Abstract

Pendidikan agama sangat penting di berikan pada anak-anak pada usia dini untuk mengenali agama mereka sendiri. Pendidikan agam merupakan filter untuk segala aspek kehidupan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses bercerita sebagai model membangun pendidikan islam untuk anak anak usia dini di RA Babussalam. Metode yang di gunakan ada deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bercerita sangat efektif sebagai tujuan untuk membangun pendidikan islam terhadap anak anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami manajemen strategi yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Babussalam dalam meningkatkan kompetensi santri, dimulai dari tahap formulasi, kemudian implementasi, hingga evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahw Ponpes Babussalam telah menerapkan manajemen strategi secara efektif. Hal ini terlihat dari: pertama, formulasi strategi, yang meliputi perumusan visi, misi, dan analisis lingkungan, yang kemudian diterjemahkan menjadi strategi yang jelas; kedua, implementasi strategi, melalui berbagai program dan kegiatan yang disusun sesuai kurikulum dan kebutuhan santri; dan ketiga, evaluasi strategi, yang dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu evaluasi program dan evaluasi hasil. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan kompetensi santri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to further describe how the implementation of the character education discipline students. The type of research used is a qualitative approach that uses descriptive methods, data collection techniques that are observations, interviews and documentation. Primary data sources are obtained from observations and interviews with teachers, head of school and some parents of pupils, and primary data resources are derived from previous research journals that investigate disciplinary character education. The results of the research showed that there are four ways that schools are trying to support student character education, namely, performing character education programming at school, setting up school rules and class rules, monitoring student disciplinary behavior at home Through the recording of daily activities and the involvement of parents in supporting the character education programme of this discipline by the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in improving the quality of education at PAUD KB Bani Hamzah and PAUD Darul Faqih, as well as to identify the strategies employed by school principals in shaping and internalizing a conducive organizational culture. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and educational staff, and document analysis. Data were analyzed following Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s (2014) interactive model. The findings reveal that principals implemented participatory leadership, instilled shared values, habituated positive behaviors, strengthened collaboration, maintained open communication, and demonstrated exemplary integrity and work discipline. A strong and consistent organizational culture significantly enhanced teacher motivation, parental involvement, and the quality of learning processes and outcomes. In conclusion, the principals’ strategies in building and sustaining a positive organizational culture play a central and sustainable role in improving the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

This study examines the practice of collaborative discipline-based character education management between teachers and parents at Babussalam Junior High School in East Lombok, an Islamic school located in a unique socio-religious context. This study stems from the need to understand how school and family collaboration is managed in fostering student discipline, particularly in Islamic schools located in non-urban areas. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results show that character discipline development is managed through stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation involving school actors and parents in daily managerial practices. Collaboration is realized through various forms of communication, monitoring of student behavior, and parental involvement in the character evaluation process. The research findings also reveal obstacles in the implementation of collaboration, including variations in parental participation, differences in disciplinary habits at home, and technical and administrative limitations of the school. To respond to these conditions, schools implement flexible and contextual managerial adaptation strategies. This study confirms that the management of character education in Islamic schools requires a collaborative approach that is adaptive to the dynamics of the relationship between schools and families. These findings provide empirical contributions to the study of Islamic education management, particularly in understanding teacher-parent collaboration practices in character building at the junior high school level.
