This research aims to explain various aspects of human behavior in an organization. This includes the influence of organizations on individuals and how individuals impact organizations. Literature study was used in this research. This study uses descriptive-qualitative as its approach. The results of this research show that individual behavior influenced by the organization. The organization reffered to here is Widya Karya Catholic University of Malang., It is influenced by internal and external factors. Yet individual behavior is influenced also by psychological, physiological and environmental factors. Thus, a manager must understand a person's innate characteristics well, such as his biography, personality, nature of perception, and also his attitude in order to then optimize his role in the organization he leads.

The digital revolution has had a significant impact on the world of education, including English language teaching. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) enable more flexible and interactive learning through online platforms such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which provide global access to education at low or no cost. Although MOOCs offer great opportunities, challenges such as the digital divide and integration with traditional curricula remain barriers. Teaching English in the digital era requires innovative approaches that incorporate technology, such as computer-assisted learning (CALL) and AI-based applications, to enhance students' linguistic skills. The role of teachers has also changed, from being a presenter of material to a facilitator who guides students in utilizing digital learning resources. With adequate training and digital literacy support, teachers can integrate technology into learning to create a more relevant and effective learning experience. Adapting to these changes is essential to improving the quality of education in the digital era.

This study explores the role of creative industries in transforming Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia to increase competitiveness and innovation. MSMEs are important pillars in the national economy, but they face significant challenges in the era of globalization, such as increasing competition and limitations in resources and market access. The creative industry can act as a catalyst that helps MSMEs innovate and adapt their products and services to evolving market needs. This study analyzes the potential synergy between MSMEs and creative industries to generate added value through creativity, unique skills, and innovative approaches. The results of the analysis show that creative approaches enable MSMEs to strengthen their market position and make significant contributions to the national economy. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of government and related sector support in providing a conducive ecosystem for collaboration, access to technology, and capacity building. This study provides insights into relevant strategies and policies to promote the sustainability and growth of MSMEs through innovation integrated with the creative industry.

AbstrakBina Rohani dan Mental (Birontal) adalah kegiatan pengembangan spiritual dan mental. Mitra Pengabdian Masyarakat (Abdimas) menjelaskan, penyelenggaraan birontal ini sudah menjadi tradisi sekolah yang selalu dilakukan setiap tahunnya bagi siswa kelas IX di SMP Katolik Santo Antonius Kalipare Malang. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan dan membekali para siswa secara rohani dan mental sebelum mereka mengikuti ujian akhir atau ujian kelulusan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan materi mengenai bimbingan atau pembekalan rohani serta bekal mental dalam menghadapi ujian akhir atau ujian kelulusan bagi mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu SMP Katolik Santo Antonius Kalipare Malang. Pada acara Birontal ini para peserta diberikan wawasan terlebih dahulu mengenai topik yang akan dibahas yaitu pentingnya kegiatan spiritual dan penguatan kekuatan mental dalam menghadapi permasalahan hidup. Pada sesi seminar, peserta diberikan waktu untuk tanya jawab setelah materi disampaikan oleh pemateri. Dari sesi tanya jawab ini peserta mendapatkan wawasan lebih mengenai materi yang dipelajari dari pemateri atau pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, ketika siswa mengikuti ujian akhir atau ujian kelulusan, mereka akan lebih siap secara rohani dan mental.Kata kunci : bina rohani, bina mental, smpk santo antonius kalipare. AbstractSpiritual and Mental Development (Birontal) is a spiritual and mental development activity. The community service partner of community service (Abdimas) explained that holding this birontal has become a school tradition which is always carried out every year for the IX graders at Santo Antonius Catholic Middle School, Kalipare Malang. This is done to prepare and equip the students spiritually and mentally before they take the final exam or graduation exam. The aim of this community service is to provide material regarding spiritual guidance or provision as well as mental provision in facing final exams or graduation exams for community service partners, namely Santo Antonius Catholic Middle School Kalipare Malang. At this Birontal event, the participants were given prior insight into the topic that would be discussed, namely the importance of spiritual activities and strengthening mental strength in facing life's problems. In the seminar session, participants were given time for questions and answers after the material was provided by the presenter. From this question and answer session, the participants gained more insight into the material studied from the presenters (community service implementers). Therefore, when the students taking the final exam or graduation exam, they will be better prepared spiritually and mentally.Keywords: spiritual development, mental development, SMPK Santo Antonius Kalipare.

Hospitals have various operational activities, including production, marketing and financial recording activities. The concept of operations management is very important for managing hospital operations. Globalization has had an impact on changes in the strategic environment. Globalization has triggered the emergence of competition in various fields. With this competition, every hospital strives and is required to improve the quality and quality of services both in terms of methods and technology used to support services. Quality control must be implemented and maintained properly as a value that has an impact on all aspects of the hospital, one of which is increasing turnover from the business side. A quality management system is an arrangement that ensures the achievement of planned quality goals and objectives in hospital services. To carry out quality hospital services, it is necessary to implement good operational management as a means of supporting high quality hospital services that have value in the point of view of the community. This phenomenon exists, therefore the authors use the scoping review method as a research method. This aims to review previous literature that has explored the quality of hospital services and the implementation of operational management as a means of quality control in hospitals.

Kemampuan literasi, khususnya literasi menulis, merupakan salah satu keterampilan esensial yang perlu dikembangkan di kalangan pelajar SMA. Sayangnya minat untuk itu masih sangat rendah. Karena itulah kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diadakan. Materi latihan berupa pengenalan dua jenis fiksi mini, yaitu pentigraf (cerpen tiga paragaraf) serta tatika (Cerita Tiga kalimat). Dengan penjelasan serta contoh-contoh yang konkret, peserta pelatihan terbantu untuk mulai menyenangi menulis fiksi mini dalam bentuk pentigraf dan tatika. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini telah berhasil mencapai tujuan utama yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kreatif dan literasi siswa secara signifikan melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan aplikatif. Peserta tidak hanya aktif dan antusias selama proses pelatihan, tetapi juga menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dalam hasil karya tulis yang mereka hasilkan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif yang nyata berupa peningkatan minat dan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis, karya sastra khususnya. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memberikan kontribusi positif bagi lingkungan sekolah dalam menciptakan suasana akademis yang kondusif dan inovatif dalam mendukung literasi abad XXI.

This study investigates the factors influencing employee performance at PT. Indolakto Pandaan, East Java, by examining work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variables and work discipline as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected via a survey involving 183 respondents selected through saturated sampling techniques. The questionnaire utilized a five-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results reveal that both work motivation and job satisfaction significantly affect work discipline, which in turn mediates their impact on employee performance. Additionally, motivation and satisfaction exert direct effects on performance. Optimizing these factors, motivation, satisfaction, and discipline, can enhance workforce effectiveness. The findings offer valuable practical implications for PT. Indolakto Pandaan and similar organizations in formulating human resource management strategies aimed at improving employee performance.

The storytelling competition, as one of the featured competitions in the 2022 Langsep Challenge at Santa Maria Langsep Catholic High School, Malang, was the main highlight of the event. This event showcases the creativity and expertise of the competition participants in telling stories in an interesting and engaging way. Participants from various junior high schools compete to win the champion title in this competition. The various stories presented include interesting themes related to folklore. The competition jury, which consists of experienced lecturers, observes and assesses each participant's presentation based on criteria such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, how to tell a story, mastery of the stage, clothing, properties used, moral message, time management, and so on. This competition is not only an opportunity to show students' speaking skills, but also develop creative thinking and self-expression skills. With full support from the school and the enthusiasm of the participants, the Story Telling Competition at Langsep Challenge 2022 created an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and joy among students.
