Abstract

Abstrak: Telah dilaksanakan penelitian pengembangan desainpembelajaran berbasispedagogi hijau bagimahasiswa calon guru biologi FKIP Universitas Riau pada bulan Maret-Desember tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain muatan pembelajaran, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan model asesmen berbasis pedagogi hijau untuk mahasiswa calon guru biologi FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan eevaluasi). Untuk mengintegrasikan aspek pedagogi hijau ke dalam sistem pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Burn yang terdiri dari 5 dimensi yaitu Content, Perspectives, Process, Context dan Design. Data hasildianalisis secara deskriptif maupun dalam bentuk perhitungan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Muatan pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, berupa modul dengan judul “PEMBELAJARAN BERBASISI PEDAGOGI HIJAU” (2) Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau (3) Metode pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, yaitu metode partisipatif (4) Media pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, berupa website yang diberi nama “Pedagogi Hijau” dengan alamat www.pedagogihijau.wordpress.com(5) Model asesmen pembelajaran berbasis pedagogi hijau, perangkat penilaian yang dihasilkan yaitu penilaian tertulis, penilaian diri, penilaian proyek, penilaian produk, penilaian sikap dan penilaian unjuk kerja. Secara keseluruhan produk hasil pengembangan dikategorikan valid berdasarkan penilaian validator dan telah bisa di implementasikan dalam skala lapangan.

Abstract

Abstract. Peatland fires have a negative impact on plant life. This study aims to produce Class VIII Biology Science Learning Handout SMP by utilizing the results of a study on the morphological characteristics of the roots of peatland plants after the fire. To achieve these objectives, a survey was conducted in Rimba Panjang Village, Kampar District, Riau Province in February-October 2017. Quadratic methods and sampling techniques were purposively applied to the gradient of fire incidents in 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The parameters observed were root plant morphology of dominant sapling level (root root and lateral root). Data were analyzed descriptively-qualitative. Sapling strata vegetation research results have 6 dominant species namely Evodia roxburghiana, Acacia mangium, Ilex cymosa, Eugenia pelyta, Macaranga triloba and Cratoxylon arborescens. The types of fire-retardant post-fires are Cratoxylon arborescens and Acacia mangium which have good morphological characteristics Roots are good with root systems deep within the soil and have considerable amounts of lateral roots. This study reveals that the root morphological characteristics of dominant plants have deep root system and considerable amount of lateral roots. Abstract

Abstract. Peatland fires in Riau province have a negative impact on the natural ecosystem, especially very influential on plants. However, many plants can grow back after the fire. This study aims to produce a visual dictionary of learning Biology SMA by utilizing the results of studies on ecosystems in post-fire peatlands. For this purpose, a survey study has been conducted in Rimbo Panjang Village, Kampar District, Riau Province from February to October 2017. Quadratic methods and sampling techniques are purposively applied to the gradient of fire incidents in 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Parameters observed in the form of species composition, environmental factors and associated vegetation associations of post-fire peatland vegetation. Data were analyzed using 2x2 contingency table descriptively and qualitatively. Based on the results of the study found 32 species and 18 families of basic vegetation on post-fire peatlands. The association of peatland vegetation found in 42 pairs of species, of which 33 pairs of species are positively associated while 9 couples are negatively associated. The results of research can be utilized for the development of learning visual dictionary of High School Biology class X (KD 3.10). Trials using the resulting visual dictionary and its benefits to the enrichment of classical learners learning materials are strongly recommended. Keywords: Association, peatland, post fire vegetation base

