress monitoring is only carried out if there is a visit from the community Health centers, due to the limited number of cadres who have attended the DTKB training. The objective of this DTKB training is to improve the cadres' ability to be able to do DTKB properly. The training methods carried out include pre and post-training tests, DTKB counseling, DTKB practice including anthropometric measurements, filling out the MCH booklet on the Card Towards Healthy (KMS) sheet, z-score table, head circumference, interpretation of DTKB assessment results, and counseling on the use of the KIA book. as a medium for health education. The results of the dedication were an increase in the level of knowledge about child development as evidenced by an increase in the pre-post test score of 10-30 points, 14 cadres had attended DTKB training and were able to practice DTKB correctly, the KIA book was not only used to record the results of measuring growth also record the results of development detection and use it as a health education media by cadres

Stunting is a short toddler which is an indication of poor nutritional status and is used as a long-term indicator. The prevalence of stunting in Desa Jadi Subdistrict of Semanding in Tuban Regency, there are 144 children under five with 101 children (70%) experiencing stunting, 31 children (22%) experiencing short and 12 children (8%) normal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between LBW, Exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in infants aged 2-5 years in Jadi Subdistrict, Semanding District, Tuban Regency. This research uses analytic research with case control approach. The population of all mothers in the village So the Semanding sub-district who have toddlers aged 2-5 years by 85 respondents, a large sample of 85 respondents with total sampling techniques. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results showed that all toddlers with LBW all stunted as many as 28 respondents (100%) and toddlers who did not get exclusive breastfeeding almost all experienced stunting as many as 44 respondents (94%). By using the chi square test and calculated using SPSS version 21 with significance level α (0.05), the LBW is obtained with a stunting event p = 0,000 less than 0.05 and the relationship between ASI and the exclusive breastfeeding event p = 0,000 is smaller from 0.05. This shows that H1 is accepted which means there is a significant relationship between LBW, Exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-5 years in Jadi Subdistrict, Semanding District, Tuban Regency. It can be concluded that the Birth Weight of a Baby and the giving of exclusive breastfeeding to a baby are very influential in the child's growth and development process.

Background: Breast engorgement is an unpleasant physiological condition characterized by swelling and pain in the breasts. Treatment to reduce breast engorgement uses aloe vera which contains aloin and emodin which can function as analgesics. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aloe vera compresses on breast engorgement in postpartum mothers. Methods: This was a true-experimental design with a pre-post test design with a control group. The independent variable is Aloe vera compress while the dependent variable is Breast engorgement pain. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Merakurak health center, The sample in this study was 32 postpartum mothers at the Merakurak Community Health Center who met the inclusion criteria, The sampling technique used consecutive sampling and data collection using observation sheets involving 32 postpartum mothers. The statistical tests were undertaken using the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests. Results: The results of the study showed that the majority of postpartum mothers were aged 20-35 years, in a total of 23 mothers (93.6%). Most of them (62.5%) had a high school educational background, and most of them (62.5%) had a history of multiparas. Based on the results of the study, there is an effect of giving aloe vera compresses on breast engorgement in postpartum mothers (p-value 0.000). Conclusion: Aloe vera compress therapy can be used by postpartum mothers to treat breast milk retention because aloe vera contains anthraquinone which contains aloin and emodin which can function as analgesics. Aloe vera compress can be done Recommended as a complementary therapy for breast engorgement pain.
