Abstract

Abstrak: Telah dilaksanakan penelitian pengembangan desainpembelajaran berbasispedagogi hijau bagimahasiswa calon guru biologi FKIP Universitas Riau pada bulan Maret-Desember tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain muatan pembelajaran, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan model asesmen berbasis pedagogi hijau untuk mahasiswa calon guru biologi FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan eevaluasi). Untuk mengintegrasikan aspek pedagogi hijau ke dalam sistem pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Burn yang terdiri dari 5 dimensi yaitu Content, Perspectives, Process, Context dan Design. Data hasildianalisis secara deskriptif maupun dalam bentuk perhitungan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Muatan pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, berupa modul dengan judul “PEMBELAJARAN BERBASISI PEDAGOGI HIJAU” (2) Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau (3) Metode pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, yaitu metode partisipatif (4) Media pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, berupa website yang diberi nama “Pedagogi Hijau” dengan alamat www.pedagogihijau.wordpress.com(5) Model asesmen pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, perangkat penilaian yang dihasilkan yaitu penilaian tertulis, penilaian diri, penilaian proyek, penilaian produk, penilaian sikap dan penilaian unjuk kerja. Secara keseluruhan produk hasil pengembangan dikategorikan valid berdasarkan penilaian validator dan telah bisa di implementasikan dalam skala lapangan.

Abstract

Abstract Has conducted research and development of student worksheets (LKPD) based constructivism approach on the contens for digestive system and chemicals in life of  IPA class VIII junior high school. There are five LKPD based constructivist approach developed. This research was conducted at the Laboratory PMIPA of Biology Department of the University of Riau and SMPN 1 Pekanbaru until Desember 2016. This type of research is the development with ADDIE’s model of integration to the stage of development. Instruments of data collection in this study is the assessment sheet/validation LKPD and student questionnaire responses. After LKPD developed, validated by 4 validator and then do the first test at 22 student in the 5th semester of biology education FKIP UR, and thesecond test at 20 students of Class VIII at SMPN 1 Pekanbaru. The result shoowed the average score feasibility aspects of the content of 5 LKPD developed is 3.42 very valid category, the mean score of the designing aspect is 3.32 category of very valid, and the mean score is 3.33 pedagogic aspect is very valid category. The mean overall score of the fifth LKPD is 3.35 very valid category. The results of the questionnaire responses in the firsttest showed a mean score of 91 with very good categories and the results of questionnaires in the secondtest showed a mean score of 91 with very good category. The results of the analysis of the answers of students in LKPD 1 and 4 showed the average value of both 3.27 good categories and 3.35 good categories. It can be concluded that LKPD Based constructivist approach on the contens for digestive system and chemicals in life of  IPA class VIII junior high school as well as fit for use in science teaching in schools could provide insight and knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the diversity of fish species in the Lake of Taman Wisatan Alam Buluhcina and to design a biodiversity concept module on class X biodiversity material in April 2019 - July 2019. This research was carried out in 2 stages, namely the stage of field data collection, and the module design stage . The first stage was carried out at 4 observation sites in the Buluhcina Nature Tourism Park. Research using survey methods. Determination of the location of research carried out by purposive sampling. Sampling of fish is done by using fishing gear in the form of fishing nets, fishing rods, pillars at each station, three times repetition is taken, ie the catching device is installed and taken in the morning at 07.00-08.00 and in the afternoon at 16.30-17.30. The second stage of module design uses the ADDIE development model. the highest number of species at station IV was around 164 individuals, then station II with a total of 115 individuals and at station I there were 110 individuals and station III with the least number of 73 individuals with the total number of stations totaling 462 individuals. The index value of diversity, uniformity and dominance of fish species found in Oxbow Lake in Buluhcina natural tourism park at each station. The species diversity index value (H ') is around 2.39, the species uniformity index value (E) is around 0.86 and the species dominance index value (C) is around 2.58. The results of the study can be used as a source of high school biodiversity class X module designKey Words: Fish species diversity, lake, module.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the phytoplankton community andprimary productivity as the quality of watering, as well as to produce a handout designas teaching materials in biology learning in class X SMA. This research was conductedin July-August 2020 in the waters of Danau Selais, Bina Widya Campus, RiauUniversity and the Laboratory of Biology Education, FKIP, Riau University. This studyused 2 designs, namely using a survey method with the steps as descriptive quantitativein data collection and handout design. The parameters measured include physical,chemical and biological parameters. The sampling of phytoplankton communities was 4points of observation with 3 samples, while the primary productivity was carried out bythe dark-light bottle method. 18 species of phytoplankton in the waters of Danau Selais,Bina Widya Campus, Riau University and 719 individuals. The abundance ofphytoplankton ranges from 22453.20-985444.60 ind / liter which indicates that thewaters of Selais Lake are categorized as moderate fertility waters with good waterquality. The phytoplankton diversity index value ranged from 2.30 to 3.61 and theevenness value of phytoplankton was 0.53-0.62 which indicates that the phytoplanktonin Selais Lake was quite even. The primary productivity of Danau Selais at Bina WidyaCampus reaches Eutrophic fertility levels of 1,010.38 mgC / m3 / day. The parametersof Lake Sealis chemical physical factors include temperature ranging from 28.7-29.10C, pH of water ranging from 6.55-6.63, brightness level of 46 cm and total suspendedsolid, namely 18-22 mg / L. Based on the potential analysis, the results of the study weredesigned to be handouts as teaching materials on ecosystem materials for Biologylearning in class X SMA.Key Words: Phytoplankton Community, Primary Productivity, Biological Handout Design