Abstract

Abstract. Many peatland fires have a negative impact on the natural ecosystem, one of them on plants. This study aims to produce high school biology learning modules by utilizing the results of studies on the regeneration of plant vegetation in peatlands after the fire. To achieve these objectives, a survey study was conducted in Rimbo Panjang Village, Kampar District, Riau Province in February-October 2017. Quadratic method and sampling technique by purposive random sampling were applied to gradient of fire incident 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Data were analyzed descriptively-qualitative. The results show that the pot-fire peatland vegetation  structure of  Rimbo Panjang contains  9 families . Diversity index  of trees was  0.29, sapling  were 0.37 and the seedling were 0.6. Modules developed based on the results of this study can be used as a source of learning subjects Biology high school class X on Ecosystem Components (KD 3.10) and the impact on environmental changes (KD 3.11). However, the design of this module needs to be tested before it is applied and the students learning is classical. Keywords: Biology instructional modul, Senior High School, Vegetation Structure, Post-fire peatland.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of fire incident time on chlorophyll content of dominant plants after peat land fires in Rimba Panjang village, Kampar regency. This study was conducted during the months of February to June 2017 using the servei research design. Samples are the dominant strata sapling plant determined based on Important Value Index (IVI) with sampling using purpose random sampling technique based on gradient time of fires (2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017). The measurement of chlorophyll content was done on the leaves of the three dominant strata sapling plants using Chlorophyll meter SPAD 502, while the physical chemical aspects of the environment were measured using Lux meter to measure light intensity, Thermo hygrometer to measure temperature and humidity, and Soil tester to measure pH and soil moisture. The measurement results dominant chlorophyll content in plants showed that the longer time after the fire the chlorophyll content tends to increase. In addition to the length of time after the fire, environmental factors also affect the chlorophyll content in plants such as, light intensity, soil pH, soil moisture, air temperature, and air humidity. Research result can be utilized for the design of Student WorkSheet of Biology learning in senior high school.Keywords: Chlorophyll Content, Dominant Plants, Post-Fire Peatlands, Student WorkSheet

Abstract

Abstract: Has conducted research for the development of media design Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) -based Green Pedagogy for student teachers of biology FKIP University of Riau. This study was conducted from January to June 2015. This type of research is a kind of research development (Research and Development), the procedural ADDIE development model. ADDIE development procedures are implemented, namely Analysis, Design, Development and the trial was limited. The results showed that the validation of ICT-based Learning Media Pedagogy Green to KD 1.1 to KD 1.4 total mean value validation is 3,29 (valid). For Web-based validation Pedagogy Green to KD 1.1 to KD 1.4 total mean value validation is 3,24 (valid). Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the Learning Media Green ICT-based pedagogy that has been developed as a supplement to the subject Environmental Education and alternative courses in Prodi. UR Biology category is valid and can be implemented in the learning process. Key words: Design, Media learning ICT, Pedagogy Green

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to design green pedagogy Assessment Model Green for student teachers FKIP Biology, University of Riau (UR). Assessment models used are authentic assessment and reflective assessment. The authentic assessmet consist of seven techniques, there are: paper and pencil test, attitude, performance, product, project, self-assessment and portofolio. The research was conducted at Biology Education University of Riau and the limiting test with twenty student on January until June 2015. The kind of this research is research and Development (R & D) design with ADDIE (analyze, desaign, develop, implement and evaluate) model. This research just up develop stage. Data collection instruments used were validation sheet, observation sheet, interview sheet and questionnaire. Validation sheet is value by 3 external validator. Observation sheet used to observe environment of UR. Interview was conducted directly with a field manager ESU UR. The questionnaire used to determine the feasibility and used of products have been developed. Data collected were statistically analyzed descriptively. Results of the validation on KD 1.1 is 3.25 with a valid category. Results of the validation on KD 1.2 is 3.26 with a valid category. Results of the validation on KD 1.3 is 3.24 with a valid category. Results of the validation on KD 1.4 is 3.27 with a valid category. To determine used product, then do limited testing. From result of research that has been done can be seen that the design of the green pedagogy assessment model was conducted by used ADDIE model of which is through the stage of Analyze, Design, Develop is valid and can be implemented through testing with a larger scale. Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted to develop the module based Green Pedagogy for students candidates Biology teachers Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau. The development of module based Green Pedagogy do according Burns model that had five key dimensions, were Content, Context, Process, prespective and Ecological Design (Transformative Learning). The research was conducted in January-June 2015. This research was development (Research & Development) using ADDIE models. The research procedures includes the step of the analysis, design, development and limited testing. Data research were the observation of the campus of University of Riau-Panam, interviews with the Engineering Service Unit (ESU), validation sheet and questionnaire responses of students. Lesson module that have been developed next validated by specialists validator. Based on the results of the validation of the validator shows that the value 3.12 to 3.25 with a valid category for 10 sub-modules that have been developed. Next to see the validity, the validity and usability the lesson module based Green Pedagogy learning, the researcher did limites tested. Respondents in a limited tested were students of Biology Education in 2nd semester academic year 2015 class of 20 people. Conducts sample selection randomly. Sub module tested are sub module 8 and 9 which contains material on air. Based on the results of student responses to the lesson module based Green Pedagogy obtained value ranging from 80.00 to 83.75 for good category and grades from 85.00 to 88.75 for the very good category. The result showed that the lesson module based Green Pedagogy that have been developed are valid and can be implemented on a wider scale. Keywords: Green Pedagogy, Module, Development, Burns Model.
