Abstract

The LGBT phenomenon, which is considered deviant behavior, is currently prevalent in society, causing concerns from various parties. Additionally, parents of students are also worried that the behavior of LGBT individuals may have negative consequences, similar to other contagious diseases, through the interaction of children, whether within the school environment or in social circles. The purpose of this community service activity is a preventive measure against deviant behavior threats like LGBT and to examine it from the perspectives of Islamic Law and Psychology. The method of implementing this activity is through sharing sessions. The outcome of this activity is an increased understanding and knowledge regarding the impact and threats of the dangers in the LGBT phenomenon in society from both Islamic Law and psychological standpoints.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis yuridis terhadap praktik poligami dalam konteks hukum keluarga Islam, dengan fokus pada kasus yang terjadi di Kampung Bama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris. Pendekatan normatif digunakan untuk mengkaji aspek hukum keluarga Islam yang mengatur poligami, sementara pendekatan empiris melibatkan studi lapangan dan wawancara dengan para pelaku poligami, keluarga, dan tokoh masyarakat di Kampung Bama. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara kritis untuk memahami dinamika praktik poligami dan dampaknya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana hukum keluarga Islam mengatur poligami dan sejauh mana implementasinya di Kampung Bama. Analisis yuridis ini juga diarahkan untuk memberikan kontribusi pada perdebatan hukum dan sosial terkait poligami, serta merumuskan saran-saran kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan perlindungan hak-hak perempuan dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Model kooperatif STAD merupakan pembelajaran berkelompok dan memberikan kesempatan siswa berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi sosial dengan temannya mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model kooperatif STAD dengan Modul dan Handout. Populasi berjumlah 50 siswa. Kelas XI IPA1menjadi kelas eksperimen I dan kelas XI IPA2 kelas eksperimen II. Data berdistribusi normal yaitu Lhitung ˂ Ltabel (0,1745˂0,175) untuk post-test kelas eksperimen I dan Lhitung ˂ Ltabel (0,1261˂0,175) untuk post-test kelas eksperimen II. Uji Homogenitas diperoleh Fhitung ˂ Ftabel (1,24˂2,04 pada hasil post-test menyatakan kemampuan populasi homogen.Nilai rata-rata postest kelas eksperimen I, x = 80 dengan standar deviasi (S)= 5,761. Nilai rata-rata post-test eksperimen II, x = 80dengan (S) = 5,161. Uji hipotesis pre-test thitung ttabel yaitu 1,452,007 maka H0 diterima, nilai postes thitung ttabel yaitu 2,632,007 maka H0 diterima.

Abstract

This literature review comprehensively examines the implementation of financial compensation policies for primary school teachers in Indonesia and their impact on teacher performance. The analysis focuses on national policies related to teacher compensation, the implementation process in different regions, and an evaluation of their effectiveness in improving teacher performance. The review integrates findings from various studies over the period 2010-2023, with a particular focus on the teacher certification and professional allowance programs. The results of the review show that despite a general improvement in teacher welfare, policy implementation still faces challenges such as inequitable distribution, delays in disbursement, and unmet qualifications. The impact on teacher performance shows varying results with improvements in aspects of welfare and motivation, but does not always correlate linearly with improvements in pedagogical competence and student learning achievement. Recommendations are given for improving the compensation system, improving monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and developing a more comprehensive performance-based compensation model.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors contributing to divorce and formulate effective solutions for resolving domestic conflicts in Cililitan Village, Picung District. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with five women who experienced divorce between 2022 and 2024. The findings reveal that the primary causes of divorce in this area are ongoing disputes and prolonged financial pressures. The impact of divorce is not only felt by the couples but also by their children, who suffer from psychological distress, and by the mothers, who often bear the emotional and financial burdens of raising their children alone. As a preventive effort, active involvement of all family members is essential in building a healthy and harmonious relationship. Open communication, mutual understanding, compromise, and respect for personal boundaries are key to fostering family resilience. In addition, emotional management skills and the willingness to seek professional support are crucial steps to maintaining family unity and preventing divorce.