Abstract

Abstarct: This research aims to develop an electronic enrichment book based on multiple intelligences on quality digestive system materials. This electronic enrichment book was developed based on indicators of multiple intelligences or multiple intelligences consisting of 9 types of intelligence that exist in each individual. This type of research is a development research using the ADDIE model. This research was carried out up to stage 3, namely the development stage. The instruments used for data collection are validation sheets, response questionnaire sheets. The trial was conducted on class XII students of SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. The results showed that the electronic enrichment book developed based on multiple intelligences was very feasible with an average score of 89.2. The usability analysis of the electronic enrichment book was obtained from the results of the first trial with an average value of 98 and the second trial with an average value of 97.1 with a very good category. This shows that the electronic enrichment book developed is very feasible to use and the application of the types of multiple intelligences or multiple intelligences can improve student learning outcomes.Key Words: Electronic Enrichment Book, Multiple Intelligences, Human Digestive System

Abstract

A descriptive study on learning atmosphere in the excellence BiologyTeacher’s Education Program, The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education,University of Riau has been conducted in the Even Semester of the AcademicYear 2012/2013. The objective was to find out the learning atmosphere inEnglish for Biology II courses. As much as eighteen students have been defined asthe total respondents by total sampling technique. Data of seven indicatorslearning atmosphere, namely: (1) cohesiveness, (2) lecture support, (3)involvement, (4) investigation, (5) task orientation, (6) cooperation, and (7)lecture equity obtained by questionnaire What Is Happening In this Class(WIHIC). The questionnaire was valid (rxy0,54>critical values0,3) dan reliabel(r110,96>critical values0,7). The questionnaires were directly ditributed to therespondents at the end of the semester. Supplements data were taken by videorecording during the learning process. All data were analyzed descriptively. Theresults showed that learning atmosphere English for Biology II were consideredvery conducive from aspects of cohesiveness of relationship between students,task orientation, cooperation and lecture equity. While the lecture support,involvement, and student investigations were considered is enough conducive. Inclonclusion, the learning atmosphere of English for Biology II by using Research-based teaching were considered was enough conducive. However, the learningatmosphere of English for Biology II is still needs to be improved in order tobecome very conducive, especially with regard to indicators of lecturer support,student involvement and investigation.Key Words : excellence biology teacher education programs, english for biologyII course, learning atmosphere, research-based teaching

