Abstract

The digital business era has transformed corporate leadership, demanding a shift in leadership strategies and organizational structures. With the rapid advancement of digital technologies such as AI, blockchain, and big data analytics, business leaders are challenged to integrate these technologies while fostering innovation and sustainable growth in competitive global markets. This paper explores the relationship between corporate leadership and economic development across various global markets experiencing digital transformation. By examining different leadership styles, digital transformation initiatives, and their economic effects, the study seeks to understand how leadership in the digital era impacts economic outcomes. It highlights the importance of strategic leadership in driving innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, which are crucial for navigating technological disruption. The paper also investigates the regional variations in economic development resulting from digital transformation, offering insights into how different markets respond to digital changes and the leadership approaches that contribute to or hinder growth. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the need for dynamic leadership that is proactive, visionary, and capable of guiding organizations through the complexities of the digital landscape. It suggests that strategic leadership not only drives innovation but also supports global economic growth by helping organizations adapt and thrive in the face of digital disruption.

Abstract

In the case of house purchases in it will be given the breadth to continue or cancel the contract (khiyar), in the implementation of the Aster Village Ciwastra only allow khiyar majelis while khiyar conditions are not allowed. This study aims to determine the concept of Aster Village Ciwastra sharia mortgages at PT Royal Bridea Indonesia, know the operational system of Aster Village Ciwastra sharia mortgages at PT Royal Bridea Indonesia, and the application of the istishna 'contract that has been applied, is it in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwa No 06 year 2000 about buying and selling istishna'. The method used is descriptive which aims to explain or describe the practice of istishna contract 'at Aster Village Ciwasta. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded 1). The concept of sharia mortgages used by Aster Village Ciwastra at PT Royal Bridea Indonesia is a concept of ownership that is paid directly to the developer without involving the bank. 2). Sharia KPR operational system used is a 5-year KPRS with a system without a bank, without interest, without confiscation, and without a contract that is false. 3). The application of the istishna contract 'at Aster Village Ciwastra sharia mortgages at PT Royal Bridea Indonesia was reviewed with fatwa No 06 / DSN - MUI / IV / 2000 concerning the sale and purchase of istishna' not yet in full compliance, namely in the case of the provisions of item 5 (mustashni buyers' may not be allowed sell goods before the recipient) and 7 (in case there is a defect or the goods are not in accordance with the agreement, the customer has a khiyar right (the right to vote) to continue or cancel the contract), whereas in the implementation prior to the agreement it has been stipulated that only allows the khiyar of the assembly while the khiyar is a condition not allowed. There are also other matters regarding the provisions of points 2 and 3.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama adalah rendahnya pemahaman anak terkait konsep menabung serta kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan dan penghijauan lingkungan PKM/Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang keuangan melalui seni visual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode partisipatif berupa sosialisasi, mural edukatif, senam komunitas, penghijauan, dan pendampingan kegiatan PAUD serta Posyandu. Mitra kegiatan mencakup kader Posyandu yaitu 5 orang, guru PAUD berjumlah 3 orang, dan tokoh masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan softskill mahasiswa dengan presentase 85% dalam hal komunikasi dan kolabori, serta peningkatan pemahaman anak terhadap konsep menabung dan kebutuhan-keinginan dengan presentasi 60%. Kegiatan mural dan mading visual juga meningkatkan kesadaran warga terhadap kebersihan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Program ini menunjukkan dampak sosial yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan.Abstract: The primary issue is children’s limited understanding of the concept of saving, along with the community’s insufficient concern for cleanliness and environmental greening. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to educate the community about finance through visual arts. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach, including socialization, educational murals, community exercise, reforestation, and assistance in early childhood education (PAUD) and Posyandu activities. The program partners included five Posyandu cadres, three PAUD teachers, and community leaders. Evaluation was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed an 85% increase in students’ soft skills in terms of communication and collaboration, as well as a 50% improvement in children’s understanding of the concept of saving and distinguishing between needs and wants. Mural and visual board activities also raised community awareness of cleanliness and environmental sustainability. This program demonstrates a significant and sustainable social impact.