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research to give a description abaut the capacity to think criticall students class seed X MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru the academic year 2015 and 2016 .This study was conducted for the month of may-june 2016 .Samples to this research was superior a class X as many as 24 students . Instruments used to gather the data was the competence daily basis , the raport biology at first semester , the survey covered , the survey open , and the test think criticall .The survey covered consisting of 30 items wich consists of 5 indicators , the ability to analyze , synthesizing , solving the problem , concluding , evaluate and assess. After undergone a validity and reabilitas at the two all items chief closed expressed valid and reliabel .But should tests the ability of think critically consists of cognitive domain C4 C5 and C6 , the data collected analyzed a sort of descriptive set . But the ability to think critically students man 2 model pekanbaru chief obtained through closed as follows: ability to analyze 3.4 , synthesizing 3.5 , know and solve problems 3.4 , concluded 3.4 , evaluate or judging from the five 3.4 the indicators students have good showed criteria . To test the capacity to think about critical of the cognitive C4 70.8 %, C5 62.9 % and C5 53.3 % the percentage shows students have increased is think critically. While relations academic ability to the ability of think critically students received a value of rhitung > rtabel namely by rhitung 0.5456 and rtabel 0.404 showed that there is a relationship with criteria and between the ability academic students and the capacity to think critical students in learning biology.Key Words: The Capacity To Think Critically, Class Seed, Academic Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the levels of lead (Pb) due to exposure to lead contained in paint and influence on the blood lead levels of hemoglobin (Hb) to workers in the car painting workshop Pekanbaru City Auto Blitz in April-May 2016. This was observational research (Cross Sectional Study) to identify factors associated with blood lead levels such as age, length of employment, alcohol consumption and smoking habits. The population in this study amounted to 45 people with a total sample of 12 respondents, obtained by using total sampling that all officers in the car painting workshop Auto Blitz Pekanbaru totaling 12 people. Descriptive data analysis consists of two stages of the test phase lead levels and hemoglobin in the blood in the laboratory and then compared with a threshold value (NAV) which has been established by WHO and stage design student worksheet. Results showed that the variables of age and length of employment affects blood lead levels, whereas the consumption of alcohol and smoking does not affect blood lead levels. Lead levels in the blood affect hemoglobin levels, where the higher the blood levels of Lead in the lower levels of hemoglobin. The results of the research can then be used as the material enrichment Subjects in High School Biology Class X matter air pollution in draft form students' worksheets.Key Words: Lead (Pb), Hemoglobin (Hb), Design Student Worksheet

Abstract

ABSTRACT  A class action research has been done to the increace motivation and skill students with application of learning models Science Technology Society (SENT) with approaches Natural Roaming Around (JAS) in the class X SMAN 1 Kampar. This research was conducted from April to June 2015. The subjects were students of class X MIA1 semester totaling 34 students, consisting of 8 male students and 26 female students. The parameters in this study is motivation and skill students. The results showed that the motivation and skill students has to increased. On learning motivation of 6.41% was obtained after at cycle I and increased to 10.56% at cycle II. Skills such products LKPD and reports have increased at cycle I is 3.21 predicate B + (Good) and increased to 3.58 predicate A- (Excellent) at cycle II. On average skill products has risen 3.43 predicate B + (Good) at cycle I in the form of Mading three-dimensional (3D) and increased to 3.63 predicate A- (Excellent) at cycle II in the form of Bokashi. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of learning models Science Technology Society (SENT) with approaches Natural Roaming Around (JAS) can be to improve motivation and skill students of biology in the class X MIA1 SMAN 1 Kampar. Keywords: Learning models SENT, JAS approach, Learning Motivation, skill Students.
